The operation proposed by Darami and revised by Magia.
The outline was extrely simple.
Wait for the mafias to get completely absorbed in the turf war and distracted with territory grabs.
Then hijack a produce truck headed from the farms to Olympus Food HQ, snag so of the cargo, and leave the truck parked behind the Western mafia base run by Study Abroad.
There was one specific condition.
“The truck has to be the one driven by Yongsook (Dora).”
They were counting on Dora’s panicky personality—how she always scrambled and froze in sudden situations.
If soone stopped the truck and hijacked it on the spot, there was a 100 out of 100 chance she wouldn’t even rember what the culprits looked like.
So for this mission, Darami and Magia took on the role of blocking the produce truck using another car.
The hijacker would be Pino.
All she had to do was climb into the driver’s seat once the truck stopped and drive away. For her, a pretty easy mission.
And so, Day 1 of Week 2.
The mont the opportunity ca, Red Hood began pursuit of the produce truck.
While Dora stord out of the driver’s seat to yell at the car in front that kept braking suddenly—Darami and Magia’s car...
“W-what?! My truck!!”
Pino, out of Dora’s field of view, successfully slipped into the truck and reversed out of there.
— It was too easy because it was Dora...
— Boring...
— Kinda anticlimactic 😂
— Irony that it’s boring because it was too perfect 😂
It was so easy that even Darami, who usually got tense during missions, muttered casually,
“Compared to everything else we’ve done, this was way too ta. Don’t we have sothing a bit more exciting?”
“Hm? Not satisfied? Wanna go on a date with the police chief or sothing?”
“Uh, no thanks.”
“La.”
After they siphoned off a few crates of produce, they parked the truck in the back alley of Study Abroad’s HQ—Rain’s mafia crew—and Magia asked Darami,
“If it’s really bothering you, why not tag along with Pino and poke around the turf war a bit?”
“Eh? What about you?”
“I’ve got sothing to do using my sister’s taxi now. So if you wanna play, go play.”
“Aha. Hmm.”
Darami glanced over at Pino.
She was the type to say yes to anything in front of Magia, but not necessarily that friendly with other people.
And as the boss, she found Magia intimidating—but she found Pino even scarier.
But that discomfort vanished in a flash with just one line from Magia.
“Unni, go shoot so people with the boss.”
“Should I?”
“Yeah. We don’t have anything we all need to do together today anyway. Easier if we split up.”
“Alright then!”
With a cheerful response, Pino shoved Darami onto her bike.
Darami, caught off guard, strapped on a helt and buckled her belt, then took off with Pino to join the turf war.
Left alone, Magia.
She sprawled out on the hideout’s sofa and dialed a number.
Brrr.
Click.
[Hello?]
“Hi! Is this the manager of Olympus Restaurant’s Wickmom location? I have a tip I’d like to share!”
The person on the other end was Wickmom (Wicker), the one expecting that produce delivery Dora had been driving.
[Oh? I don’t recognize your voice. You’re not in my contacts either—how’d you get this number?]
“I’m Tia, little sister of that taxi driver, Ma-daeri! I had to contact you quickly, so I got the number from her. Sorry if that was rude.”
A sudden call from a stranger.
But the mont she said she was Ma-daeri’s younger sister—one of the most well-regarded taxi drivers in Lightning tropolitan—Wicker’s guard dropped completely.
[Ah, Ma-daeri’s sister? No worries at all. What’s going on?]
“I just saw so shady people hijacking an Olympus Food truck on the highway! I wanted to report it. You haven’t heard anything yet?”
[What? That happened? Hold on. Hey, Manager Ko. Has Yongsook’s truck arrived yet?]
[No, we got a ssage that she left, but she hasn’t shown up yet.]
Sensing sothing was off, Wicker asked Magia,
[Let try contacting Yongsook and get back to you. Is this the right number to reach you at?]
“Yes! Feel free to call anyti, manager!”
[Got it then.]
After the call ended, Magia humd a little tune, sprawled horizontally on the sofa facing the window, watching the setting sun.
A few minutes later, Wicker called back.
