The sky above the Forge of Destruction shimred as the final Pillar rged into Lucius. Fire danced along his arms, threads of possibility wove into his blood, and ti itself bent in reverence. The four Pillars now orbited him like ancient stars—Ti, Chaos, Creation, and Destruction. Power radiated from him not as pressure, but as presence. The Multiverse had acknowledged him.

But the Throne had not.

A pulse echoed across all of existence.

And Lucius vanished.

He reappeared on familiar ground.

The air was warm. The scent of brewed tea and dry wood filled his senses. A breeze passed lazily across stone-paved streets. It took a mont before Lucius recognized where he was.

The Multiverse General Store.

His ho. His base. The beginning.

The glowing storefront sat as it always did, nestled in the center of this pocket realm. Behind it lay everything he had built—his allies, his won, the foundation of a future he had only begun to dream.

A soft chi rang as the door opened.

Lucius stepped through.

And silence fell.

They were all there.

Lilith, arms crossed, eyes burning with jealousy and relief.

Alexia, regal and unreadable, though her crimson gaze softened the mont she saw him.

Luna, leaning against the counter with a teasing smile that faltered into sothing more tender as she locked eyes with him.

Walter, standing like a silent statue in the corner. He had not moved since Lucius left. But now, his head lifted slowly.

Lucius looked at them—and for a long mont, no one said a word.

Then Lilith ran to him.

She slamd into his chest, her fists pounding once against his ribs before she threw her arms around his waist.

"Idiot," she whispered. "You took too long."

He let the silence linger before resting his hand on her head. "I’m here."

Alexia approached next. She didn’t speak. She rely reached out and touched his arm, feeling the raw power that now pulsed beneath his skin.

"You did it," she said, barely above a breath.

Luna sauntered closer, flicking a strand of hair back. "You sll like ruin and rebirth. Kind of hot, honestly."

Lucius exhaled. It was a release—not of fatigue, but of completion. The weight of the trials still clung to him, but here in this place, among those he trusted, he could breathe again.

"I claid the Four Pillars. I’ve passed the trials. Ti. Chaos. Creation. Destruction."

Walter stepped forward.

His gaze wasn’t congratulatory. It was heavy. Old. Tired.

"Then you’re ready to face her."

The room tensed.

Lilith scowled. "Her?"

Alexia’s eyes darkened. "You an the one who—"

"Yes," Walter interrupted. "The one who betrayed the old King. The one who took the Throne Eternal for herself."

Lucius nodded. "I saw glimpses during the trials. A presence. A woman of imnse power. Always watching."

Walter’s fists clenched. "She calls herself the Empress Eternal now. She was once the closest confidante to the last King—the only one he trusted. She poisoned him, stole the Throne, and cast the rest of us into oblivion."

Lilith blinked. "You were in love with her."

"I was loyal," Walter said with venom. "And I was wrong."

Lucius stepped to the center of the room, where a sigil glowed across the stone floor—the anchor point that linked the General Store to every realm.

"She’s still on the Throne?"

Walter nodded. "But she has grown complacent. Her power is rooted in legacy, not mastery. She cannot wield the Pillars. Not as you do."

Luna arched an eyebrow. "Then why hasn’t she stopped you?"

"Because she’s afraid," Alexia answered. "She rembers what real power looks like."

Lucius looked down at his hands.

"I have the Pillars. But I don’t just want to claim the Throne. I want to tear down everything she corrupted. I want to remake the Throne into sothing worthy."

Lilith smiled through the remnants of her fury. "Then take us with you."

Walter hesitated. "You’ll need more than strength. She commands remnants of the old Pantheons, twisted by her will. She will test your resolve, and the Pillars alone won’t be enough."

Lucius looked to each of them.

"That’s why I won’t go alone. Each of you—Lilith, Alexia, Luna—you’re more than companions. You’re proof that I’m not that sa boy in the dark anymore. You’re part of this."

They gathered around the glowing sigil, hand in hand. Power radiated from them—not just magic, but purpose. Unity.

"Ti. Chaos. Creation. Destruction. Now, we challenge the false Empress—and take back the Multiverse."

The floor sigil flared. Reality itself bowed.

