"This is the primary objective of the Slayer Summit, since only teacher can perform this process." With that, Wayna concluded her explanation.
"That was a good one," Slayer nodded as he snapped his finger, causing a Gold Minda to appear before Wayna, "You can convert it into ntal Energy before you leave the city."
"Thank you, teacher." Wayna pocketed the Gold Minda happily.
'Stencil didn't even bat an eye to 10,000 ntal Energy. Just how much has she witnessed to be this unfazed by the sum?' Slayer thought, having been observing Stencil from the mont she arrived.
After all, with his strength, he was able to see through her disguise. As the first System Slayer to ever appear, he was aware of all the ins and outs of the Main Character System.
Even the first Main Character was his disciple. And after that, so more of his disciples or those he had instructed had gone on to beco Main Characters. So, he had the experience and ability to see through the Main Character's natural shielding.
And with that, he observed that Stencil was capable of controlling Systems, refining new Systems from scratch, and even destroying them. She practically had all the abilities necessary to beco the Main Character despite being a re System Slayer, not even a True System Slayer at that.
The danger of the Systems growing in a System Slayer's mind wasn't much as compared to a True System Slayer. But, only by becoming a True System Slayer can one level up. It was sowhat of a paradox.
But as long as the problem to one's mind was taken care of, being True System Slayers was of utmost benefit.
The danger of their minds being taken over by the Systems still existed though, hence the Slayer Summit.
But, Stencil didn't have to fear anything. New Systems erged in her mind? Sure, they were fun playthings for her to experint with. Need so new power? Sure, capture a related System and voila.
Want to kill a System? Piece of cake!
And best of all, Stencil was able to access Astral Network, the first in history among the System Slayers to do that. It was sothing even he was unable to replicate, despite being involved in the birth of many Main Characters.
So, it was apparent as to what value Stencil posed. After all, on certain levels, her value exceeded the Main Character just for the fact that she could access the Astral Network. This ant that all of the accumulations of the Systems were for their taking as long as they had enough ntal Energy to spend.
Slayer didn't reveal her identity though, for that was too dangerous. This was why he helped Stencil get accustod to the place without hinting about her true identity, treating her as a newbie System Slayer.
Most of the System Slayers at the place were aware of the fact that he could see through their powers and identities. So, it created a level of trust in that if he called soone a newbie, then everyone truly considered her a newbie, failing to make any relation between her and the daughter of the latest Main Character.
Moreover, Slayer had been observing Stencil's action, understanding that she was pretty cunning, despite the playful looks that almost made her seem like an airhead.
'When was the last ti I was this excited?' Slayer sighed, focusing on Stencil as her physical form vanished. And there, coined around a choker in a protective embrace was a dragon-like serpent, calmly watching him from the start. 'The Main Character is still alive!'
This was astounding news. After all, no matter what happened, the mont the Main Character was birthed, Grade 2 Systems rushed in to take care of them. And depending on the situation, even Grade 3 Systems were involved.
But, Compass Carburettor had manoeuvred through the situation in such a way that he faked his death and managed to fool everyone.
Even Slayer had been fooled to think that Compass Carburettor was dead until he noticed the dragon-like serpent sleeping within Stencil's body. And surprisingly, its eyes were calmly gazing at him.
Thinking for a mont, Slayer sent a ntal Energy stream to the dragon-like serpent.
[Compass Carburettor…?]
The dragon-like serpent blinked once, nodding in response. Slayer then thought for a mont before sending another ssage.
[Will you et once after this?]
Suddenly, a ntal Energy stream fell on him from another location, originating from Compass Carburettor.
[Sure]
The reply was succinct, but it was enough, causing Slayer to smile automatically.
'Lord Slayer is happy today.' Faluda's eyes lit up in surprise. The other System Slayers too noticed his smile, happy at the fact that sothing good had happened for him to be smiling.
And this served to help relax their minds further.
Slayer then extended his hand, pointing at the System Slayer seated three seats away from him, "Everyone, we have a pleasant occasion. Aronaut here has recently managed to reach level 99, becoming the seventh Slayer to attain this. In celebration of this, I'll help everyone here for free once, whether it's to reinforce your Personal Fragnt, swap it out with another, etc."
"Wow!" Felladin was unable to control his voice, exclaiming in shock. After all, a favour from the legendary Slayer was of insane value, especially the fact that he would help improve, modify, or even replace their Personal Fragnts.
It allowed them to change their life as they pleased. Imdiately in response, Felladin stood up and took out a System Fragnt that he had obtained recently, presenting it to the System Slayer nad Aronaut, "Senior Aronaut, congratulations on reaching the peak level. Please accept this humble gift from ."
"You're kind." Aronaut smiled, clearly pleased with the gift, "You can request my help in exploring any world under a Grade 2 System's control."
"Thank you!" Felladin smiled, happy with the response, glad to have gifted the System Fragnt that he obtained by killing a Level 20 System Host. He had spent a lot to obtain that, but getting a favour from Aronaut was many tis better.
Following Felladin's lead, all the System Slayers present began to take out System Fragnts one after another to gift Aronaut, receiving favours from him in response.
Eventually, everyone had done so, except Stencil as all eyes fell on her, wondering what this newcor would do in this situation.