[Yongsook says so thugs showed up and stole the truck. It happened so fast she didn’t even get a good look at them... Tia, do you know anything else?]
Magia pulled up one corner of her mouth and said,
“They were dressed kinda mafia-style! But I couldn’t see clearly which group they were with since I was kinda far away. I think... their ties were either blue or purple?”
[Blue or purple ties...? Hey, Manager Ko, which mafia groups wear those colors again?]
[Blue would be Study Abroad—Rain’s crew. Purple would be the Gun Club.]
[Study Abroad is one of our affiliates. Why would they jack our truck? Then it must’ve been the Gun Club.]
[Could be, but we should double-check first, shouldn’t we?]
[Hmm... but they’re both busy with the turf war right now.]
Wicker sounded troubled as she turned back to Magia.
[Did you happen to see where the truck went?]
“I couldn’t follow it all the way, but the last I saw, it was headed toward Study Abroad’s hideout!”
[Hmm, got it. Manager Ko, we’ll have to go check directly.]
[I’ll go, manager. If there’s a supply issue, it’s better I confirm it myself.]
[Alright. Tia?]
“Yes?”
[Would you be able to ride along with Manager Ko and help check the area? I’m not sure how long it’ll take, but... if you do, I’ll make sure you’re compensated.]
“Oh! Yes, absolutely! My sister always says we should help people in need!”
The watching Slugs were stunned.
This was the sa Magia who used to go around acting like a bomb-throwing psycho—and now here she was, roleplaying as the sweet younger sister of Ma-daeri, being all polite and helpful.
— Are you actually insane 😂
— Wow 😂
— Lying without even blinking 😂
— That’s so talent right there
— I can’t wait for Wicker to find out the truth 😂
— Fr 😂
In any case, Olympus Restaurant’s manager ca down to the first-floor parking lot of the hideout to pick up Magia.
She climbed into the car and guided the manager to the last place she’d “seen” the truck.
After circling the area in the car for a bit, they finally spotted the hidden vehicle.
The manager jumped out, opened the cargo bay, and noticed that the inventory didn’t match Dora’s delivery list—about half of it was gone. He pressed a palm to his forehead.
“I have no idea what’s going on...”
Magia strolled over next to him and peeked into the truck’s cargo hold.
“What happened? Did soone steal the goods?”
Maybe it was because Tia’s appearance was that of a sweet young girl.
The manager, roleplaying a middle-aged man, just chuckled and responded kindly.
“Looks like half the stuff’s missing...”
Olympus Food «N.o.v.e.l.i.g.h.t» held a tight grip over the food, beverage, and restaurant industries within Lightning tropolitan.
And their supplied goods, after accounting for shipping and various added costs, were never offered at cheap prices.
Compared to that, raw produce wasn’t all that expensive.
So if soone didn’t have much money, or just wanted to save on food costs, it wasn’t too far-fetched for them to try hijacking a truck full of vegetables and fruit.
Conveniently, the items that had gone missing from the truck were exactly that—fruit and vegetables that could be eaten on their own.
But... why would Study Abroad, of all groups, pull sothing like this?
They were an affiliate. Olympus supplied them at deeply discounted rates.
From the manager’s perspective, there was no reason for them to do sothing this stupid.
The more he thought about it, the deeper the doubts grew.
If Study Abroad lost Olympus Food’s trust, who stood to gain the most from it?
“The Gun Club...?”
If Olympus cut ties with Study Abroad, it would an severing its connection with the Western mafia as a whole.
And the natural alternative would be to shift to the Eastern mafia.
If the East had used the turf war chaos as cover to run a covert op—
Breaking up Study Abroad’s main source of funding through Olympus Food, and then leveraging the financial and manpower gap to dominate the turf war...
“If I just had one shred of proof that it was the Gun Club...”
While the manager rummaged through the boxes in the truck bed, shifting crates and checking inventory, Magia quietly slipped sothing into the corner of the cargo.
Just enough to peek out between the boxes.
A purple necktie.
— Wait
— ...wait what???
— WHEN did she grab that thing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mafia mbers all wore similar suits.
What distinguished them—and represented their affiliation—were their unique ties.
