Playing gas with Dong An wasn't particularly enjoyable.

Lin Nan had thought his gaming behavior was the epito of masculinity, but after reflecting, he realized it might have been more tsundere-like instead.

After two gas, Lin Nan was already tired. Dong An was lounging with his legs crossed, pulling out a cigarette and preparing to light it.

"Smoke in the hallway," Lin Nan glanced at him with a reminder.

"It's just bothering you alone anyway."

He completely ignored the advice and started smoking.

Clearly, this guy was deliberately trying to annoy Lin Nan.

Lin Nan quickly caught the sll of smoke, disgustedly waving his hand and covering his nose and mouth, though this barely helped block the smoke.

So he had no choice but to turn off the air conditioner and open both doors for ventilation.

With his magic, sumr heat didn't actually affect him much anyway, though the sa couldn't be said for Dong An.

Within two minutes, all the cool air had escaped, and hot wind blew in from the balcony, quickly raising the room's temperature.

Although October temperatures were sowhat lower than during sumr vacation, most students spent their sumrs in air conditioning. They could handle being without it briefly, but after a while, they'd all be crying for rcy.

Dong An was thin but surprisingly sensitive to heat. After finishing his cigarette, he started looking around for the AC remote.

However, Lin Nan had already locked the remote in his drawer and was pretending to know nothing while playing on his computer.

He quickly couldn't stand the warming room and, unable to find the remote, could only ask Lin Nan pitifully: "Aren't you hot?"

"Not hot at all, there's still a breeze," Lin Nan smugly mimicked Dong An's earlier leg-crossing pose as he leaned back in his chair. "Not sure where I put the remote, my mory isn't very good."

Dong An obviously understood Lin Nan's intentions, rolled his eyes at him, and started packing up his computer.

"I'm heading back to my dorm then, can't handle it without AC."

"Like I can handle smoking in an air-conditioned room."

All three of Lin Nan's roommates actually smoked, but none were really addicted. They usually only smoked during class breaks when bored, either in the bathroom or properly on the balcony.

Even so, Lin Nan had complained about it for a long ti, always feeling that the clothes hanging on the balcony absorbed the smoke sll.

Dong An wasn't very close with Lin Nan to begin with, had awkwardly played two gas with him, and now had an excuse to report back to Chen Yao, so he hurriedly packed up his things and left.

After he left, Lin Nan waited for the smoke sll to completely dissipate before turning the AC back on. Though he had his magic, the air conditioning still made him feel cooler.

It was already evening, and Lin Nan hadn't eaten all day. He locked the front door and prepared to boil water for instant noodles.

Being alone didn't feel good, but fortunately, Dong An's visit had made him realize that having company could be worse than being alone. With this comparison, Lin Nan's mood imdiately improved considerably.

Eating instant noodles, playing with the cat, and smurfing on a classmate's Silver-ranked account—although Lin Nan still felt so anxiety about living alone, he was gradually adapting.

"Tomorrow I'll go distribute flyers on the pedestrian street, and the day after that I'll think about where to play..."

Just as he was talking to himself, Lin Nan suddenly noticed his phone ringing.

Checking the caller ID, he saw it was his young uncle who worked in this city.

When Lin Nan had chosen this university, it wasn't just because of the good dorm environnt and admission scores matching his mock exam results—a major reason was that his young uncle worked in this city.

He had thought he would receive care from his uncle while studying here, but aside from being picked up from the train station when he first started freshman year, they had barely been in contact since.

After all, his uncle was a programr and extrely busy with work.

"Hey, Lin Nan, right?" His uncle's voice was hoarse—due to work pressure and frequent overti, he smoked heavily, giving himself a smoker's voice.

"Uncle, what's up?"

"It's National Day holiday, right? I happen to have three days off. Heard you didn't go ho—want to stay at my place for a couple days?"

"Sure, I guess?" Lin Nan answered uncertainly.

"Alright then, I'll drive over to pick you up tomorrow."

When Lin Nan was young, he had a good relationship with this uncle, who was only ten years older than him—they were more like brothers really.

But after his uncle graduated and started working, their relationship had drifted apart.

Since he was going to his uncle's for two days, Lin Nan had to cancel the flyer distribution job. When he returned from his uncle's, Chen Yao would be back in the dorm too, so it worked out perfectly.

But then he suddenly rembered the most serious issue.

The last ti he saw his uncle was during Chinese New Year, about six months ago.

Since September, in just one month, he had beco extrely feminine. Although his facial features hadn't changed much, his bearing, deanor, and figure had changed so dramatically that even with an androgynous face and male hairstyle, people still mistook his gender.

Now he probably looked like those short-haired girls...

Having unchanged facial features didn't help much—his features were already androgynous to begin with. His masculine facial characteristics had mainly been large pores, acne and acne scars, angular features, and ungrood eyebrows.

Now, his facial skin was practically flawless, as if he had a beauty filter on, and just this change was enough to make him look feminine.

eting like this, wouldn't his uncle report back to his family?

Lin Nan anxiously stood in front of the mirror, examining his increasingly delicate face, then straightened up, twisting his body to observe the changes in his figure.

He couldn't see too much, but the swelling in his chest was quite noticeable from the side—who knew if a month's developnt had reached A-cup yet.

Additionally, when wearing pants, he clearly noticed so developnt in his hips. Pants that used to be a bit loose now felt tight around his bottom.

Though he saw himself in the mirror every day and knew there were changes, he had no way to know exactly how much had changed.

"How can even my butt get bigger?" Lin Nan grumbled very dissatisfied.

His legs seed to have changed too. Previously when changing pants in the dorm, he often noticed several gazes lingering on his legs, which scared him into changing in the bathroom from then on.

Initially, Lin Nan had actually been quite satisfied with becoming more feminine—after all, his previously ssy, acne-ravaged face was becoming increasingly fair and tender. Besides so faint acne marks and scars, there were basically no other visible flaws—sothing countless n and won dread of.

It was because of this thought in his mind that his resistance to magic had remained rely verbal. But who could have guessed that after just using magic for the third ti, his internal organs had already beco female.

If he couldn't return to normal and could only choose to beco female, Lin Nan would have to either continue using magic or simply go to the hospital for surgery—after all, he had a complete set of internal parts, he would just need external costic surgery...
