When the suspect disguises himself, it implies he has murder intent, consciously hiding himself.
But this murder intent doesn’t co about suddenly, prior to this, they must have t and given their familiarity, the suspect definitely wasn’t visiting for the first ti. It’s still very hopeful to track him down by checking earlier footage.
As they continued investigating, Qiu Cang returned.
