"Damn it, what the hell is this place? How have we been walking for so long without reaching the end?"
King Tong stared at the endless fog before him, his demonic eyes flashing with anger.
"I should be the one asking you that! Didn’t you say you’d already obtained information on the Luoo Qu Tomb? How co we can’t even get out of this place?!"
King Ning said with a cold snort, his face etched with displeasure.
"The information I got wasn’t detailed. I only know this place is called the Hall of Confusion, but there was nothing about how to get out!" King Tong, who seed to have a short temper himself, retorted.
"Hmph. While we’re stuck wandering around here, those humans have probably already entered the tomb and taken all the good stuff!" King Ning exclaid, flinging his hand in frustration.
"Damn them!" King Tong seed to realize this as well and roared in anger. "They might not have found the exit so quickly either! Let’s move faster. As long as we can catch one of them, we can just force the information out of them!"
"That’s our only option now. Let’s pick up the pace!"
Although King Ning wasn’t optimistic about this plan, there were no other options. He could only give another cold snort.
"Everyone, keep up! Hmm?" King Tong waved his hand again and led the group forward at a brisk pace. But after just a few steps, he suddenly stopped.
"What is it?" King Ning asked.
"Look, what’s that?"
King Tong pointed forward.
Following his finger, they saw a golden object glittering not far away, exceptionally dazzling in the gray, hazy air.
"Is that... a gold bar? Why would there be a gold bar here? Could this be the treasure of the Luoo Qu Tomb?"
As a Peak Powerhouse of Qi Sect, King Ning’s Spiritual Power allowed him to see farther. He recognized the golden object at a glance—it was actually a gold bar!
’How could there be gold bars here? This is too strange!’
"Let’s go take a look!"

"It really is gold! You can just find gold lying around in this place?"
They walked up to the gold bar and looked around. They found nothing unusual, and there was nothing wrong with the bar itself, but everyone still found it a bit odd.

King Tong pointed forward again. Sure enough, in the direction he was pointing, the group saw another gold bar.

"A trick? You think they’d co here lugging so many gold bars with them? How is that possible?" King Ning scoffed.
’That’s true...’
They had co to the Luoo Qu Tomb to find treasure. Who would bring their own gold to a treasure hunt? Wouldn’t that just be a waste of effort?
Although the so-called Storage Dantian existed in this world, people with such a talent were rare. King Tong and King Ning simply didn’t believe that any of those humans would possess one.
"I think these must have been dropped by the craftsn who built the tomb and failed to smuggle them out. Maybe if we follow this trail of gold, we can find the exit and discover a huge treasure!"
King Ning chuckled, clutching the gold in his hand.
"But..." King Tong still seed hesitant.
"What’s there to be afraid of! The strongest among those humans is only at the Early-Stage Qi Sect. In this Hall of Confusion, their range of sight is even smaller than ours. By the ti they spot us, we’ll have spotted them long ago. Are you really afraid of a sneak attack?"
King Ning snorted coldly.
"That’s true! Alright then, let’s follow the gold and find the greatest treasure!" King Tong laughed as well.
The group of eight from the Demon Race continued forward. In less than ten minutes, they had picked up more than a dozen gold bars. While this amount of wealth wasn’t astronomical to them, getting it for free still made them grin with excitent, and their vigilance gradually began to fade.
"Hmm, there’s gold in both directions? King Tong, you take three n down this path. I’ll take the other three down that one, and we’ll regroup after."

The eight of them split into two groups and headed off in their separate directions.
"It split into two directions again? Strange!" After leading his subordinates down one path for a while and picking up only three gold bars, King Tong discovered that the trail of gold had once again forked.
"Yao Zhang, Yao Qian, you two follow this path and retrieve that gold bar. After you get it, head back in my direction. When I see you, I’ll call out!"
Although he found it a bit strange, King Tong didn’t suspect anything. He casually ordered the two subordinates to go and pick it up.

Yao Zhang and Yao Qian clutched the gold in their arms, both of them laughing with excitent. However, before their laughter could fade, they heard the sound of rushing wind from behind them. Imdiately after, they saw the glint of an axe swinging toward them like a bolt of lightning.
