Chapter 214 - Minato is Super Good at Naming

"There are Kumogakure Shinobi in Yugakure, and there is a chance they'll enter Land of Fire..."

Nagasawa was lost in thought as he looked at an Anbu who ca to report.

As expected of Kumogakure. Nagasawa already knew that Kumogakure was the first to start a war with Konoha after Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's attack.

However, even though Konoha suffered heavy losses, it still proved to be too tough for Kumogakure.

Kumogakure eventually signed a peace treaty with Konoha in order to stop the stalemate between them and Konoha, which caused them to fall behind from the other Great Shinobi Country.

When Konoha heard that Kumogakure wanted to stop the war, they imdiately agreed, afraid that Kumogakure might change their mind word.

Because the Konoha was in a really bad situation at that ti.

During the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's attack, Konoha lost its Jinchuriki, current Hokage, and many of Chunin and Jonin.

Moreover, at that ti, Kumogakure was not Konoha's only opponent. Seeing Kumogakure fight, Iwagakure refused to be left out of the fun. They completely ignored the peace treaty and went to war with Konoha again.

Another Shinobi World War would've occurred hadn't it been for the heavy loss that Sunagakure had sustained in the previous war, and the fact that the Fourth Mizukage was being manipulated by Obito, turning Kirigakure into a closed-off country and beca known as Village of Bloody Mist.

Konoha that was facing two Great Shinobi Village at the sa ti naturally wouldn't pass up Kumogakure's offer for a truce!

However, Kumogakure's emissary ended up kidnapping the daughter of Hyuga Clan's patriarch, but was killed in his attempt by Hyuga Clan's patriarch. Because of that, Kumogakure threatened to start a war with Konoha again if Konoha didn't hand over the one responsible for their emissary's death.

Konoha could not take the risk of going to war with Kumogakure again, and in the end, they could only agree to Kumogakure's shaless request in humiliation.

However, it was different this ti. With Nagasawa's plan, Konoha basically suffered no loss. After all, although Danzo was dead, it was useless for Danzo to be alive, so there was no loss.

The current Konoha, compared to the Three Battles, could only be said to be strong and not weak.

Compared to during the Third Shinobi World War, Konoha was slightly stronger now.

If Kumogakure dared to co, Nagasawa was sure that he could repel them.

Nagasawa might not even have to step in, as Minato was still alive and well, and once Kushina recovered, the couple could fight Kumogakure's A-B Duo.

Nagasawa felt that it should be fine. Both of them were a Kage of their respective village with the partner of Jinchuriki of their respective village as well even though Kushina only had half of Nine-Tails now.

"Have you notified Minato about this information?" Nagasawa asked after thinking for a while.

Originally, he wanted to tell Anbu to warn Kumogakure that to Konoha would declare war on Kumogakure the mont they entered the Land of Fire. But Nagasawa thought about it carefully and thought that he might be overstepping his boundary a bit.

Minato definitely would not care, but Nagasawa did not want to listen to the two consultants' nagging.

"I have already inford Fourth," the Anbu said as he lowered his head.

"Forget it, you go and rest first. I will discuss this with Minato." After saying that, Nagasawa walked out of the office and went to the Hokage building.

When Nagasawa entered the office, Minato was looking down and thinking about sothing. Seeing Nagasawa co in, he smiled and said,

"Nagasawa, you ca at the right ti. I have sothing to discuss with you."

"Is it about Kumogakure entering Yugakure?" Nagasawa guessed.

Minato nodded and said, "Exactly. They made this move right after the attack on Konoha. I'm afraid that they are up to no good."

"I believe we should fight. Send Shinobi to warn Kumogakure. If we show the slightest weakness at this mont, Kumogakure will get carried away." Nagasawa said bluntly.

Minato nodded and said, "I agree. First, let's warn Kumogakure Village. If they insist on going ahead, Konoha will not show any rcy."

"Kumogakure probably made this bold move thinking that we suffered heavy losses this ti! But if they really made a move, I believe that Konoha's strength will give them a surprise." Nagasawa laughed.

He understood Kumogakure's thoughts too well. In fact, that was what all countries were thinking at the mont.

However, the difference between Kumogakure and the other villages was that Kumogakure was very bold, never hesitating to make such a bold move.

Minato nodded, and then said in a deep voice, "I have to take the responsibility for my inability to stop Nine-Tails and the masked man. If Kumogakure insists on fighting this ti, I will personally go to the battlefield and teach them a lesson."

Minato wasn't just saying it. Even though him partipiating in the upcoming fight wouldn't bring back the casualties during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's attack, he'd still go to the battlefield

"No problem, I will join you. What do you say of forming a duo like A-B Duo?" Nagasawa suggested.

"A duo? Then we have to give a good na." Minato had a serious expression on his face, as if this was sothing big.

"Why don't we call it the super dark golden speed combination?" Minato said with a serious face.

Nagasawa covered his face speechlessly. Minato was excellent in every aspect, but his naming sense was just disastrous. Thankfully, he nad his son after the na of the protagonist on the novel Jiraiya wrote. Otherwise, who knew what kind of ridiculous na Minato would co up with?

"You might as well call it na it Double Flying Thunder God Duo, or the Double Thunder Duo for short." Nagasawa complained.

"Is that so? I think mine's pretty good." Minato said confidently.

"Nagasawa, look. The black is your hair color. The gold is mine. Both of us can use Flying Thunder God Technique, so we are both fast..." Minato tried to explain to Nagasawa that the na he ca up with was not random.

Nagasawa: ...

"Minato, give it up. Anyway, I won't introduce myself as super dark gold duo." Nagasawa rcilessly interrupted.

What a joke! If the na of this Duo was leaked out, Nagasawa's chance to have an amazing epithet would be gone!

Nagasawa was ready to be given an aweso epithet such as Red Flash or the Greatest Swordsman in the Ninja World after beating Kumogakure.

"That's a pity. Actually, I thought of another na. Nagasawa, do you want to hear it? Maybe you will like this one..."

"Minato, I suddenly rembered that I have an urgent business in Anbu. Let's save it for another ti. See you!" Nagasawa quickly used the Flying Thunder God Technique to get out of this dire situation.

Minato, who was left alone, crossed his hands r and lowered his head in thought. Could it be that his naming sense was that bad?

But when he told Kushina, she smiled happily and said that he was very talented in naming.
