Alex shouted with urgency in his tone, his voice echoing through the quite corridors.

"This girl is in severe pain and needs dical attention right now, check her fast. Soone!"

His frantic calls imdiately drew the attention of the hospital staff and nurses on duty, who rushed toward them with practiced efficiency by their routine of handling such cases daily.

Soon, a nurse working the night shift took over her and a doctor helped her get the girl settled on a hospital bed and let the girl stabilize.

Then the nurse approached Alex about making paynt arrangents for the girl before any further treatnt could proceed, her face set in a serious expression.

Alex carefully opened the girl’s carrying bag to search for a wallet or identification to fill in the form, his movents respectful despite the urgency of the mont.

But when he did that, his eyes widened in genuine surprise by going through her belongings.

Inside the bag, tens of thousands of dollars in cash were stacked neatly. At a glance, he estimated it to be no less than $50,000.

Clearly, she was the daughter of a wealthy family.

Alex doesn’t thought about her being a thief or anything, after all no thief will have so much cash and his identity card with her.

If it had been soone else in his position, they might not have resisted the temptation of so much unguarded money in her bag.

But Alex felt no such urge in him.

His heart held not the slightest ripple of temptation only concern for the girl’s well-being.

These were small amounts to him, after all.

With billions of dollars sitting across his various bank accounts, this money was insignificant in comparison to him.

So, Alex didn’t take a single dollar more than what was needed for the hospital expenses. His integrity remained unshaken not because of his imnse wealth, but because of his character.

After all, money is never truly enough for most people; no matter how much they have, they always crave more. Yet Alex was different

Soon, a doctor examined the patient and delivered the diagnosis with precise efficiency: acute appendicitis, and one that will require imdiate surgery.

The procedure would be expensive though very expensive.

The cash in the student’s bag was not enough to cover all the dical costs.

So Alex gently asked the girl for her mobile paynt information. Weak but trusting of his character, she gave him everything: her digital wallet codes and bank paynt access, after all no one was there to help her currently.

Alex went to make the paynt and signed the necessary forms as her temporary guardian, taking responsibility without hesitation.

Soon a notification flashed across her phone screen:

"Your account ending in ******4561 has a remaining balance of $6,132,932..."

Alex couldn’t help but feel impressed once again at the sheer wealth this girl is possessing.

More than six million dollars in just one account.

Oh, Thank god she is not one of those spoiled kids from what I ca to know about her in this short ti.

Alex silently acknowledged this reality. Although he wondered whose daughter she could be.

Still, his heart held no envy, because his current wealth is way too much for .

After all, his own accounts contained billions. To him, her six million amounted to little more than one percent of his total fortune.

Everything was just a small scene to him.

After completing all the paynt procedures with quiet efficiency, the girl was wheeled into the operating room for her ergency surgery, leaving Alex to wait and worry in the quite hospital corridor.

That’s how the world works money can save lives and make even the dead talk.

Without money, doctors would never prioritize urgent cases or make preparations in advance.

While waiting anxiously during the surgery, a friendly nurse struck up a conversation with Alex: "Hey there, I can see from your uniform that you seem to be working as a security guard, right?"

Alex nodded in confirmation, his mind still on the girl though that was behind those operating room doors.

The nurse continued to ask with genuine curiosity: "What about the paynt? How are you able to afford it."

"It’s done already."

The nurse’s eyes softened, touched by his words. "So... are you related to her sohow? A cousin? A distant brother? Maybe a family friend? Because honestly, I’ve been working here for years, and it’s rare to see a stranger do this much for soone they barely know."

"No, not related."

Before long, Alex’s extraordinary act of kindness had spread throughout the hospital like wildfire, and all the staff were praising his compassionate heart and selfless actions in whispering and admiring tones.

At that mont, another nurse couldn’t help but ask with sudden recognition and excitent in her voice. "Wait a minute... don’t you look exactly like Dr. Riya’s boyfriend? The one everyone’s been talking about in the hospital?"

Alex looked genuinely puzzled, his focus still on the surgery: "You know Riya?"

The nurse nodded enthusiastically: "Of course I know her! Dr. Riya is one of our orthopedic interns here. She is such a wonderful and kind person and we chat with her often during our shifts."

Alex understood the connection imdiately.

Riya had told him that she was an intern in the orthopedics departnt of Mumbai General Hospital and that she would have to continue her internship for two more years before becoming a full-ti doctor.

With this mutual connection established, Alex and the nurses began chatting much more warmly and comfortably.

Feeling sowhat hungry after the long night, Alex decided to order 2000 dollars worth of food delivery from a popular late-night restaurant and treated all the nurses and doctors in the orthopedics departnt to a midnight feast.

"Wow, brother-in-law is so incredibly generous! I wish you and Dr. Riya get married soon and have beautiful children!"

"Bro, please co visit us more often in the future. You are always welco here!"

"This is honestly the first ti in years that soone has treated the night shift staff to such an amazing midnight al. You’re too kind!"

All the nurses were beaming with genuine smiles and gratitude after getting a free night al.

Their fondness and respect for Alex increased dramatically in just a few hours.

For Alex that much money is nothing, instead he valued the respect that he is getting from it.

Alex had also gained several new affectionate titles from the hospital staff - "Rich tycoon," "brother-in-law," and "kind one."

Slowly but sure three long hours passed while they waited chatting among themselves.

Finally, the surgery was completed successfully.

The girl was carefully wheeled out by the nursing staff, looking pale but stable, and was taken to her alloted recovery room.

Alex helped this girl complete all the necessary hospitalization procedures and paperwork after seeing her stable and out of danger he bid her a short farewell then finally took the electric vehicle back to his security post in the Tech Park.

Not long after he left the hospital maybe around 3 AM, a convoy of luxury cars arrived at the hospital entrance in basically no ti.

An elegant middle-aged couple, clearly belonging from a wealthy family, hurried to the girl’s hospital room.

The woman who was adorned with expensive jewelry rushed to the bedside, looking extrely worried for her child: "Shweta! Are you alright? You scared to death!

What will happen to when you will be no more You are my only daughter!"

Shweta shook her head weakly but managed a small smile: "Mom, I am fine now. A security guard saved my life tonight. He’s such a kind and wonderful man.

Not only did he rush to the hospital, but he also took care of all the procedures and paynts when I could not."

"Who?"

-------

The next day, in the afternoon.

Because Alex had worked the night shift and had not gotten ho until nearly 4 AM, he didn’t wake up until well into the afternoon.

When he finally woke up, Alex discovered that his phone had accumulated many missed calls throughout the morning.

"Hm? That’s strange."

"Who could be calling so persistently from morning?"

Alex looked through the call log and decided to call back the most recent number.

Soon, the call connected and Alex soon ca to know that it was the girl he had rescued the previous night apparently she had sohow managed to track down his security company and obtained his personal phone number.

"Hello, are you one who saved the last night?Am I talking to him right now."

"Yes."

"Oh thank you very much, I am not able to thank you properly yesterday Could you please co to the hospital when you have ti?"

"Sure, I can co by anyti."

After hanging up the phone and not knowing what was waiting for him in the hospital, Alex made his way to Mumbai General Hospital.
