Director Divansh was sowhat bewildered by Alex’s excessive humility.

As far as he knew the forr manager Arjun had just been demoted to regular employee status.

Earlier Arjun had seed to possess average ability and terrible social skills.

Because of his poor interpersonal relationships he had already been demoted.

And wasn’t he seem to antagonizing Alex, Why could Alex possibly have connections with soone like that?

Oh... I know now. Apparently he didn’t want to stand out much in front of others. That’s why he ntioned Arjun.

This Alex fellow should have set limits to his humility. One should not be so humble.

Director Divansh coughed lightly twice.

He smiled faintly while saying kindly "Now that you are in charge of the marketing departnt, let see what your abilities are truly like. There is sothing I will assign you to accomplish personally."

Alex looked curious. "What is it?"

Divansh leaned back in his chair. "The main task is that you will be in charge of a new project. You will be fully responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for it."

He talked extensively about it for half an hour.

He explained how the company was launching a new AI model.

The model needed to be positioned against competitors. Market strategies had to be outlined correctly.

The improvents needed explaining to custors. Pricing for different types of clients required justification.

Partnership opportunities with existing platforms should be explored.

Alex nodded along maintaining what he hoped was an intelligent expression but internally he has no clue about it.

Divansh continued describing the model’s new capabilities. Its faster performance compared to previous versions.

Its improved understanding.

He ntioned the need to highlight how businesses could customize it. The plan should address how to show value to potential clients.

Alex was completely bewildered throughout the conversation.

Good heavens!

He did not understand a single word of the plan.

So many specialized terms!

He was absolutely confused!

However this did not prevent him from producing this plan anyway.

After all what kind of talented people does Sahil not have under his command or can’t reach?

As soon as he left the office Alex picked up his phone. He placed a call to Sahil without as much as a thought.

The call connected within monts.

Alex smiled slightly. "Sahil there is sothing I need your help with. Could you see if you can find soone with expertise in AI marketing to help develop a solution?

I will click the pics of the docunts and send them to you in a mont."

Sahil laughed heartily. "No problem! Do not worry President! You can leave this matter in my hands with confidence. I guarantee you will be satisfied!"

They chatted for a few minutes before ending the call.

When Sahil saw the information sent by Alex his expression was slightly strange.

How to create a marketing plan for the promotion of a new AI model?

That was easy!

As the state’s most prestigious law firm what kind of professionals would Khapar Law Firm not have access to?

Their client network alone included half the tech industry. To speak bluntly although Chairman Raghavan’s company was famous throughout the country the talent he could recruit might not match what Sahil could access through favors and connections.

It is rely planning a sche.

A minor issue for soone like .

Sahil smiled confidently. Then he assigned this task to a forr marketing director from one of the leading AI companies.

Soone who now worked as a consultant and owed Sahil’s firm a favor from a complicated case they had won for him.

As for Alex himself he was leisurely playing gas and watching videos in his office in the anti.

One crisis had barely subsided when another wave was rising.

Arjun having been demoted grew increasingly angry and resentful toward Alex.

When he saw Alex playing gas in his office instead of working he imdiately inford Director Divansh about it.

Divansh didn’t believe him at first. He walked to Alex’s office window to confirm it himself.

As he glanced inside his brows furrowed slightly.

Hmm?

I gave him such an important task and he is not working on it.

Instead he is playing gas in the office?

Every profession has its own expertise. If he lacks this knowledge he might just give up entirely.

Divansh sighed deeply.

He shook his head internally.

He was not optimistic that Alex could finish the task assigned to him.

The AI market was competitive. The plan required both understanding of the product and marketing know-how. It was not sothing an amateur could handle.

Arjun the forr supervisor standing to the side was secretly delighted.

He felt he was very likely to be transferred to his previous position!

Ti flies...

The decided ti of five-thirty in the evening soon arrived.

Alex stretched comfortably after a long session of gaplay.

He took the USB drive containing the completed planning proposal to find Director Divansh.

What Alex did not know was that when Divansh had seen Alex playing gas that morning he had arranged for Arjun to also create a planning proposal as a backup.

He was preparing for both possibilities!

However Arjun was too incompetent. Even after leading a group of people in etings all day without taking a break for lunch he still could not produce a viable plan.

They had argued for hours about which features to emphasize. They could not agree on who the target custors should be. The different departnts kept disagreeing about what was most important.

Alex knocked on the door.

He presented his solution to Director Divansh.

"Let see."

Divansh glanced at it casually with minimal interest.

He was not particularly invested.

He knew that Alex was an amateur. How could he possibly produce a good plan?

But who could have anticipated this!

Upon seeing the planning proposal contents Divansh’s eyes widened several degrees.

