"Looks like Brother Xu knows quite a bit," Liu Zongfang was stunned for a mont, then smiled and said.

"People co here drawn by reputation, but who has actually been to that place?"

Xu Zimo pointed to everyone in the dining hall and said with a faint smile, "Brother Liu, don’t be fooled by how many people are here now. When the ti cos, how many of them will actually make it out alive? You think one of the Ten Forbidden Grounds is a place you can just walk into?"

Hearing Xu Zimo's words, Liu Zongfang fell silent.

It seed he was genuinely shaken by what Xu Zimo said.

But Xu Zimo wasn’t exaggerating. That place was indeed extrely dangerous, a land of death.

Although there were safe areas, the key was whether one could follow the rules inside.

Still, the Ten Forbidden Grounds were never easy to enter.

Liu Zongfang stayed silent for a while, then smiled and said, "I ca to ask if I could team up with Brother Xu. One more person ans more safety."

Xu Zimo smiled and shook his head, finally saying, "Brother Liu, let give you so honest advice. The things in there aren’t easy to obtain. You've already carved out your own path. Just focus on continuing the Liu Blade Technique. There’s no need to take this kind of risk."

Hearing Xu Zimo’s words, Liu Zongfang stayed quiet for a mont.

Finally, he smiled and replied, "Brother Xu, I don’t agree. Life is just a fleeting thousand-year journey. A thousand years from now, we’ll all be dust beneath the earth. Why not live more brilliantly in the ti we have?"

Watching Liu Zongfang walk away, Death God Qin laughed beside him and said, "Sounds like you just got schooled."

"Huh? Schooled?" Xu Zimo laughed and shook his head. "These people really have no idea what that place really is."

"You’ve been there?" Death God Qin asked curiously.

Among the Ten Forbidden Grounds, the Buddha Burial Temple was one of the newer ones.

It appeared after Grand Emperor Zhen Wu took on the Heaven’s Will and began the Imperial Era.

During that ti, the Dark Primordial Race had gone into seclusion, so Death God Qin didn’t know much about it.

...

Xu Zimo nodded slightly.

He had indeed been there, or more accurately, in the previous tiline, he had.

He knew more than most about how dark that place truly was.

"Those who enter the Buddha Burial Temple have only two choices," Xu Zimo said calmly. "Either die, or live by soone else's ideology."

Death God Qin went quiet. Maybe he had underestimated the danger before.

None of the Ten Forbidden Grounds were simple.

As the group was eating, a commotion suddenly broke out at a nearby table.

At that table sat two people: a man in green and a burly man in a black vest.

Even though the dining hall didn’t serve alcohol, many had wine stored in their spatial rings.

These two were clearly drunk, and had knocked over all the bowls on their table.

The man in green staggered over to the table where the Immortal Mortal Sacred Ground mbers were sitting.

He pointed at the Immortal Mortal Sacred Ground's Saintess and laughed to the burly man beside him, "Big brother, this chick is a top-grade beauty!"

The burly man in the black vest laughed as well and wobbled over to the Immortal Mortal Sacred Ground's table.

He slapped the table, reeking of alcohol, and shouted, "Girl, you’re coming with tonight!"

"Mind your words, or you'll bring trouble upon yourself," the Saintess replied coldly, not angered.

"Fiery temper, I like it," the burly man grinned and reached out to touch her face.

Suddenly, a brilliant flash of sword light cut through the air.

The woman slowly put away her sword as a thin line of blood appeared on the man’s neck.

His head separated from his body and rolled to the side.

Strangely, after the man in the black vest died, he didn’t leave behind a corpse.

Instead, his body slowly faded away.

Seeing this, everyone nearby frowned slightly.

All eyes turned to the man in green.

He gave a creepy smile and said, "Saintess of Immortal Mortal Sacred Ground, just wait for to enjoy you."

As soon as he finished speaking, his body also vanished with a pop.

"The people from Void God Sacred Ground are always such a pain. Think they’re clever with their twisted sense of humor," the Saintess said coldly.

The elder from Immortal Mortal Sacred Ground chuckled but didn’t say much.

As one of the top imperial lineages in the Middle Continent, Void God Sacred Ground had made many enemies.

Their lineage possessed a secret manual called "Delusional Void Clone."

This manual allowed them to create one or even several clones.

These clones were so realistic that unless you actually killed one, it was nearly impossible to tell the difference.

They often used these clones to act recklessly and cause trouble.

As a result, their reputation was generally poor.

...

anwhile, in a small hall far from the dining area,

The blue-robed Second Uncle-Master looked at Wu Qianjun and asked, "Sect Master, why are you letting all these people stay in the temple? You know these days are sensitive tis."

"You think I want to?" Wu Qianjun shook his head.

"Maybe each of them alone isn’t much, but together their power is enormous. Many of them co from different imperial lineages. If we didn’t let them in, they might have joined forces and stord the temple. If that happened, things would get ugly fast."

"So what?" the blue-robed monk snorted. "At worst, we fight. We’ve kept a low profile for so many years. Maybe it’s ti to show the world our strength."

"This isn’t the ti for reckless pride," Wu Qianjun said calmly, shaking his head. "I’m the Sect Master. I have to think about the entire sect. Besides, we’re just gatekeepers. The real danger lies in that place."

Hearing this, the blue-robed monk was silent for a while.

He knew he tended to act impulsively.

In the end, he could only nod reluctantly.

"Then on the day the seal reopens, do we still try to stop them?" he asked.

"Let them go," Wu Qianjun shook his head.

"All these years, how many have ever co back alive?"

...

After finishing their al, everyone returned to their rooms.

Most were quietly waiting. This was a battle with no smoke or fire.

Outside, the gloomy sky still drizzled with light rain.

The drops fell like pearls onto a jade plate, crisp and clear.

The next morning, after the rain, the entire Martial Magnificence Temple seed wrapped in a misty veil of light fog.

It was full of mystery.

Most of the monks in the temple were still asleep.

Suddenly, a thunderous shout echoed from above.

The voice was deafening, shaking the air as if it could reach the heavens, exploding in everyone’s ears.

"THE BUDDHA REALM DESCENDS!"

Sanskrit chants echoed from the sky. Wind and clouds surged. Thunderous waves of energy rolled across the heavens.
