Diether and Rufus just ca out of the building.
They were still trying to understand what they've just heard from Sayel.
"The Sacred Sword"
"I'm pretty sure that the wielder of that sword joined the initial wall defense, right?" Rufus asked trying to confirm his mory to Diether.
"That's correct. They fought against the first Beast Wave The Sacred Sword was being wielded by one of the male Night Brigades if I'm not mistaken." Dither said after recalling what happened during the Beast Wave defense that his team participated in.
"Night Brigade? I thought he's just a normal high-ranking military officer?" Rufus muttered as he was trying to recall what really happened. The battlefield was chaotic during that ti after all so his mories were a bit hazy.
However, Diether just shook his head.
"I also thought that at first But I'm pretty sure that he's a part of the Night Brigade. He was together with the user of the powerful Shield Arcana at that ti."
"Should we ask General Julian about it?"
"Hmm I don't think it's important anyway. We only got curious about it since we previously tried pulling out that sword. Let's just think that they are the Kingdom's secret forces." Diether suggested. He couldn't find any connection with that Sacred Sword and their Master Reiji.
Of course, they also wanted to cooperate with the Sacred Sword user since they wanted to know about the strength of Dark Elves, but Diether had a feeling that it wouldn't be a good idea.
'I wonder what happened Why did they attack the Dark Elves?' Diether still thought deep inside.
He even started thinking that the reason why people were sent to pull the sacred sword from the stone was that they wanted to attack the Dark Elves in the first place.
However, all the mbers of the Night Brigade have already perished. It ans that the sword should've beco ownerless again
Unless the sword already changed ownership even before the siege had taken place since he had never heard about the sword being taken by the Dark Elves after all.
"Fine, let's not think about it Let's just focus on our journey. I hope that we can find Master Reiji in the town."
"That's possible The only problem is that we don't know whether it would be an emotional reunion or not." Diether helplessly smiled after recalling the controlled Dark Elf who fought against Sayel for a while.
Though the Dark Elf was indeed defeated at that ti, he was only using his sword techniques and the Dark Elf's physical strength together with his nature's affinity. It would be bad for them if they had to fight another controlled Dark Elf.
As per Mourad's story, their master possesses the ability to even cut the space! That is not sothing that even a legendary Arcana should be capable of doing so! It only ans that their master is definitely a Mythical Rank Arcana or perhaps, the rumored Divine Arcana!
Maybe if their master is truly in full control at that ti, the Dark Elf wouldn't be defeated at all and perhaps, they would no longer have a Knight Champion in the Sun Fire Knights.
Soon, Diether and Rufus t up with Stella outside the Isengard Fortress.
"The three of you Be careful!"
"Sister Stella, are you sure you don't need my help. I'm pretty strong with my pistol, you know?"
Aria and Yasmin saw them off.
"Don't worry, it's not like we'll go there to wage war against the Dark Elves. We're not that strong yet." Stella replied with a chuckle.
As for Lyrei, she decided to keep them company until they t the Half-Imps Since she's the one who introduced these people to them, she wanted to at least see them off together.
"I really hope we won't et any patrolling Dark Elves" Vinete softly said as they started moving.
Imane heard this and imdiately said, "Don't worry, I have a lot of escape Arcane Magic we can use. It's enough for all of us."
She owns a legendary Ring Arcana after all. Most of her magic skills are support type and since it's even a Legendary-Rank, her support is surely incredible as well.
After about three more hours, Reiji's seven disciples started heading towards the nearest town of the Dark Elves.
Along the way, the group t several wild beasts who attempted to make them their al but died in their hands instead.
Most of the battles were handled by Stasis and Mourad
Stasis' Starfire Detachable Double-Ended Sword has a skill called Bloodlust and Sword Aura With the combination of these two, he can freeze them in fear and have an easy kill.
On the other hand, Mourad is using his Savage Hunting Rifle. Though his firing rate is only four bullets per minute, it is more than enough in their current situation.
He uses his Invisible Blast Bullet with the quietest firing sound to deal with the wild beasts. It is extrely effective especially now that his accuracy has increased trendously.
As for the Evil Beasts, the sun is still up in the sky making them uneasy to go out of their lair. Unless they're really hungry, they wouldn't co out in daylight at all.
"You guys are strong" Diether couldn't help but praise them after seeing how they could easily kill the Armored Ground Beasts or even Flying Beasts.
"Heh~ You don't need to be so humble. We know you can also kill those beasts easily." Vinete replied with a chuckle. She can tell that these three seniors of them had also gone through nurous battles.
The three didn't even flinch after seeing the extrely fast Man-Eating Eagles diving on them just now.
"Well, I guess so But I can feel that your Spiritual Energy is much higher than us If it's a battle of attrition, we would surely lose." Rufus added.
Stella and Diether agreed to this. They have already noticed their difference when they've first t after all.
"Our Spiritual Energy? Oh! Haha I rember now." Imane joyfully said as she recounted what they learned from Reiji.
Apparently, their abundant Spiritual Energy is all thanks to Reiji's Spiritual Pressure Training that the three others never had!
