Nagasawa felt like reforming Academy was sothing he deed necessary.

After Konoha's expansion, establishing schools for regular people should be considered on top of reforming Academy.

The elentary curriculum would be similar to the existing Academy but was compressed into four years.

If a student was confident in their skills and knowledge, they could apply for early graduation to enter middle school.

Middle school courses would undergo changes. The school would provide D-rank and C-rank missions for students to practice, along with teaching Sealing Technique, Barrier Technique, dical ninjutsu, and other Techniques.

Middle school lasted for three years, and similar to elentary school, a student might apply for early graduation to enter high school if they were confident in their skills and knowledge.

High school-level courses would be entirely different. Instead of studying a broad range of subjects, students would choose one specific field to master, such as specializing in Fire Release, Water Release, or even specific technique like Sealing or Barrier Techniques.

Graduating from the high school would automatically beco a Chunin. At the sa ti high-school students' id would be equal to a Genin forehead protector, allowing them to take missions as Genin.

Like middle school, high school would also last for three years, and students might apply for early graduation as well.

"That guy is called Kisa Hoshigaki, Kirigakure's S-rank missing-nin. From now on, he's one of us from now on, codenad South Star," Pain announced indifferently.

After Pain's introduction, Kisa joined the rest of the mbers.

"Now that all of Akatsuki mbers are here, we can start the first phase of our operation."
