Facing the massive fireball coming head-on, the Earth Dragon did not dodge or weave, but spat out a column of mud water that hit the fierce fireball, deviating it from its original trajectory and causing an intense explosion not far from the Earth Dragon’s body.
Before the Earth Dragon could close its massive mouth, another fireball only the size of a bowl’s opening, blue in color, shot out from your hand. This blue fireball traveled several tis faster than the previous big fireball, and the Earth Dragon, having no ti to dodge, was imdiately struck by it.
"Roar!"
The blue fireball did not explode, but the damage it inflicted on the Earth Dragon was far greater than the big fireball did just monts before. The area of the Earth Dragon’s body touched by the blue fireball was severely damaged; its once incredibly tough scale armor was burnt, charred, and torn, with the acrid sll of scorched flesh perating the air.
For the first ti injured, the furious Earth Dragon roared loudly at you, spraying six streams of mud water in rapid succession!

Though these fireballs were not very powerful, they still posed a considerable psychological threat to the Earth Dragon, which had just been wounded by a small fireball. This forced the Earth Dragon to frantically spew water columns to knock down each incoming fireball.
However, there were simply too many fireballs. Although the water columns were powerful, they were inadequate for defense. In no ti, several fireballs had struck its body.
The fireballs carried minimal power and caused no actual injury upon hitting the Earth Dragon’s body, yet psychologically, they irritated the Earth Dragon, causing it to twist its body incessantly and to shoot water from its mouth with even greater urgency.
You moved skillfully, darting swiftly. Despite the Earth Dragon’s best efforts to resist, it couldn’t completely block your rapid-fire fireballs from all directions, and in an instant, it was hit by several more.
Suddenly, the Earth Dragon felt intense pain at one of the impact sites, as a wave of explosive heat flooded the wound, making it let out a painful howl. This was the mont you chose to strike powerfully with your right hand while your left hand continued to cover with a barrage of Fireball Techniques.
Just as you were prepared to pull out Tusks from your back for a follow-up heavy hit, you suddenly noticed energy rapidly converging towards the throat of the Earth Dragon. Sensing danger, you instinctively tapped the tips of your toes, retreating more than ten ters without a second thought.
You saw the Earth Dragon open its mouth wide enough to swallow you whole, and a water column as thick as a tree trunk chased along your path of movent, bursting like a heavy machine gun’s fire right behind you and creating towering water splashes. In this mont, you couldn’t help but gasp in shock, realizing that if you hadn’t been so keenly aware and noticed its intentions in ti, you would have certainly perished under this barrage of high-pressure water streams.
You breathed a sigh of relief but dared not pause.
At the sa ti, to avoid jeopardizing Hua Jieyu, you continued to circle rapidly around the Earth Dragon.
Since the previous attack strategy had proved effective, of course, you would continue using it.
Thereupon, you repeated the technique, your left hand endlessly casting fireballs while your right hand stayed motionless, waiting for the Earth Dragon’s defenses to falter once again.

She said she would advance and retreat together with you, and since the fight with the Earth Dragon began, she had not moved, and was also secretly gathering energy, waiting for an opportunity to attack the Earth Dragon.
Knowing that you couldn’t persuade Hua Jieyu, you could only retreat while observing the Earth Dragon’s movents. At this mont, the first fireball you had cast was now less than three inches from the Earth Dragon, who still didn’t budge, making you hesitate even more.

This Electric Magic contained trendous energy. Even with your abundant Fire Elent, your sword-wielding right hand still felt sour and numb from the shock.
Seeing how it could easily unleash such powerful Electric Magic, you couldn’t help but wonder, and turned to speak to Hua Jieyu, "Wasn’t it said that the Earth Dragon could only fire Earth System Magic? Could this creature possibly not be an Earth Dragon?"
"I don’t know either, and since the beginning of the fight until now, it’s rarely used Earth System Magic. It’s been mainly attacking you with water jets," she replied.
"Could this creature not be a dragon?" After all, both you and Hua Jieyu had never seen a real Earth Dragon. The reason Hua Jieyu called it a dragon earlier was just speculation.