No this could not be!

How was this proposal written so professionally?

The docunt opened with a clear summary. It positioned the new model against three specific competitors.

It identified what those companies were missing. It proposed a careful launch strategy.

Starting with a limited release for select business clients to create success stories. Then expanding to a broader release. The pricing was explained with solid reasoning and market research.

He changed his mindset completely and began reading it line by line.

The more he read the more amazed he beca. He could not help but exclaim

"This plan is exceptionally well written! The concept is very novel yet it can be implented in practice. This is quite remarkable!"

The plan even included a tiline.

The first month focused on building interest through articles and demonstrations.

The second month introduced early access programs.

The third month marked the official launch with a major event. Partnership announcents were scheduled carefully to keep attention going.

He understood perfectly.

What was the most important quality in planning?

It was the ability to actually implent the plan successfully!

Alex’s report not only contained creative content but also detailed exactly how to implent what had been written!

Budgets were laid out. Responsible teams were nad. Goals were defined. Backup plans were outlined.

The unity of knowledge and action at a single go! This represented the most important ability in writing a plan!

Alex’s plan had far exceeded Director Divansh’s expectations!

Alex smiled modestly. "Is it that good? This was all due to my forr manager’s carefull teachings that it was possible."

Beside him Arjun smiled bitterly to himself.

No!

Could they please stop bringing up his position?

Alex had almost ruined his life!

But why was the director so shocked after reading it? Is this plan really that exceptional?

Arjun picked up the planning proposal from the table. He read it carefully.

After finishing his eyes went wide open too!

He was genuinely shocked.

Incredible! This proposal is so well written. It is irreplaceable in both its creativity and feasibility.

The analysis of competitors alone was masterful. It identified not just what other companies offered but why custors might still be unhappy.

The ssages were clear and different. The distribution plan used both direct sales and partnerships.

Arjun could not help but mutter to himself.

If this proposal did not pass he genuinely could not imagine any other proposal that could.

Young and promising indeed.

So young yet able to conceive such an excellent solution.

Divansh patted Alex on the shoulder with obvious appreciation. "This matter must be reported to Chairman Raghavan. I believe once he knows about it he will definitely give you another promotion and raise."

There was no helping it.

Alex smiled politely. He felt slightly guilty but also relieved.

Divansh seed to have thought of sothing and then he opened his drawer to pull out another folder.

He handed Alex another docunt just like today’s morning.

"This concerns our new AI system for dical diagnostics. We are developing an AI tool that can look at dical images and provide initial assessnts to help doctors. The planning needs to address regulations and privacy concerns. Please also help with this."

Alex took the docunt.

What greeted him were the words about dical laws and privacy rules and approval processes.

He had no idea what any of it ant. But he does not need to understand it anyway.

After leaving the office Alex presented the proposal requirents to Sahil.

This ti Sahil did not laugh like previously instead he read through the requirents carefully.

Then he made three phone calls. One to a healthcare consultant. One to a forr hospital administrator. One to soone who specialized in dical regulations.

Less than one day elapsed.

The next day at noon Alex received the completed proposal.

The docunt was thorough. It outlined a step-by-step approach.

Starting with research partnerships to gather data from real cases.

Then pursuing governnt approvals.

Then launching to hospitals willing to try new things. It addressed concerns about responsibility and mistakes. It explained how the AI would help rather than replace doctors.

It included positive comnts from doctors who had seen early versions.

He submitted this proposal to Divansh.

After reading the plan Divansh was shocked and completely bewildered.

How could soone produce work of this quality so quickly?

He doesn’t believe in this evil so he called Alex back into his office.

"Alex this is the hotel implentation plan."

He handed over yet another docunt. This one involved developing an AI system for hotels. Automated check-in. Predicting when things need repair and maintenance and as such.

"Could you please handle this for as well?"

Alex maintained his calm expression. He took the docunt. Inside he was wondering how many more of these Divansh had waiting.

In less than one day Alex had already submitted the hotel proposal to him.

This ti Sahil had connected with a forr hotel manager and a hospitality expert.

They had produced a proposal that addressed everything.

From costs to training staff to protecting guest information.

This ti Divansh was so shocked he could not speak coherently.

The plan was extraordinarily well executed again.

He imdiately forwarded it to the client who was a major hotel chain that had been considering their AI solutions.

The client was very satisfied! It was approved on the first attempt!

They wanted to schedule a eting to discuss when they could start.

Divansh sat at his desk staring at the three proposals Alex had delivered within 3 days.

Each one was exceptional. Each one had been completed incredibly fast. Each one showed deep knowledge of the industry, leaving no room for any questions.

This is amazing!
