"Alright, you've all mastered the three spells now," Dean Bruce said with a smile. "Rember, use them wisely during the competition. I'm confident you'll achieve great results."

Prolo Hawthorne, Alice, and Delina Reba nodded in unison, their faces full of determination.

The following day, the second round of the magical competition comnced as scheduled.

This round was an individual showcase, where each participant would step onto the stage to demonstrate their magical prowess.

Dean Bruce accompanied Prolo Hawthorne, Alice, and Delina Reba to the venue. The arena was already packed with excited spectators and contestants, buzzing with anticipation.

"Good luck, everyone! Give it your best!" Dean Bruce encouraged them.

The trio nodded, their eyes sparkling with resolve.

The competition began, and Prolo Hawthorne was the first to take the stage. He took a deep breath and stepped forward confidently.

"Hello, everyone! My na is Prolo Hawthorne from Magic Academy," he introduced himself.

The audience applauded warmly.

Standing tall and composed, Prolo Hawthorne began chanting his spell:

"Under the bridge near my door,

Swam a group of ducks galore.

Count them now, oh, let see

Two, four, six, seven, eight!"

As he recited, he mimicked the movents of ducks swimming, drawing a ripple of laughter from the crowd.

However, just as the audience thought it was a codic act, sothing magical happened. A flock of shimring, glowing ducks appeared on stage, gliding gracefully around Prolo Hawthorne in a lively display.

"Wow, incredible!" gasped the spectators, their laughter turning to awe.

Prolo Hawthorne smiled confidently and continued the performance, combining the chant with amusing gestures. The glowing ducks followed his lead, forming intricate patterns as if choreographed perfectly with his movents.

Finally, he struck a dramatic pose to conclude the act, and the audience erupted into thunderous applause.

"Well done, Prolo!" Dean Bruce cheered enthusiastically from the sidelines.

As Prolo Hawthorne descended the stage, his face was alight with excitent.

"I did it, Professor Dean!" he exclaid.

Dean Bruce clapped him on the shoulder. "You were fantastic, Prolo. Now let's see how Alice and Delina perform."

Next, it was Alice's turn. She walked onto the stage with a hint of nervousness, but her determined gaze revealed her readiness.

"Hello, everyone! My na is Alice, also from Magic Academy," she said with a warm smile.

Once again, the audience greeted her with applause.

Alice took a deep breath and began chanting:

"Twinkle, twinkle, little star,

How I wonder what you are.

Up above the world so high,

Like a diamond in the sky."

As she recited, she tilted her head upward, as if gazing at a night sky.

With each word of her spell, the stage transford. The lights softened, casting a warm, ethereal glow, and countless sparkling stars appeared, twinkling gently as though they were truly hanging in a boundless sky.

The audience was srized by the enchanting scene, their gasps of wonder filling the air.

Alice smiled gently, continuing to recite the spell while performing a series of graceful movents. As she moved, the starlight on the stage shifted and changed, forming one breathtaking scene after another.

Finally, Alice ended her performance with an elegant pose. The audience erupted into thunderous applause.

"Alice, you were absolutely amazing!" Dean Bruce praised her from the sidelines.

Blushing slightly, Alice descended the stage with a shy but pleased smile.

Next, it was Delina Reba's turn. She stepped onto the stage, her eyes shining with confidence.

"Hello, everyone! My na is Delina Reba, and I'm from Magic Academy," she introduced herself.

The audience responded with another round of welcoming applause.

Delina Reba began to chant:

"Pull the turnip, pull the turnip!

Heave-ho, heave-ho, it won't budge!

Granny, co help us now,

Let's pull the turnip up sohow!"

As she chanted, she mimicked the action of pulling a stubborn turnip from the ground, causing the audience to burst into laughter.

But just as everyone thought it was rely a codic act, a gigantic glowing turnip suddenly materialized on the stage. Delina Reba strained against it, trying to pull it free, clearly struggling.

"Where's Granny? Isn't she supposed to help?" soone from the audience joked, laughing.

At that mont, a figure dressed as an old grandmother appeared on stage. She wore an apron and a floral bonnet, walking up to Delina Reba with a determined expression. Together, they began pulling on the turnip.

"One, two, three pull!" they shouted in unison.

Finally, with a great effort, the enormous turnip popped out of the ground. The audience erupted into cheers and applause, thoroughly entertained.

"That was so much fun!" one spectator said, laughing. "This spell is not only hilarious but also aningful!"

Delina Reba and the "granny" both bowed deeply to the audience before walking off the stage.

"You three did an excellent job," Dean Bruce said with a smile. "Now, we'll have to wait for the judges to give their scores."

The scores wouldn't be announced imdiately; they would have to wait until all the other teams had completed their performances.

The next performance was by a student from a neighboring class.

