Chapter 731: Chapter 447: The Heart of the Egyptian Tribe【3500 words, request for monthly票】_1

“What’s going on?”

Harrison Clark leaned forward, eagerly asking.

Freddy first took off his transparent protective helt, shook off the lava ash inside, and then coughed violently, “Cough, cough, bro…wait…let rest for a bit, I can’t catch my breath.”

“Mhm, mhm, mhm.”

Harrison Clark nodded repeatedly, feeling a bit sad seeing Freddy in this state.

Unlike Harrison Clark, who looked like a well-maintained man in his thirties, Freddy appeared much older, at least ten years older than Harrison Clark.

He had sparse hair on top of his head, a classic case of male pattern baldness, sunken eye sockets, protruding cheekbones, and dark circles that seed as permanent as top-notch tattoos. He looked like the quintessential 21st-century programr, and his tallic protective suit made him resemble a mad scientist even more.

Sotis, Harrison Clark felt that Freddy was too exhausted and wanted to let him catch a break.

However, as much as Freddy respected and listened to Harrison Clark, he couldn’t be swayed when it ca to work. He was incredibly stubborn.

Tying him up was useless, as he still had his wits about him, a great mory, and could perform equipnt-related activities when needed. Without equipnt, he would just lie there and ditate, his inspiration still as potent as ever.

With no other options, Harrison Clark could only let him be, watching helplessly as Freddy continuously pushed himself to the limit.

Fortunately, the dical facilities on the Morrowind No.2 were almost top-notch, and Freddy had personally designed the balanced and plentiful food supply.

Freddy knew better than to overwork himself to death. He was always conscious of self-preservation, monitoring his physical paraters. As a result, while he may have been overworked, he managed to keep the risk factor under control.

Freddy called it the “extre state,” and assured Harrison Clark that he would not die before him. Otherwise, he would not have been able to work for him till the very end, and that would be a disgrace.

After resting for about seven or eight minutes, Freddy’s breathing finally started to even out, “You know about the creature from the 679th simulated grid, right?”

Harrison Clark nodded, “Yes, the lava creature we found last month on the lava planet in the HTX9987 Galaxy. What about it? I don’t think it’s an intelligent life form, right?”

The HTX9987 Galaxy was a re Stargate away from their current location.

This peculiarity in the mid-sized solar system, which was thirty tis the mass of the sun, was a large planet located extrely close to its star.

The planet was 107 tis the mass of Earth, primarily composed of silicon, nickel, selenium, carbon, oxygen, and more.

Its surface temperature reached up to 3,000 degrees Celsius and was covered in rolling lava.

The planet’s atmosphere consisted mainly of carbon, oxygen, and various gaseous tal compounds, which appeared transparent. However, the density of the gas was comparable to water.

Earthlings would believe it to be impossible for life to exist in such conditions.

Yet, in such a harsh environnt, a liquid life form capable of withstanding temperatures of 3,000 degrees Celsius was born, considered a cosmic wonder.

Freddy: “I’ve adjusted our course. At our current speed, we should be able to return to the HTX9987 Galaxy in about seven days, as long as the Stargate hasn’t been destroyed.”

“Is there sothing we missed?”

“Yes. The genetic information of the lava creatures has the ability to store visual images, even those from a million years ago. I first analyzed their genes, then stimulated them to undergo ancestral reversion. When the genes were recompiled, I took the opportunity to extract the information …”

Freddy explained a lot, and Mr. Clark felt like he had reverted to illiteracy again. However, he could barely grasp the aning of Freddy’s words.

Anyway, using his Gelasian innate ability to directly connect to the dium layer, Freddy retrieved an image from inside the lava creature.

A million years ago, a large, boorang-shaped spaceship entered the lava planet in the HTX9987 star system in a very stable manner.

It didn’t crash or collide into the planet; it slowly approached, then gradually sank into it.

The lava creatures didn’t have eyes but used the subtle changes in external radiation to capture images through their body surface sensors.

