In the sterile white hospital room, a moan was heard.
Fang Xiaocao had woken up!
But the waves of dizziness in her brain made her not want to open her eyes.

A familiar voice reached her ears.

As the sound of footsteps faded away, Fang Xiaocao called out weakly.
However, that person, like a stubborn bear,

Fang Xiaocao gazed longingly at the water glass, wishing the water inside would understand and fly into her mouth.
"Damn it, who's supposed to be keeping watch anyway..."

"If you don't co back soon, I'm going to die of thirst..."
Fang Xiaocao looked at the call button beside her bed but was too weak to reach for it, only able to grumpily grumble in her heart about the unreliability of her caretaker.

"Is the call button too hot to touch?"
As Fang Xiaocao looked on in eager anticipation, the door of the ward was pushed open, and a pretty nurse walked in.

"Where's your caregiver?"

"How do you feel?"
The nurse walked to the bedside and asked with a smile,
and casually pressed the call button.
"Water... I'm thirsty..."
Fang Xiaocao said with all the energy she could muster, her voice trembling.
The nurse was startled by Fang Xiaocao's words.
She instinctively looked at Fang Xiaocao's dry lips.
"I've never seen a caregiver this unreliable before, leaving without informing a nurse, and when the patient wakes up, nobody is here to call the doctor."

The nurse said gently.
Looking at the tender and gentle angel in white, Fang Xiaocao felt overwheld, obediently nodding her head and licking the trace of water on her lips, seemingly not feeling as thirsty anymore.
"Good, you're being very good!"
The nurse said with a smile.
"Squeak~"
At that mont, the door of the ward was pushed open again.
A doctor walked in.
"How's the patient doing?"
The doctor asked softly.
"You seem to be in pretty good shape, just thirsty."
The nurse replied.
"Hmm, let check first."
"If there's no problem, you can eat."
The doctor nodded and said in a deep voice.
After thoroughly inquiring about Fang Xiaocao's feelings, and she answered each question in turn, and after checking her body, the doctor nodded and said, "Aside from a slight concussion, there's nothing wrong."
"Rest up, stay in the hospital for observation for a couple of days, and then you can go ho to recover."

After the nurse left, Fang Xiaocao struggled to sit up and search for her mobile phone.

Seeing her undamaged phone by the bed, Fang Xiaocao breathed a sigh of relief.
Picking up the phone, she unlocked the screen.
A string of ssages in WeChat, all from Hot Noodles, scolding her.

Just then, the door to the ward was violently pushed open.
Fang Xiaocao looked up and imdiately rolled her eyes.
The person who arrived was her best friend and roommate, known as the Iron Lady, Su Wanqing.
