After bidding farewell to the Dragon Princess, An Lin and the others once again made their way toward the Dragon Court.

“This is just downright flexing now…” An Lin stood at the gate and shook his head in amazent.
He really wanted to carry all the jade pavent bricks away with him. Building up wealth from moving bricks suddenly seed like a very plausible option!
An Lin dug out his voice transmission talisman and soon connected to a person on the other side. “Ms. Yin Yu, I’m at the front gate.”

Soon, a lithe and graceful woman in white appeared in An Lin’s line of sight.
She had arrived on the back of a huge flying turtle, and she wore a light smile with a hint of dejection on her face.

An Lin had never ridden a turtle before and was greatly intrigued as he leaped onto the turtle’s shell.
A thought then occurred to him which made him a little bit concerned. “If Da Bai, Xiao Chou, and I all get onto the turtle’s back, is it still going to be able to fly?”
A disgruntled voice sounded in response, “I can fly around even with a mountain on my back, the weight of you three rascals is nothing to .”
“Wow, it knows how to talk?” An Lin’s eyes lit up.
The turtle rolled its eyes in a vivid show of disdain.
An Lin didn’t waste any more ti and leaped onto the turtle’s back to embark on their tour of the Dragon Court.
The Dragon Court was extrely huge, with a lot of interesting scenery.
Yin Yu acted as their tour guide, rattling off descriptions of all the surrounding scenery, things like the pearl mountain, azure dragon forest, jade lake, immortal spring, and the ten-mile coral coast, all of which were extrely unique and exquisite scenery, thus greatly broadening An Lin’s horizons.
During their tour, he t the seventh prince, Ao Yun, who was a graceful and elegant middle-aged man.
After learning that An Lin was Yin Yu’s friend, Ao Yun didn’t ask too much and only made so polite small talk before departing, giving An Lin an impression of warmth and friendliness.

“Hmph!” Tears welled up in Yin Yu’s eyes as she thought of Bei Lian; she had completely lost interest in touring the Dragon Court.
An Lin hurriedly suggested, “Ms. Yin Yu, how about we find a quiet place to read so books.”
“Alright.” Yin Yu nodded.
Soon, she and An Lin arrived at her living quarters.
An Lin scanned their surroundings to make sure no one was around before speaking under his breath, “I’m here to tell you a secret, but you must absolutely let no one else know of this!”
Yin Yu had just picked up a book, and she blinked her big bright eyes at An Lin with a blank expression, clearly a little surprised by An Lin’s words.
She only ca to her senses after a few seconds and nodded hesitantly.
“The person that Bei Lian saved in Bo Lan City was .”
“She has already recovered the purity of her bloodline with my assistance, but she decided to explore the continent for a few years. I hope you can keep this a secret.”
Yin Yu stared blankly in shock at An Lin as she digested his words.
So the mysterious human cultivator that Bei Lian would cuss out at least ten tis a day was none other than An Lin?

An Lin shrugged. “Perhaps it’s all fate. Anyway, I’ve delivered the ssage. Your big sister is fine, so be at ease.”
Yin Yu nodded as a vibrant smile surfaced on her face.
“Here, this is the book on quantum theory written by our High Priest. Have a read and feel free to ask if you have any questions.” Yin Yu passed over a book to An Lin.
An Lin grabbed the book from her and sat down on a chair to read.
The book was written in Tai Chu characters so he had no trouble understanding its contents.
His foundation in physics was quite diocre, but he was able to understand the contents of this book as it was a different concept to the quantum theory on Earth. The research results detailed on quantum states started off quite simple before gradually increasing in complexity and the paraters involved even included things like ti, space, vital energy, and causation.
However, there was no full-fledged system for the contents of the book. Most of it was just a mishmash of observations and hypotheses based on so various phenonon as well as so experintal results.
There was a particularly interesting experint where a certain scientist from the dragon tribe used a spatial magic treasure to transport an evil spirit from the ancient battlegrounds to the outside world. The result was that the evil spirit’s quantum state beca extrely unstable and it died soon after with its body completely dissipating.
The force that resulted in the dissipation of the evil spirit was theorized by dragon tribe researchers to be “emotional relegation”.
They theorized that even evil spirits had emotions. As evil spirits were the manifestation of negative emotions, they were directly connected to all those living beings that had died on the battlefield. Thus, they would harbor an attachnt to their birthplace, and if they were to be taken out of their desired environnt, their emotions would beco extrely unstable, thereby resulting in instability in their quantum state, causing them to eventually dissipate.
This was a concept that An Lin approved of. On top of that, the thought of a sinister devil suddenly popped into his head; he felt like these two entities had many similarities.
He could read extrely fast now, mainly due to the progression of his cultivation base which improved his cognitive functions and mory. On top of that, he could also use so immortal spells to literally photocopy sections of the book into his mind.
In the end, he finished the book in only a few hours.
“Phew… this was certainly worth making the journey here.” An Lin closed the book with a smile on his face.
Yin Yu sat on another chair and laid her chin in her hands with a grin on her face. “What other books do you want to read? I’ve got books on bloodline fusion, racial biology, causation analysis, spatial manipulation…”
An Lin felt as if his head was about to explode as he listened to Yin Yu list off the books. “No thanks! I’ve only decided to read this book because of my interest in monsters and spirits. I was finally able to escape the clutches of science by becoming a cultivator, so please don’t thrust into all that stuff again!”
He leaned back and sighed in amazent. “Who would have thought that the Dragon Court would have so many research studies!”
Yin Yu looked at him with a dainty smile. “The books I have here are all quite shallow in their content. All the in-depth theories and experintal research projects can only be found at the research institute run by the High Priest. I’ve heard that the High Priest is recently working on so bloodline DNA warriors.”
“DNA warriors? That sounds pretty cutting-edge.” An Lin’s eyes lit up.
Yin Yu waved her slender hand. “It’s all stuff left behind by the Purple Star civilization. We’re just trying to emulate what they’ve done in the past. The Dragon Court still has residual trauma from the Godfiend of Six Paths. They’re now trying to learn from the enemy in order to defeat the enemy..”
“Pffft… How co you’re using earthly analogies now?”
“I like to read books and there’s a Senior in the dragon tribe that attended The United University of Cultivation. He went to Earth once and brought back a huge pile of books, I’ve read all of them..”

An Lin felt like Yin Yu had a great personality. She was genuine and easygoing, and he felt quite relaxed hanging out with her, so he was happy to make her acquaintance.

Yin Yu smiled as she bade An Lin farewell.

Thus concluded the short and peaceful ti they spent together. There was no one stirring up any trouble, nor any ergencies he had to deal with for a nice change.
As for Bei Lian’s defection from the Dragon Court, that too all passed after the Dragon King threw a fit of rage.