And the war for the Throne Eternal began.

***

The portal opened into a cold sky layered with coils of frozen ti. Snowflakes made of crystal hovered midair, suspended without falling. The stars moved in spirals, each locked in place, like a dance paused at its peak.

Lucius, flanked by Lilith, Alexia, Luna, and Walter, stepped into the celestial ruins of what was once the Court of the First Pantheon.

Crystalline pillars lay shattered, their fragnts still echoing the hymns of gods long dead. Frozen corpses of divine creatures floated in stasis. Celestial chanisms ticked and clicked, searching for rulers who no longer answered. The wind whispered prayers to kings who had been forgotten.

Alexia stepped forward first. "I recognize this place. It was where the King of the Multiverse held the Rite of Witnessing. All gods once gathered here to swear loyalty."

Walter’s voice was hollow. "The ones who refused were sealed away. So survived. Twisted. Waiting."

From the shadows of a fractured temple, golden light stirred.

The Pantheon of Origin.

They stepped forward, seven in total. Living concepts—Gods of Gravity, Fla, Fate, Will, Silence, Form, and Blood. Each glowed with a unique essence, both beautiful and terrifying. Their bodies were humanoid, but their presence stretched beyond logic.

"We rember you, Walter," said the God of Will. "And we rember the woman who stole your master’s crown."

Lucius stepped forward. "I’ve co to claim the Keys of Acknowledgnt. Stand with or fall."

The gods conferred in silence. Their language was more vibration than word, shifting reality slightly with every syllable.

Then the God of Fate stepped forward.

"We will not bow to a successor unless he passes the Trial of Sovereignty."

The temple reford in light. Seven gates appeared—each adorned with a different sigil.

Each companion would face one god. Lucius would face the last three.

Lilith was dragged into the Gate of Fla.

Alexia into the Gate of Blood.

Luna into the Gate of Silence.

Lucius into the Gate of Fate, Will, and Form.

Lilith vs. the God of Fla:

Lilith was dropped into a dinsion of searing light and endless war. Fire rained from the heavens. Lava rivers twisted like serpents. She faced version after version of herself—each more powerful, more arrogant, more cruel. The God of Fla demanded she choose to destroy them all or be consud.

She refused.

Instead, she reached into the flas, took their pain, and rged with them. Her fire no longer devoured—it protected. She erged, covered in scorch marks, hair streaked with living ember.

Alexia vs. the God of Blood:

Alexia walked through a hall of mirrors where every reflection showed her victims. Those she sired. Those she ruled. Those she abandoned.

"Progenitor? No. Parasite," the God of Blood hissed.

To earn the Key, she had to drink from the Chalice of Regret—sipping the blood of her own guilt.

Her hands trembled. Her eyes wept crimson.

But she drank.

And the mirrors shattered.

Luna vs. the God of Silence:

Luna entered a void.

No sound. No breath. No feeling.

Ti had no aning. She began to forget her na. Her mories. Her lovers. Her pride.

In a final act of defiance, she carved her na—Luna—into the air with her fingernails, blood trailing behind.

The void acknowledged her.

And she returned, voice hoarse but unbroken.

Lucius vs. the Trinity: Fate, Will, and Form:

Lucius was cast into a reality where he never existed. The Multiverse had crumbled. His won had been taken by the Empress. Walter had been executed. The Store burned.

The God of Fate whispered, "Would you still rise if nothing waited for you?"

Lucius pressed forward.

The God of Will shackled him with choices—each a paradox. Save Alexia and lose Luna. Save Lilith and destroy a realm. Choose, choose, choose.

He refused.

He destroyed the shackles with Chaos.

The God of Form tore away his identity, reducing him to dust. In the silence, Lucius rebuilt himself with the mory of every battle, every kiss, every promise.

He erged—bloody, shaken, but whole.

All erged.

The gods knelt.

"You have passed. The second Key is yours."

Walter retrieved the glowing sigil from the altar.

Lucius closed his eyes.

Two Keys remained.

And far across existence, the Empress Eternal opened her eyes and whispered:

"Let him co."

It was ti for Lucius to dominate over the entire world.

He took a deep breath and walked forward, ready to face everything that would be heading his way.