These weren’t just neckties. They were detailed, patterned, ornanted—essentially a “guild crest.”
Not sothing easily obtained by outsiders.
And each mafia’s design was unmistakable.
The purple tie Magia planted belonged to the Gun Club.
She’d stolen it from a weapons stash when picking up explosives the other week.
— Oh so that’s why she said both blue and purple earlier 🤣🤣🤣🤣
— But wait... doesn’t this just stir up East-West beef?
— Yeah, it doesn’t help Red Hood directly
— Hmm
— Wasn’t the whole point to break Olympus–Study Abroad trust?
— I seriously have no idea what this girl’s even doing anymore 😂
But as so of the viewers guessed, Magia’s original plan had indeed been to destroy the trust between Olympus Food and one of their key affiliates—Study Abroad.
If the manager now found a Gun Club tie here, the trust might actually strengthen instead.
No one could make sense of what Magia was really aiming for...
Until the manager pulled out the purple tie tucked between the boxes.
“This... is a Gun Club tie?”
“Did you find sothing?”
“Ah. So the Gun Club’s tie ended up here. Then... were they the ones who hijacked the truck?”
“Gasp! So they stole it and planted it near Study Abroad to make them look guilty? That’s so evil!”
“Right now, that seems the most likely scenario.”
“But... doesn’t the tie feel a bit weak as evidence?”
“You think so?”
“Yes! I an, even if they were careless, wouldn’t they be extra cautious about leaving evidence behind if they were trying to fra soone?”
“Hm... now that you say it.”
“What if it was actually Study Abroad trying to fra the Gun Club by planting that tie?”
— What
— Wait
— WAIT???
— Oh...?
The manager scratched his head with a troubled expression.
As much as he didn’t want to admit it,
The idea that Study Abroad was trying to fra the Gun Club seed more plausible than the opposite—
That the Gun Club was running a complex framing op and just happened to leave behind evidence like idiots.
“I guess... I’ll have to talk to soone in Study Abroad directly.”
“If you ask them outright, they’ll definitely say no. Wouldn’t it be better to ask the Gun Club if the tie was stolen? If it was, they’ll probably react strongly.”
“Hmmm...”
The manager rubbed his lips and muttered,
“If Study Abroad did all this because they don’t trust us enough to maintain the partnership... the boss won’t like it one bit.”
Magia, fully aware of Olympus Food’s CEO, Crkemang—aka “Hand of God”—feigned ignorance.
“Huh? Why?”
“Our CEO had a previous business deal collapse because a partner was doing shady stuff behind his back... He says all the ti in etings that if he even slls anything suspicious, he’ll cut ties imdiately.”
“Then... if it turns out Study Abroad orchestrated this, he’ll actually terminate the contract?”
“Our boss is serious about that stuff. Besides, it’s not like Lightning tro only has mafia on the West side. Our company’s big—both East and West want to work with us.”
At that mont, the entire audience froze.
Because they finally understood what Magia had been scheming all along.
— Holy sh💥t
— 😂😂😂😂😂
— Bruh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
— Okay I believe it now, you really ARE a genius
— This is the most batshit serious gaslighting I’ve ever seen in an RP server 😂
What started as a barebones idea from Darami—just hijack a truck and cause so discord—
Had been twisted and layered by Magia until there was no way to trace it back.
She blocked all routes of suspicion,
And even exploited the personal habits of Olympus Food’s CEO.
If she took the tie to the Gun Club?
They’d definitely flip out—“That was stolen!!”
Because she really had stolen it.
If soone asked them to prove it, they could call in the police chief as a witness.
Sure, it’d be embarrassing to admit they lost in a fight,
But better that than losing the trust of a business partner.
At that point, Magia’s objective would be nearly complete.
Having decided it was ti to lock in the win, she pushed even harder to sway the manager’s opinion.
“Now that I think about it, the Eastern mafia has been totally hostile toward Red Hood, right? But the Western mafia... not so much.”
“Yeah?”
“Maybe they’ve been secretly helping Red Hood from behind the scenes.”
The manager wet his lips and muttered,
“If that’s true... then our boss will definitely want to sever ties with the Western mafia.”
