Chapter 1239: The Evil Dragon Lord
An Lin and Little Xie didn’t walk far before they discovered a strange cave.
The cave was not far away from the lake within the Dark Demon’s territory. The opening of the cave was about a hundred feet in diater, and there was no end to it in sight. An aura of darkness and depravity emanated from within, as if it were the gate to hell.
“I just used my divine sense to survey this cave. This cave extends for at least over thirty kiloters. Not even my divine sense is able to detect exactly how long it extends for…” An Lin spoke with a grave expression.
“Could it be a passageway to the deepest part of the Abyss of Evil? Woof!” Da Bai speculated.
Little Xie made her way into the cave with an excited expression. “Let’s go! There must be a lot of sinister devils in there!”
An Lin looked on speechlessly at Little Xie with a hint of concern in his heart. What if she beca addicted to killing sinister devils and decided to stay here? How could he convince her to co back with him then?
“Let’s go,” Little Xie ushered impatiently.
“Let’s go, Da Bai,” An Lin urged.
Da Bai imdiately twisted his tail into a corkscrew propeller again and shot forth like a rocket to catch up to Little Xie.
Everyone quickly continued onward into the deathly silent cave.
There was no light, no sound, no signs of life, nor any end to the cave…
An Lin had an indescribable feeling as he continued deeper into the cave. It felt as if he was about to disappear from this world.
All the way until Da Bai sneezed to break the silence. “Atchoo!”
The sound of the sneeze traveled through the cave to infinity and beyond.
“Crap, this is a really long cave! Where is it leading to? Woof!” Da Bai complained with a glum expression.
“We’re already fifty kiloters deep, and there’s still no end in sight. It really is quite long.” An Lin nodded.
This cave was a lot longer than he had imagined!
After continuing onward for another fifty kiloters, they finally reached an exit.
Little Xie was already waiting for them at the exit.
“Phew… What a massive place! Woof!” Da Bai exclaid in surprise.
An Lin summoned his Great Holy Fla, and a dazzling light lit up an area within a radius of over ten thousand feet. There were no more rock faces around them, only the bumpy ground beneath their feet as well as an extrely cavernous space.
“This is like an underground world!” An Lin exclaid as he looked around at his surroundings. He had thought that this would be a narrow underground passageway. He didn’t expect the bottom of the Abyss of Evil to be so cavernous!
Little Xie wrinkled her intricate nose and carefully sensed the space around her before pointing in a certain direction. “Let’s go there!”
An Lin didn’t have any objections. He was looking for the Dark Soul Lake, as well as an extrely powerful sinister devil. There were no indications on the map of where they were, so he could only rely on luck.
“Wait for , woof!” Da Bai suddenly called.
An Lin turned around to see Da Bai lifting up one leg, followed by so sort of indeterminate liquid pouring onto the ground.
“Holy f*ck, Da Bai, you’re going too far! How could you just relieve your bowels in public?” An Lin turned pale with fright.
“How about you build a toilet for then, woof!” Da Bai rolled his eyes.
“Besides, my urine is no ordinary urine. It’s a location-indicating pheromone to indicate where we’ve been!” Da Bai continued.
A confused expression appeared on An Lin’s face. “Location-indicating pheromone?”
“That’s right! My nose is extrely sensitive to this sll, and I can sll its exact location even from over five hundred kiloters away, woof!” Da Bai spoke with a proud expression.
An Lin was astonished. “You can sll your own pee from over five hundred kiloters away? Bad*ss!”
“It’s a very good way to not get lost.” Little Xie nodded with a serious expression.
Da Bai laughed heartily. “That’s right. This place is so huge and so dark, it’s good to urinate at important locations so that I won’t forget the way back, woof!”
An Lin’s lips twitched, but he didn’t know what to say.
He had never seen soone so proud and justified after engaging in public urination.
Da Bai’s urine began to seep into the ground, creating a special veined scent. Da Bai inhaled deeply, and an intoxicated expression appeared on his face. After committing this scent to mory, he nodded with contentnt. “All done, let’s go, woof!”
An Lin continued in the direction Little Xie had pointed in.
Not long after that.
“Hiss…”
The sound of tal grating against rock suddenly erupted.
Three black figures pounced toward An Lin and his group at the sa ti, compressing the air with their vast, terrifying auras!
Little Xie wielded her Evil-Slaying Sword and instantly unleashed an inky-black sword projection, which was too fast for even An Lin’s eyes to follow.
In the next second, all of the black figures pouncing toward them exploded in unison!
“Insta-killing three Soul Formation Stage sinister devils with one sword strike! Impressive!”
An Lin was still trailing along in autopilot mode, and he applauded with approval.
Little Xie absorbed the sinister devils’ energy before continuing onward.
After traveling for about fifty kiloters, they arrived at a place where so sort of viscous substance was wafting through the air, as if the air had been infused by so sorts of evil jelly.
An inky-black figure opened its crimson eyes before slowly drawing a huge sword that it carried on its back.
Boom!
Its terrifying aura swept forth like a tsunami.
The humanoid sinister devil made its way toward An Lin and his group, and a ferocious projection of a lizard dragon appeared from behind him. An Lin and the others were struck by the oppressive aura of sinister devils intermingled with the aura of a Western Dragon Forest creature.
“I am the Evil Dragon Lord, ruler of…”
The sinister devil hadn’t even finished its sentence before Little Xie charged toward it and unleashed a powerful strike with her Evil-Slaying Sword!
“Evil Sword Technique, Soul Crushing Strike!”
The blade of the sword swept through the air like a bolt of black lightning.
The humanoid sinister devil’s expression shifted drastically, and it swung its sword at an extrely fast speed.
An explosive collision ensued, shattering the space within a radius of several thousand feet.
The sinister devil hurtled back over a kiloter, and its hands trembled as an extrely large crack appeared on its huge sword.
Its expression beca extrely heavy. “What a terrifying sword strike… Who are you?!”
“Oh, it managed to take one of Little Xie’s attacks! This sinister devil is a lot more powerful than that Dark Demon guy.” An Lin surveyed the scenes unfolding before his eyes with intrigue.
Little Xie didn’t answer the Evil Dragon Lord. Instead, she charged toward it using her wraith-like movent techniques again.
“Impudence!” The Evil Dragon Lord flared up with rage, and it unleashed a sword projection that howled like a dragon, leaving a trail of viscous, polluted air in its wake.
Little Xie didn’t evade the sword projection. Instead, she gripped her sword with both hands. A divine symbol appeared on the blade of the sword, transforming it into a pure black color.
An Lin looked on, but he could only see a boundless expanse of darkness.
“Evil Sword Technique, Royal Divine Monarch!”
Extrely powerful and regal sword intent exploded forth, as if a paramount divine monarch had arrived at the scene.
Little Xie violently stamped into the ground to launch herself forward, leaving a massive crater in the ground.
Within the blink of an eye, the Evil Dragon Lord’s sword projection had been sliced in half.
Before it had a chance to react, Little Xie had already appeared behind the Evil Dragon Lord while maintaining a bow stance, as if she had just unleashed a sword strike.
Behind her, the Evil Dragon Lord wailed with anguish as its body was sliced in two!
