"Mr. Zhang, his na is Sorens, and he was born on a small farm in England. When he was seven, he was abducted by that organization and suffered twelve years of inhumane torture in a lab. He's now a Level Three mutant."

"He looks no different from a normal person!" Zhang nglong glanced at Sorens. Judging by the tiline provided by Ye Yin, Sorens should have been seventy or eighty years old, but he appeared to be only in his twenties or thirties.

Sorens had blond hair and blue eyes. He was about 175 cm, not very tall, even looking slightly slender, but standing in front of him, Zhang nglong felt an intense pressure. The air around them got much drier, and he could even hear crackling sounds of static electricity.

You see, Zhang nglong was on a plane, and this was extrely dangerous for the aircraft. Electromagnetic fields could cause the airplane's instrunt panel to malfunction, which would be fatal.

"Is he really from over half a century ago?" Zhang nglong wondered, as Sorens looked about his age.

"His cells were modified by nuclear radiation, not only enhancing the mitochondria to greatly slow down human aging, but also producing cells similar to those of electric eels, though far more complex in structure," Ye Yin explained. "Mr. Zhang, if interested, should delve deeper into biology."

"Are you teaching

how to do my job?" Zhang nglong rolled his eyes but admitted he was sowhat intrigued.

"Why not consider going for a master's degree?" Zhang nglong suddenly contemplated. He didn't need to work, so why not spend a few more years at school? Due to the pandemic, the entrance exam for graduate studies was postponed to next March, so Zhang nglong still had ti to apply.

"What on Earth is he doing?" Sorens stared at Zhang nglong, saying nothing. The young man from Huaxia didn't seem scared at all and even seed to be daydreaming!

Being a mutant, an assassin, and one that was here to kill him, did he not deserve a minimum of respect?

"Are you Zhang nglong?" Sorens finally couldn't help but speak.

"Yes, that's . What do you want?" Zhang nglong didn't even change his sitting position, casually tossing a grape into his mouth.

Sorens's mouth twitched. This scenario didn't follow his usual script. Previously, his sudden and ghostly appearances had been enough to instill endless terror in people.

Inside Sorens's body, his cells could generate a powerful electromagnetic field that countered Earth's gravity, allowing him to fly in the air like 'Magneto' without any external support.

Moreover, his cells, interacting through electric currents, could disintegrate at the atomic level — a potentially dangerous feat. Thanks to the electrically ford field, however, his atoms could maintain a fixed relative position, allowing him to pass through even moderately dense solid objects by vibrating his atoms.

To an outsider, such abilities were nothing short of divine!

Everyone he killed had begged for rcy in despair and fear. Their last looks were of despair and also of reverence!

Yet, in Zhang nglong's eyes, there was not a hint of fear, and even a semblance of amusent.

Moreover, under normal circumstances, shouldn't the most instinctive question be "Who are you?"

He suddenly had a bold guess; maybe Zhang nglong recognized him?

"That's impossible!" Sorens internally dismissed the possibility. Their operations at Wind Nest were very confidential; apart from organization mbers and a very few people in the world, no one could possibly know him or even know he existed.

"I'm here to kill you!" Sorens said coldly.

"Pfft!" Zhang nglong couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Brother, you're not very professional! Where I co from in Huaxia, the villains usually die because they talk too much. A real assassin is one who acts tough and speaks little. You're making it quite easy to be counter-killed!"

Sorens seed to enjoy the fearful glances and powerless screams before soone's death, perhaps due to his warped childhood. Many tis, he was capable of killing his targets without them ever noticing him, yet he never chose to do so! He had imnse confidence that no one could survive in his hands.

However, in front of Zhang nglong, such behavior suddenly beca childish and laughable.

"Alright, let's lay it all out. I'm done pretending!" Zhang nglong spat out a grape seed. "Hong Yi, buy seedless grapes for

next ti. Eating these is too exhausting!"

Hearing this sentence, Sorens felt as if his entire worldview was crumbling. Why could soone casually eat when facing an assassin like himself, and even be so leisurely about it? Did they think he didn't exist?

"Did Su Zhihe send you?"

"Damn!" Sorens panicked internally, had his move been exposed? Who could it be?

But it was impossible. The mbers of their organization planned their operations independently; no one could know their plans, unless it was soone from Wind Nest.

But the people at Wind Nest were like brothers to him, there couldn't possibly be a traitor among them!

"Stop worrying, no one betrayed you. You cannot imagine the energy I have, and today you won't be able to kill ; you've probably co here for nothing," Zhang nglong laughed. "By the way, how much did he pay you? I'll double it if you take him down for !"

"Fuck!" Sorens couldn't help but curse, feeling humiliated.

Aside from Zhang nglong, there were only seven others on the plane, one captain, one co-pilot, and the rest were maintenance staff—all just ordinary people. Zhang nglong seed the most ordinary of them all, and Sorens had no idea where his confidence ca from.

"Forget it, you probably won't believe

anyway. Aren't you here to kill ? Co on then!" Zhang nglong slumped into the sofa, making a helpless gesture.

"What is this Huaxia person playing at? An ancient Huaxia Empty Fort Strategy?" Sorens hesitated. His instincts told him that sothing was off with this rich second generation from Huaxia!

"Whoosh!" Zhang nglong suddenly stood up, startling Sorens.

"Hahaha, so pretending can have a deterrent effect too!" Zhang nglong couldn't help but laugh.

But although he looked calm as an old dog, he was actually extrely nervous.

He knew Ye Yin was formidable, but what if Ye Yin was overconfident and had underestimated the opponent's ability? What if his bluff failed and he got screwed? Wouldn't he be dood then?

Not only that, they were at an altitude of ten thousand ters. If Ye Yin couldn't subdue Lawrence imdiately and sothing happened to the plane, Zhang nglong would be smashed to smithereens. In truth, he had no faith in his heart!

"Co at !" Zhang nglong forced himself to muster courage as he spoke.

"It must be a bluff!" Sorens confird once again. Aside from these people, there seed to be no one else on the plane. It was all an act by Zhang nglong!

"Cunning Huaxia people!" Sorens's eyes narrowed into slits. "Even though I don't know how you discovered my movents today, you're still going to die!"

"Zzzzzz!" Sudden arcs of electricity began to emanate from Sorens's body, and these were not re static discharges but strong voltage arcs!

In that instant, the plane's alarm blared loud, signaling that the control systems had failed!
