The second sester of sophomore year had fewer courses compared to the last sester.
First, there were no more evening self-study sessions. In their place was certification testing.
You register and pay for certification exams, and then there will be a course focused on exam preparation. This course was usually held in the evening. If you were diligent enough and had money, you could completely register for five exams and continue attending classes as busy as last sester.
But Lin Nan obviously wasn't that type of person.

After the first class on Tuesday morning ended, Lin Nan had planned to follow the main group to the classroom for the next course, but was called over by the counselor midway.

"The school stuff can be resolved tomorrow. If you want to change your student records, that needs to be reported up. But it can definitely be done within ten days to half a month."
"Mm." Lin Nan stood there timidly.
"I called you here because there's a question I need to ask you." Zheng Qian put down his pen and looked up at Lin Nan. "Are you planning to continue attending classes in your current class, or transfer to the neighboring class?"
"If you attend class in your own class, classmates will inevitably know about your situation. If you go to another class, unless you're willing to say it yourself, no one will know about your situation." Zheng Qian continued. "There's also the issue of living off-campus. If you change classes, you might need to stay in the girls' dormitory for a few days. I need to communicate and coordinate with your new counselor to get her to allow you to live off-campus."

"Mm." Lin Nan focused on examining the test form.
This psychological assessnt form was obviously much more professional than online ones. The questions were nurous and varied, and you couldn't tell the purpose of the questions at a glance. This forced Lin Nan to fill it out honestly, unable to deliberately control the final result like with online tests.
"If you have psychological problems, go find that counseling teacher. Anyway, I don't want students under my supervision jumping off buildings or into the river.”
Zheng Qian lowered his head again to start his own work, muttering, "Nine years ago, there was soone at our school who committed suicide by jumping into the sea at Zengcuoan. It caused a huge uproar. Don't let the main character of such a tale end up being you."
Lin Nan didn't know why this counselor always felt she had suicidal tendencies. She silently rolled her eyes. "I think, Advisor, you should be more concerned about your own sexual orientation."
Zheng Qian choked again, sowhat angrily raising his head to glare at her. But Lin Nan had just finished filling out the test, handed over the paper and pen, and pretended not to see as she turned her head away. "If there's nothing else, I'll go to class."
"Go ahead. Think about whether you're staying in your class or transferring. You must tell clearly tonight."
"Got it." Lin Nan turned and ran out of the office at a trot.
"This girl." Zheng Qian shook his head, put the test form in the drawer, and then his expression suddenly beca elated. He happily hugged his phone and began chatting with the "girl" he'd t at the bar.
I really do prefer pretty boys after all!