Many lava creatures “saw” this remarkable scene and shared it with each other.

This image beca a consensus among the lava creatures, etched into their genes, and passed down to the present day before Freddy reverse-compiled it.

Harrison Clark pondered for a mont, “Are you implying that it was a large Egyptian Tribe’s spaceship?”

“Yes, it must have had nowhere to escape, so it chose to hide inside the lava planet. I believe it is still there.”

Harrison Clark thought about it, “But wouldn’t it have been burned to ashes by now? It’s been a million years.”

“No, it definitely hasn’t. The surface temperature of the lava planet is just over 3,000 degrees Celsius. Our Morrowind No.2’s shell material can withstand temperatures of 10,000 degrees and takes at least millions of years to completely lt. The Egyptian tribe’s technology might be slightly inferior to ours, but the difference shouldn’t be too significant.”

Harrison Clark considered it, “Well, even if it turns out to be a waste of ti, it’s just a few days. I’ve already waited a hundred years, so a few days don’t matter. The Compound-Eyed Observer built Angular Warships by absorbing Egyptian Tribe technology; perhaps their large spaceship could give us so inspiration.”

Freddy: “Yes! Bro, you’re so smart!”

Harrison Clark: “…”

Harrison Clark nodded silently, “Of course, I am. After all, I’m your brother.”

Seven days later, the Morrowind No.2 was docked in the massive lava planet’s atmosphere.

Freddy turned on the heat-resistant scanner he had put together in those seven days.

An array of data from over thirty scanning thods was collected, including energy, matter, spatial, subspace, radio signals, neutrino signals, and quantum signals. The composite model quickly took form.

“It’s right here.”

Freddy pointed to a curved, elongated shadow on the semi-transparent model.

The shadow was located about 500 kiloters beneath the lava planet’s surface, with a wingspan of approximately ten kiloters.

Harrison Clark looked at the density of the shadow material and the surrounding material – they were almost identical.

It could be concluded that the ship had completely lost its power and was floating there.

Freddy stood up after finishing his explanation.

Harrison Clark: “Where are you going?”

“The radiation interference from the lava planet is too strong, and the quantum network can’t accurately reach underground. Since we can’t use smart equipnt, I’ll have to wear the armor and go in myself, attach a rope to the ship, and then use the Morrowind No.2 to pull it out.”Harrison Clark held him back, “Just go wash up and sleep. The best human battle armor operator is in front of you. It’s not your turn to step up.”

“No, I can’t let you take this risk for .”

Harrison Clark shrugged, “I won’t argue with you about anything else, but this is the only thing I have a say in. I’m an old hand at tunneling through the ground.”

An hour later, Harrison Clark erged from the Morrowind No.2 wearing a specially modified Galaxy Armor, its power and stability both significantly enhanced.

Before his eyes…

Obviously, he couldn’t see anything.

The molten planet was extrely close to a star, with the brightness of its starlight terrifying. Even the full-strength Endurance Aura would render him blind.

A total of eight layers of composite materials were added to the basic Galaxy Armor to shield against intense light, radiation, and high temperatures.

Harrison Clark could only orient himself through projected modeling.

At this point, the armor’s engine was fully powered up, and multiple layers of composite shields were extended outward.

With a rumble, the heavily modified battle armor, expanding its multiple shields, subrged beneath the surface of the magma and continued to descend.

Harrison Clark, with his extensive tunneling experience, easily managed the task.

He quickly found the Boorang Battleship, tied a rope to it, and decisively floated back up.

About half a day later, the two ships – one old, one new, one large, one small – were floating in space.

The Egyptian Tribe’s shipbuilding technology was indeed excellent—having soaked in the magma for a million years, not a single drop had penetrated it.

Next, Freddy spent a full two weeks dismantling, analyzing, and studying this ancient warship.

Harrison Clark continued to read and occasionally glanced at Freddy’s analysis report.

Initially, he was slightly disappointed.

