Facing the massive fireball coming head-on, the Earth Dragon did not dodge or weave, but spat out a column of mud water that hit the fierce fireball, deviating it from its original trajectory and causing an intense explosion not far from the Earth Dragon’s body.

Before the Earth Dragon could close its massive mouth, another fireball only the size of a bowl’s opening, blue in color, shot out from your hand. This blue fireball traveled several tis faster than the previous big fireball, and the Earth Dragon, having no ti to dodge, was imdiately struck by it.

"Roar!"

The blue fireball did not explode, but the damage it inflicted on the Earth Dragon was far greater than the big fireball did just monts before. The area of the Earth Dragon’s body touched by the blue fireball was severely damaged; its once incredibly tough scale armor was burnt, charred, and torn, with the acrid sll of scorched flesh perating the air.

For the first ti injured, the furious Earth Dragon roared loudly at you, spraying six streams of mud water in rapid succession!

Unexpectedly, this Earth Dragon was not as formidable as imagined. Its injury significantly bolstered your confidence. You felt that even the high and mighty Dragon Clan was not invincible after all.

Emboldened by your ability to cast fire magic without saying a spell and the lack of a post-magic vulnerable phase, you lightly waved your left hand, sending fireballs raining towards it.

Though these fireballs were not very powerful, they still posed a considerable psychological threat to the Earth Dragon, which had just been wounded by a small fireball. This forced the Earth Dragon to frantically spew water columns to knock down each incoming fireball.

However, there were simply too many fireballs. Although the water columns were powerful, they were inadequate for defense. In no ti, several fireballs had struck its body.

The fireballs carried minimal power and caused no actual injury upon hitting the Earth Dragon’s body, yet psychologically, they irritated the Earth Dragon, causing it to twist its body incessantly and to shoot water from its mouth with even greater urgency.

You moved skillfully, darting swiftly. Despite the Earth Dragon’s best efforts to resist, it couldn’t completely block your rapid-fire fireballs from all directions, and in an instant, it was hit by several more.

Suddenly, the Earth Dragon felt intense pain at one of the impact sites, as a wave of explosive heat flooded the wound, making it let out a painful howl. This was the mont you chose to strike powerfully with your right hand while your left hand continued to cover with a barrage of Fireball Techniques.

Just as you were prepared to pull out Tusks from your back for a follow-up heavy hit, you suddenly noticed energy rapidly converging towards the throat of the Earth Dragon. Sensing danger, you instinctively tapped the tips of your toes, retreating more than ten ters without a second thought.

You saw the Earth Dragon open its mouth wide enough to swallow you whole, and a water column as thick as a tree trunk chased along your path of movent, bursting like a heavy machine gun’s fire right behind you and creating towering water splashes. In this mont, you couldn’t help but gasp in shock, realizing that if you hadn’t been so keenly aware and noticed its intentions in ti, you would have certainly perished under this barrage of high-pressure water streams.

You breathed a sigh of relief but dared not pause.

At the sa ti, to avoid jeopardizing Hua Jieyu, you continued to circle rapidly around the Earth Dragon.

Since the previous attack strategy had proved effective, of course, you would continue using it.

Thereupon, you repeated the technique, your left hand endlessly casting fireballs while your right hand stayed motionless, waiting for the Earth Dragon’s defenses to falter once again.

The fireballs were densely packed and chained together, like you were wielding a long whip of flas. The whip swiftly approached the opponent, but the Earth Dragon showed no reaction.

"Could it be waiting to get hit? Or has it exhausted the water in its belly?" You couldn’t help but be greatly puzzled.

Given the Earth Dragon’s formidable performance in the past, you were very clear in your mind that running out of water was impossible. After all, the Earth Dragon was a creature at the top of the food chain, and it couldn’t possibly be that fragile.

You estimated that the Earth Dragon must have already had a plan in mind.

Though you didn’t know how the Earth Dragon would counter, to be safe, you quickly leaped backwards and also gave Hua Jieyu a look suggesting retreat. Hua Jieyu had a fiery personality. She said she would advance and retreat together with you, and since the fight with the Earth Dragon began, she had not moved, and was also secretly gathering energy, waiting for an opportunity to attack the Earth Dragon.

Knowing that you couldn’t persuade Hua Jieyu, you could only retreat while observing the Earth Dragon’s movents. At this mont, the first fireball you had cast was now less than three inches from the Earth Dragon, who still didn’t budge, making you hesitate even more.

Just as you were beginning to doubt your own overcaution, a yellow light on its body first contracted, then surged violently, emitting an extrely dazzling brilliance.

In the face of this sudden bright light, both you and Hua Jieyu had to squint your eyes. Once your vision was restored, the fireballs you had previously launched had disappeared, and at so point, an energy shield had appeared in front of you. The shield was a translucid yellow, net-like in shape, with enchanting electric sparks flowing through it, wrapping the Earth Dragon three feet away, from top to bottom tightly.

The fireballs you launched were blocked by the energy shield, unable to inflict any damage to the Earth Dragon. At the sa ti, you also felt it was a pity, silently lanting that if you had known the Earth Dragon was gathering energy, you would have used your trump card earlier. Looking at the dazzling energy shield surrounding the Earth Dragon’s body, you had so difficulty adjusting for a mont.

"Hiss!" The Earth Dragon opened its huge maw once again. A high-pressure water jet, perhaps? You murmured to yourself. Because this ti, the energy convergence wasn’t apparent, but a different kind of fluctuation was forming, and being highly sensitive to Magical Elents, you could already feel many Thunder Elents converging towards the Earth Dragon’s body.

As the Earth Dragon’s gaping mouth opened wide, a series of yellow lightning bolts suddenly shot out from its tongue, like a sudden downpour.

You were utterly shocked. With no way to avoid it, you were forced to fight with all you had!

Tusks clanged as they were drawn, imdiately igniting into blazing flas. You danced with your sword, creating a large Fla Shield in front of you with the swift red flas. Actually, this Fla Shield was rely an illusion on the surface, due to the incredibly fast speed at which you were wielding Tusks in your hand, dispelling the incoming lightning one by one.

This Electric Magic contained trendous energy. Even with your abundant Fire Elent, your sword-wielding right hand still felt sour and numb from the shock.

Seeing how it could easily unleash such powerful Electric Magic, you couldn’t help but wonder, and turned to speak to Hua Jieyu, "Wasn’t it said that the Earth Dragon could only fire Earth System Magic? Could this creature possibly not be an Earth Dragon?"

"I don’t know either, and since the beginning of the fight until now, it’s rarely used Earth System Magic. It’s been mainly attacking you with water jets," she replied.

"Could this creature not be a dragon?" After all, both you and Hua Jieyu had never seen a real Earth Dragon. The reason Hua Jieyu called it a dragon earlier was just speculation.

"Despicable Humans! You dare to harm !"
