Chapter 143.

It was the humans that were the most confused in this situation.

“Huh, what on earth is going on there?”

“I saw Jung Si-woo flying over there earlier…is he creating all that commotion by himself?”

Waves several ters high rose from the calm ocean, and water pillars with destructive mana rose up high, tearing apart the rmaids and the monsters! If they were truly created by Jung Si-woo, the world couldn’t manage to handle him.

“No, that’s not his doing.”

Of course, so keen on mana soon realized that the situation wasn’t that simple.

“Is there an internal conflict among the monsters? If not…ah!”

“It’s a war between monsters from the other world and from the earth. I clearly get it.”

“If that’s the case…now is the ti!”

“Just gather up first! We have a chance since the rmaids are confused!”

The players intended to run away if things went sideways, but with the appearance of a new factor, their minds were moved too. They couldn’t do anything about the sunken ship. Still, they ordered the undamaged ships from getting together while protecting them from the rmaids.

“There’s no need to kill them, just shove them in that direction!”

“Good, this is going to be interesting.”

“Then…what is Jung Si-woo doing in the middle of that ruckus?”

In this critical mont where the players had to protect the ships and fight with the rmaids, was there a reason for him to head to the place where monsters were shredding themselves? People started to question it. Of course, everyone knew that he wasn’t soone that ran away from a battle, and that was why people were questioning his actions. Then what on earth was Jung Si-woo doing? The answer was simple.

He was feeding the whale.

“Whale, it’s alti!”

While the sea monsters of this world, including the rmaids, were thrown in disarray due to the attacks by different monsters like the whale, he struck down the devil’s judgnt to the surface of the ocean after completing his Charge Attack! The result was overwhelming destruction. In an instant, the sea was shredded several ters deep, and the rmaids flew up into the sky while jumping like fishes that got caught in a net.

[Gwaaaaaaaaaaah!]

And the giant whale ate them up.

“Good boy, my whale! Have so more!”

[Gwhoooooh!]

“Oppa…”

Suddenly, Jung Si-woo acted all friendly to it, and the whale roared loudly as a reply! Soo-rin witnessed what was going on, and she mumbled coldly as she gave up on understanding it. A human was feeding a whale with rmaids. And the fact that it suited him well made her speechless.

[Hiya! Although I lack in power, I am confident in my speed!]

Caina, still behind him, threw her greatsword. The sword flew while rotating gracefully and struck the surface of the ocean, paralyzing several monsters of the otherworld who tried to attack the monsters of the earth before it returned back to her. Jung Si-woo shouted out of excitent as he was preparing for another Charge Attack.

“Teach how to do that too!”

[If you can use the magic bullet, you can do it anyti. It would probably take just 5 minutes, so I’ll teach you.]

“Great!”

In less than a minute, he learned it completely. That was when Jung Si-woo learned an active skill called Boorang!

[What’s important is how to create a complicated trajectory through throwing a weapon linked by mana. If you get used to it, it’s possible to deal with a ranged attack by applying the power of close combat skill to the weapon.]

“Oh, whoa!”

“He is learning a new skill in the midst of this…”

Soo-rin sighed as she fired her gun. They weren’t focusing on killing monsters but rather on disarming the earth monsters who were weaker than the monsters from the otherworld in terms of power. And that would make her speed seriously increase!

“Those monsters, I believe they are getting stronger by devouring the monsters from the other world.”

[It’s a thod which humans shouldn’t do. Eating just part of them wouldn’t be a problem, but devouring their existences and mana would corrupt the one that consuming…but monsters don’t care about that in the first place. It was because they were born through corruption itself.]

Caina smiled bitterly and threw her greatsword once again. The mont she paralyzed the rmaids and the monsters, those from the earth rushed in and devoured them. She blushed a little while watching them devour each other.

[Aren’t they a bit cute…?]

“Those are our enemies in the end. Now it’s just…a temporary alliance.”

The monsters from the earth weren’t that stupid. They would have known the reason why Jung Si-woo’s team was helping them. But they wouldn’t confront them since they were of help. That would suffice.

“It would be best to completely wipe both groups out in the end.”

[That…is true.]

In fact, didn’t the monsters from the earth finally make their entrance because the monsters from the otherworld were weakened by a human? Helping them now wouldn’t change their attitude.

“The rmaids are coming from sowhere. Perhaps are the sea monsters from all over the world gathering to this place…?”

“Feeding the earth monsters with this much food will make them strong too!”

Jung Si-woo’s mbers were becoming a great help to the earth monsters. Aside from the giant whale, there weren’t many strong foes among the earth monsters, so they were annihilated by the few strong rmaids. However, as they were offered food after getting paralyzed, the number of rmaids and monsters from the otherworld decreased faster!