Although he already knew that the Egyptian Tribe’s technological level was inferior to modern humans, he still harbored so hope that the once-dominant civilization in the Milky Way Galaxy could offer so help and surprises.

Turns out, the performance paraters of the Boorang Battleship were weaker than current human equipnt in almost every theoretical aspect. There wasn’t a single groundbreaking discovery about the Egyptian Tribe’s technology that could be used as a reference, effectively extinguishing Harrison Clark’s expectations for their howorld.

As for the remains of the Egyptian Tribe mbers…

There weren’t any.

It was uncertain whether there were no crew mbers in the ship, or if their organic matter had decayed and evaporated over the past million years.

But one day, Freddy ca to Harrison Clark holding a fragnt of foil as thin as a cicada’s wings, saying, “I found this coating a bit strange.”

Harrison Clark took the foil and asked, “What’s wrong with it?”

“Its thickness is basically the sa as our edible single-atom gold foil.”

Harrison Clark nodded, “Yeah.”

“Bro, try to tear it, but be careful not to cut your hand.”

Harrison tried and then frowned, “Hmm?”

“This is the surface coating of the Boorang Battleship. I just tested it. Just this layer of paper can withstand a million tons of force. I’ve also tried using a Quark cutting knife to cut it, but it didn’t work.”

Harrison’s eyes lit up, “So you suspect that this is the Egyptian Tribe’s bottom-line technology? The Prism Ship’s hull, used by the Compound-Eyed Observer, is made of a similar material to this tal film?”

Freddy shook his head, “No, the strength of the Prism Ship’s hull is even higher than this film. But I think there may be a connection between the two. This might be just the primitive version. It’s possible that the Compound-Eyed Observer obtained the Egyptian Tribe’s technology, combined it with their own biological science, and ultimately led to a technological explosion, causing a qualitative change and finally obtaining the complete Prism Ship hull material.”

Harrison Clark pondered for a mont, “It’s possible.”

Freddy then took out a tal sphere about the size of a fingernail from his pocket.

“I just analyzed the material of the tal sphere and the tal foil, and they are the sa.”

Harrison took the sphere.

He knew what it was.

At the beginning of the Boorang Battleship’s dismantling, he had entered the ship, mainly acting as Freddy’s bodyguard to prevent any accidents.

The layout of the crew seats on the warship was basically the sa as those in the Egyptian Tribe’s spacecraft he had seen in Area 52, confirming that it was an Egyptian Tribe’s warship.

Based on the Egyptian Tribe’s chairs, Harrison inferred their general physical shape.

But they didn’t find anyone alive in the ship or any human-shaped chanical structures that matched Harrison’s inference, only picking up a few hundred of these mysterious small tal spheres off the floor.

At that ti, Harrison had no idea what these objects were, and with Freddy around, he didn’t bother to think about it as a “low IQ” participant.

“This is the Egyptian Tribe’s corpse.”

Freddy’s words were shocking.

Harrison: “Huh?”

“More precisely, it’s very likely the Egyptian Tribe’s heart and brain. You guessed wrong before, bro; the Egyptian Tribe’s body is mostly made of organic matter, but what determines their racial characteristics is this sphere.”

Harrison was astonished, “So, you an the protective coating on the Egyptian Tribe’s warships is made from their own hearts and brains?”

“That’s my inference, but the probability is as high as 98.77%. Ordinary Egyptian Tribe ships are not qualified to use it, but this Boorang Battleship has many weapons and is the main warship of the tribe.”

Harrison thought about it, “But the entire hull of the Compound-Eyed Observer’s Prism Ship is made of this material, and it’s even stronger.”

“That’s because the Compound-Eyed Observer solved the technical problem of mass-producing this heart material and further improved its properties using biotechnology.”

Harrison slowly understood and nodded repeatedly, “Yes, yes.”

Pointing at the tal sphere again, Freddy said, “I want to crack it and understand the Egyptian Tribe’s thought process, but can’t find a way to do so …yet.”