It was a young woman nad Stewart, a Magician with striking beauty. Her long golden hair flowed down her shoulders like a waterfall, and her slender figure and confident deanor captivated the crowd.

She stepped onto the stage, exuding self-assurance.

"Hello, everyone! My na is Stewart, and I am a Grand Magician," she declared.

"A Grand Magician?" soone in the audience exclaid in surprise. "Magic ranks go from Magic Apprentice, Novice Mage, Magician, Grand Magician, Magus, Grand Magus, Archmage, Grand Archmage, Sage Magus, Demigod, True God, Supre Deity, to God-King. For her to be a Grand Magician at such a young age is incredible!"

"Indeed! The younger generation is truly impressive!"

"What kind of magic will she perform?"

The crowd buzzed with anticipation, eager to see what Stewart would bring to the stage.

Stewart stood in the center of the stage, took a deep breath, then closed her eyes and began to chant a spell.

"Arrow of Light, pierce the skies, strike true, and leave no escape!"

As the incantation concluded, a brilliant beam of light shot out from her hand, transforming into a radiant arrow that soared toward a target on the stage.

"Bang!"

The light arrow struck the bullseye with impeccable precision, producing a crisp sound. The audience erupted in applause and cheers, marveling at Stewart's skill.

However, Stewart wasn't finished yet. She closed her eyes again and recited another spell. Experience new tales on empire

"Shield of Flas, guard my heart, repel all attacks!"

As the incantation completed, a shield of blazing flas materialized in front of her, flickering with intense heat and light.

"Wow! What an incredible Fla Shield!" the audience exclaid in awe.

Stewart smiled faintly, then waved her wand and began her final spell.

"Eye of the Storm, summon the tempest, obliterate all obstacles!"

With the conclusion of her chant, a powerful storm ford around her, swirling and kicking up dust and fallen leaves. At its center, an invisible eye seed to gaze upon everything, emanating an aura of destruction.

"Absolutely incredible!" The audience burst into thunderous applause and cheers once more.

When Stewart's performance ended, she bowed gracefully to the audience and stepped off the stage. The judges imdiately began scoring her performance.

As she returned to the sidelines, she walked up to a handso male Magician and said, "Bryant, it's your turn next."

"Don't worry," Bryant replied with a confident smirk. "And rember, my rank is higher than yours."

"Ugh, you're so annoying," Stewart pouted playfully.

Bryant chuckled lightly and made his way to the stage.

Standing on the platform, Bryant swept his gaze across the audience, his eyes finally landing on Dean Bruce. A disdainful smirk curled his lips.

"Hmph, Dean Bruce… what kind of talent could your students possibly have?" Bryant muttered under his breath. Then, turning to the audience, he spoke aloud, "Greetings, everyone! I'm Bryant, from Glorious Academy."

The audience responded with applause once again, but instead of starting his performance imdiately, Bryant turned his attention back to Dean Bruce, his tone laced with provocation.

"Dean Bruce, since all your students have perford, isn't it about ti for you to take the stage? Or are you too afraid to show what you can do?"

Dean Bruce rely smiled, unfazed by the provocation. He chose to remain calm, understanding that maintaining composure in such monts was the wisest course of action.

"Bryant, don't push it too far," Prolo Hawthorne couldn't hold back and stepped forward. "Our teacher's abilities are far beyond what soone like you can comprehend!"

Bryant let out a cold laugh. "Oh, really? Then why don't you show what you're capable of?"

At that mont, the judges announced the scores for Prolo Hawthorne, Alice, and Delina Reba. Their performances had all received high praise and comndable ratings.

"Looks like your performances were decent," Bryant remarked, though his tone remained filled with disdain. "But now, let show you what real magic looks like."

Without waiting for a response, he began chanting a spell, preparing to demonstrate his abilities. However, just as he was about to complete the incantation, a sudden and intense wave of magical energy surged from the audience.

"What's going on?" Bryant frowned, stopping his chant.

In the audience, a mysterious figure in a black robe stood up. In his hand was a staff that radiated an eerie, otherworldly glow, and a powerful aura of darkness emanated from his body.

"Ha-ha!"

But before panic could spread, Bryant burst into laughter. "Everyone, calm down. This is just an illusion conjured by my magic. This spell is called Phantom Art."

With a wave of his right hand, the black-robed figure vanished into thin air.

"Bryant, was that really just part of your performance?" soone in the audience called out.

Bryant nodded smugly. "Of course. Phantom Art isn't just a fancy na, you know!"

The commotion in the audience quickly subsided, and their focus returned to the stage. Bryant, clearly pleased with himself, flashed a triumphant smile and continued.

"Alright, now let show you my real power," he declared, launching into a complex incantation. As the spell unfolded, the air around him began to distort, as if so enigmatic force was building and preparing to be unleashed.