[Gwooooooooh!]

The whale blasted water out of its back. Its mana-infused water stream beca a mana arrow and fell down, piercing through countless rmaids. Jung Si-woo was amazed by the ultimate massacre.

“If I were to raise just one of it…”

“I knew you would bring that up, Oppa.”

“I want to raise it!”

“Be quiet and continue shooting, Marina.”

Unfortunately, there were two idiots in that place. And it was sad that those two were the strongest among them all.

“Hiyaaaaa!”

While the mbers were scolding them, only Yong Se-ha charged into the surface and attacked the monsters. Actually, aside from Jung Si-woo and Marina, it was difficult to differentiate the monsters from the earth and from the otherworld, so he was just killing the rmaids.

“My abilities are developed more in terms of defense and not offense…good.”

On the other hand, Lee Seo-hee started setting up protective barriers on the earth monsters instead of attacking the monsters from the other world! For the past few months, she quickly beca powerful enough that even those above level 200 had a hard ti breaking her barrier. When her barrier was cast on the monsters, they grew excited and started attacking the sea monsters.

[Guuuuuuuuuh!]

[Kiyah! Kyiiiiiii!]

[The humans are helping us!]

The battle continued on fiercely. A battle between the earth monsters (native) and the otherworld (exotic), and the humans were fighting in between them! The fight went on night and day, and the results of it were finally shown when the night ca once again.

“Retreat! The siege by the rmaids is broken!”

“Now is the ti, change direction! We’re escaping right away!”

Could the civilians sleep well amid the battle that went on for an entire day? They forgot about the conflict with the players and fought hard for the common goal. With the cruise ship as its head, the cargo ships successfully escaped the siege set by the rmaids with the help and desperate protection of the players.

“This isn’t the end, so we have to let them destroy each other and head forward!”

“But there are players that didn’t return…”

“They will co after us!”

And that was how the fleet escaped from the battle. anwhile, the fight between the Natives and the Exotics continued on fiercely. The rmaids weren’t able to concentrate on the humans. The incoming forces gathered around to attack the Natives and not the human fleet.

[How co they can withstand so well?]

[There’s just one reason…it’s because few of the strong humans are helping them!]

[Kiiiii, Kiiiiiik…! Kill them first!]

It wasn’t the mother-in-law who beats you, but the sister-in-law who tried to stop her that was more hateful – this proverb was wrong. Jung Si-woo’s mbers were the sister-in-law who was beating them alongside the mother-in-law. How they were hindering the monsters while roaming around the battlefield was really a pain to the rmaids.

[Guwoooooh!]

“Yeah, just follow !”

Jung Si-woo had ford a perfect pair with the giant whale, and they were wiping out the rmaids. As he was feeding it the rmaids, it was following Jung Si-woo’s bike. Others might think that he had tad the whale.

“Good, then it’s a joint attack!”

[Guwooooh!]

The attack by the human and whale turned the ocean upside down. Nobody dared to charge them head-on due to the strong attacks from above and below. More than 20% of rmaids’ depletion was the work of Jung Si-woo and the whale.

“Who said it was a temporary alliance?”

“I will take care of it once the situation is over, trust .”

Jung Si-woo replied firmly to Soo-rin’s words and attacked the rmaids. He didn’t seem to be tired even though he was in a battle for more than 24 hours. Dungeons had places to rest in the middle of the path, so it wasn’t obvious until now that his combat sustainability and stamina were godlike.

[Fight! Let’s drive away those groups enforcing us with a strange god from our ho!]

[Let them know the existence of the god that we worship!]

“…God?”

Jung Si-woo looked a bit strange as he heard what the Native said amid the battle.

“I thought it was a pure Native, yet it had been worshipping a god?”

But no matter how hard he looked into them, there weren’t any foreign traces in them like divine power. He didn’t understand how things were going on. They wouldn’t have co up with a religion like humanity…

“It won’t tell even if I ask…”

[Guwooooh?]

As Jung Si-woo was lost in his thought, his feeding stopped, so the whale tilted its head and looked at him. His roar didn’t convey any aning; it wasn’t able to communicate due to its low intelligence. Jung Si-woo grieved on it and shook his head.

“Nah. Let’s continue with your al.”

[Guwoh!]

The whale splashed the water once again and slaughtered the nearby rmaids, then devoured them to regenerate mana and health. A power was similar to an invincible tank! Jung Si-woo thought about how to kill it once the ti ca, and he lifted his hamr. When the fleet led by humans disappeared completely beyond the horizon, the battle between the Natives and the Exotics finally ca to an end.

There was no winner in this battle.
