Landon Lawson’s eyes narrowed slightly, a faint cold light flickered in his pupils...
"Do you really think eavesdropping on my phone calls is an honorable thing?"
"No, no, definitely not." Caleb Shawcross shook his head repeatedly, right now he really didn’t dare to provoke Landon Lawson at all.

The man’s lips parted slightly, "I’ve always wanted to know why you suddenly sought out. I’ve investigated you before; you’re just an adopted child in their family, why be so loyal?"
Caleb was montarily stunned, then the determination in his eyes grew stronger, "One must know gratitude. Since the old man brought back and raised , I should repay that."
Listening to Caleb, Landon’s eyes gradually narrowed, and he coughed lightly, saying, "Seeing you like this puts my mind at ease."

Landon’s voice softened.
Caleb’s voice grew choked, actually, he lived well in the Shawcross Family as a child, but later, everything fell apart because of the Second Young Master’s unilateral actions, shattering the originally harmonious family.
As a child, Caleb had dread of serving the Shawcross Family all his life, repaying them for their help.
But now the family is broken.
Even the old man’s life was saved by him with great difficulty...
Recalling this, Caleb’s eyes looked sowhat desolate, which Landon and Nolan noticed clearly. After exchanging a glance, they left him alone there.

Ever since Babe arrived at the IT company, he kept inquiring about Landon’s situations, even occasionally typing code on the computer. The man originally found it curious and used an excuse to trick Babe away... and when he checked the computer that Babe had been using, he found out Babe had silently hacked into Landon’s company computer...

The corners of the man’s mouth held a thick smile, yet at this mont, Martin remained oblivious to the man’s peculiar deanor, continuing to smile cheerfully.
