Chapter 1501: Chapter 1502: Rumors of the Human Progenitor

Liu Jinshui spoke calmly, without feeling the slightest bit embarrassed.

Li Xiaobai was puzzled in his heart. This Sixth Senior Brother is indeed stingy and really devious, but his cultivation level is undeniably profound. Why does he even want to claim resources ant for cultivators of the Peering God and Divine Passage realms?

Are these things useful to you?

Speaking of which, five hundred years have passed; Senior Brother has accomplished so many astonishing feats. Does he still need to cultivate?

“Senior Brother, where are we going?”

Li Xiaobai asked.

“To a mighty pass, forged by the flesh and blood of the human race!”

Liu Jinshui said with a mysterious smile.

“Are you talking about the Human Tribe Imperial City?”

Li Xiaobai inquired. The most valuable part of this battlefield is the Human Tribe Imperial City. Moreover, several senior brothers and sisters have stayed there before, and there might be sothing hidden he hasn’t discovered yet.

“Hmm?”

“Little Junior Brother knows of the Human Tribe Imperial City; it seems he has already witnessed it.”

Liu Jinshui was taken aback upon hearing this, but then he was relieved.

Li Xiaobai drove the golden chariot, carrying the big and small through the wilderness swiftly, retracing their steps.

Hundreds of years have passed, and this fatty hasn’t changed a bit. Not only has he not aged, but he still retains his sly appearance.

Moreover, being nailed to the stone pillar was such a tragic scene, still fresh in mory. After escaping from it, there’s not a word about revenge; it feels like there’s sothing fishy here.

“Senior Brother, who nailed you to the bottom of the lake?”

“Don’t you want to take revenge?”

Li Xiaobai scrutinized Liu Jinshui and asked.

“Revenge?”

“Just re ants. If I want to kill them, it would be a re flick of the wrist!”

“Right now, I have more important matters at hand.”

Liu Jinshui’s gaze showed a look of disdain. For soone of his level, there were hardly any in the world who could be called his enemies.

Sothing’s not right, utterly wrong.

If anyone in this world knew Liu Jinshui the best, it would definitely be him, the little junior brother. Regardless of whether it’s five hundred or five thousand years, he could tell that this fatty wasn’t being truthful.

This kind of person who deceives everyone and who bears grudges, being nailed to a pillar of sha, how could he possibly swallow that humiliation?

“Senior Brother, why don’t you tear apart the void and we can go together?”

“My cultivation level is still shallow, and this golden chariot isn’t that fast.”

Li Xiaobai looked at Liu Jinshui and said.

“My power is too formidable. If I tear the void, this world would instantly be shattered, crumbling into pieces!”

Liu Jinshui remained expressionless, looking straight ahead, and said whilst gazing at his nose, his nose at his mouth, and his mouth at his heart.

Li Xiaobai couldn’t argue. He felt that sothing was off with this Sixth Senior Brother, as he hadn’t shown a single trace of power from breaking out till now.

“Why go back to that godforsaken place, let’s quickly find another Secret Realm for a battle! That’s the way to go!”

The Little Prince was discontent. He didn’t have much ti left and was about to be reclaid by the System soon.

“Ol’Fatty needs to return to the Imperial City to retrieve sothing.”

Liu Jinshui said.

“What is it?”

“You’ll know it when we get there.”

After another half an hour.

The golden stream of light retraced its steps.

The Little Prince’s temporary employnt term of two hours had expired and was reclaid by the System.

In Liu Jinshui’s eyes was a look of profound confusion. Even with his insight and experience, he couldn’t comprehend how this little brat had disappeared!

Outside the Human Tribe Imperial City, there weren’t many cultivators lingering around anymore, only a few stubborn ones still observing from a distance, hoping to witness so change in the city.

“Here it is!”

Liu Jinshui took the lead, impatiently rushing in with his short legs.

The two bronze armored figures at the city gate gave no response. Li Xiaobai felt a chill in his heart. As expected, his assumption was correct. This Imperial City only blocks those whose Bloodline Power isn’t pure enough and is completely open to human cultivators.

This is a city exclusively for the Pureblood Human Race!

“Did you see that? That guy ran back again, and he even brought a fatty along!”

“Who is that fatty? Why can he freely enter and exit the Imperial City? Did that guy run out specifically to find that fatty?”

“Where is that child who claid to be the Little Prince? Why is he nowhere to be seen?”

The hidden cultivators, watching this scene unfold, widened their eyes, their jaws dropping.

“It’s not right, for one to freely co and go from the Mythical Forbidden Area, could that fatty also be a creature from there?”

“Who said creatures from the forbidden area can only co out, not go back in? Isn’t that child now outside?”

“Could it be that all the mythical creatures inside the Imperial City have gone out to have fun and are only coming back now for a al?”

There was a shocking guess made by a cultivator. To be able to freely enter and exit the Imperial City, what else could he be if not a creature from the Mythical Forbidden Area?

This was a terrifying guess and quite possibly true. If so, at this very mont, the Battlefield of the Heavens could be filled with a large number of Mythical Forbidden Area creatures. If tainted by misfortune, one’s life would be dood!

“This must be reported. Our clan brothers need to be aware, it’s too dangerous. This forbidden area has no binding effect on mythical creatures; they can co and go as they please!”

“We have no idea how many creatures have leaked out; one must not offend them!”

A stream of cold sweat flowed from the foreheads of a group of cultivators, their senses jolted in fright. If this were true, then there would be no safe place on the whole battlefield.

The external cultivators were in disarray, their forms flickering away into streams of light, vanishing into the horizon.

Inside the city.

Li Xiaobai and Liu Jinshui were oblivious to all of this.

“Senior Brother, who built this Imperial City, and what is the origin of the two guardians at the gate?”

“I don’t know who built the Imperial City, I’ve only heard it’s nad after the Human Progenitor, the first human born in the world, and the father of all human cultivators.”

“That is a legend from an era uncountable trillions of years ago, sothing to only be revered.”

Liu Jinshui said thoughtfully: “As for the two guardians at the gate, they were once the guards of the city, two old n with one foot in the grave who survived a brutal war.”

“They should have died but appeared here. It seems like they are sustained by an undying obsession, moving in the world to fulfill their mission.”

“They are truly people destined to a bitter fate!”

“I see. Do you know the nas of these senior guardians?”

Li Xiaobai nodded and said.

Liu Jinshui gently uttered two words: “Sky Cripples, Earth Deficient.”

“Five hundred years ago, they were rely ordinary guards, but having gone through the ancient wars and bathed in the falling Emperor’s Blood, they now count as mythical figures.”

“Truly heroic figures. I once discovered an inscription inside the city, inscribed with the handwriting of the eldest senior sister. I wonder where the rest of the senior brothers and sisters are now?”

Li Xiaobai asked as he walked.

“I don’t know, Ol’Fatty was trapped for three hundred years; how could I know the whereabouts of the others? With their skills, they surely won’t have perished…”

The two walked deeper and deeper, until Liu Jinshui finally stopped at the endless abyss where the doghouse was located.

What he was looking for was down there!
