“That’s not necessarily the case,” retorted Mu Ying, not admitting defeat. Yet, she still skillfully took out a bunch of snacks and fruits because it was always good to eat sothing while listening to stories.

After the ergence of the Ten Thousand Worlds Trial, the environnts of various universes tended towards peace, and the difficulty of becoming a god actually decreased sowhat, but the challenge of becoming a powerful god increased by more than a hundredfold.
You have to understand, there is a world of difference between gods.

Previously, Laws were more chaotic and not confined to a single Life Planet, so understanding them was more free-flowing then.
Now, under the influence of the Ten Thousand Worlds Trial, the Laws of the universes and planets are more orderly. A single move affects the whole body, and it’s not sothing you can earn recognition for lightly. Without recognition, one doesn’t even have the privilege to comprehend Laws, making it much harder.
Gaining the recognition of a world consciousness ans you must have a profound connection with a Life Planet.
Either you were born in this world, naturally being a citizen of it and carrying a certain recognition. As long as you are the first on the planet to comprehend a certain Law and then make so contributions to it, you can gain control of that Law and condense divine essence.
In the last few tens of thousands of years, most new gods have followed this path; it’s the most orthodox and the easiest Path to God.
If you weren’t born in this world, then you are essentially an outsider and must make much greater contributions, almost several tis that of the forr thod, to gain recognition. Few use this thod because it’s too difficult.
Life Planets are numbered, and gods are almost immortal. The old, familiar planets where it’s common to find easy-to-grasp or more potent Laws are nearly all spoken for. Although the complexity of Laws is imasurable, and no one can clearly say how many different Laws constitute a Life Planet, getting a spot on an old planet is as hard as reaching the heavens.
Furthermore, the minor Laws can at most yield a god with Weak Divine Power.
Conversely, in new worlds, Divine Positions are vacant, and the potent Laws have yet to find masters, with the potential to birth gods of Interdiate Divine Power.
