Lin Nan was still very conflicted about his hairstyle.

If he kept his current hairstyle unchanged, he'd have to endure his bangs blocking his vision, and the bangs being too long always felt sowhat non-mainstream.

If he went to a barbershop to get it cut short, then after transforming into a girl during winter break, he'd have to maintain short hair long-term. Although he still felt very resistant to becoming a girl, he sohow felt that since his social identity would be what it was, he should have an appropriate look to match.

It wasn't that his thinking was old-fashioned, he was just afraid of constantly being stared at on the street.

Though he was already frequently getting attention now.

Finals were approaching. This was the last week of regular classes, basically just for specialized course teachers to assign final assessnts and for general education teachers to give students final knowledge points. After this, there would be a whole week off for students to work on final assessnt assignnts–basically posters, drawings, and similar tasks.

This way, the week after next would be the actual exams.

Lin Nan wasn't too panicked about the general education courses now. He carefully wrote down the newly highlighted key points during class, then used his spare ti to utilize magic for speed reading and morization. Although the magic made his head dizzy and aching, generally using it for ten minutes and then resting for half an hour worked fine.

The problem was those final assessnt assignnts.

Since he was in graphic design, it involved drawing, computer design software, copywriting, and many other aspects, while Lin Nan was practically an idiot at drawing.

Last sester's sketching class, he had barely passed with a "friendship" score of sixty points. Color was even more miserable. Back then he was slightly color-blind, but fortunately that teacher saw that he hadn't missed almost any classes and reluctantly gave him a passing grade.

He was clearly color-blind with almost zero drawing foundation, yet chose graphic design as his major. It was his fault for not doing proper research, thinking it was just simply learning software.

As for software, he wasn't much better than others either. Mainly because he didn't have a computer before and couldn't study on his own in the dorm. Of course, even now that he had one, it was mostly used for gaming.

As finals approached, the atmosphere in class had obviously beco much more serious.

A month ago, there were still a bunch of people looking down at their phones during class, but now except for so good-for-nothing slackers who didn't even want their graduation certificates, basically everyone was seriously listening to lectures and taking notes.

Lin Nan discovered that the speed reading magic also had a good effect on listening to lectures. The problem was that after listening seriously for those ten minutes, the following half hour would be filled with headaches, making it completely impossible to absorb anything.

After finally making it through class, Lin Nan painfully discovered that even returning to the dorm, he couldn't be as carefree as before. The cost of playing with his phone during class and skipping classes over the past few months had all piled up until finals, pressing down on him until he could barely breathe.

And what was even more terrifying was that apparently the school was canceling makeup exams for seniors starting this year, aning if you failed a course now, you only had one chance to retake it next sester. If you didn't pass then, you'd have to pay to repeat the course.

Back in the dorm, he opened SAI, the specialized drawing software, then Lin Nan started staring at the computer screen in worry. (TN: This one exists.)

"Tu Tu~" Finally he sighed deeply, putting on a pleasing smile, turning around to call out affectionately to Tu Junhui, "Help draw one?"

Tu Junhui turned around and unceremoniously held out one hand: "Fifty yuan per piece."

"So stingy!" Lin Nan imdiately refused without a word, huffily planning to be self-reliant.

Just find so picture online, trace the edges following the picture, use the eyedropper tool to fill in colors—I don't believe I can't make it look good this way!

An hour later, Lin Nan transferred fifty yuan to Tu Junhui. "I've already transferred the money to you, help draw one."

"No problem." Tu Junhui checked Alipay, confirming that this money-grubbing guy Lin Nan had actually given him fifty yuan for a final assignnt, then comfortably sent over the character design he had drawn for Lin Nan so ti ago.

"Here, I'm sending you the source file too."

Although it wasn't drawn on the spot, as long as he had the drawing source file, everything would be fine.

Although Lin Nan felt heartbroken, he could only endure the pain and open the image, discovering that this picture was actually quite good quality.

It seed like sothing Tu Junhui had drawn late at night last ti when they pulled an all-nighter?

It was a white-haired, flat-chested twin-tailed loli.

The background was just a bit too plain, but it should be fine for dealing with the teacher.

Lin Nan roughly looked at the image, completely failing to notice that this picture was actually his own ani character design. Happily, he packaged it into a compressed file and sent it to the teacher's email, then opened a ga to slack off.

He'd recently beco obsessed with playing chess, but didn't play many gas, usually just quick matches before going out.

"Chen Yao, want to play chess?"

"No, I need to go out in a bit." Chen Yao was already changing into his going-out shoes.

Lin Nan was sowhat surprised. Although Chen Yao played basketball for half an hour almost every evening, it was rare to see him go out during midday.

Perhaps sensing Lin Nan's confusion, Chen Yao could only smile wryly with a helpless expression: "A female underclassman asked out for lunch. She didn't ask until after I'd already eaten."

"You an, you have a girlfriend now?!"

"Oh ho, a date?" Tu Junhui looked even more surprised than Lin Nan. Xiong Da showed little interest. Ever since nearly being tricked into a pyramid sche, he had completely lost interest in 3D won. Recently even the evening dorm group chat sessions were filled with 2D images he shared.

However, after the birthday party a few days ago, he had co out of his heartbreak, and although he still kept a straight face all day, he was obviously much more active and had been wiping his "wives" much more diligently.

"It's not really a date, right?" Chen Yao scratched his head. "I've only t that underclassman twice."

"What's the story?" Lin Nan asked with great interest.

Chen Yao didn't know why Lin Nan and Tu Junhui were so interested in his private affairs, so he simply explained while putting on his shoes: "That girl's older brother is Dong An. He often plays basketball with . The girl occasionally cos to the court to hang out. I've only seen her twice and played a couple gas of Honor of Kings with her.

"Who knows why she asked out for lunch. Probably just has sothing going on."

"Dong An actually has a sister? How co he never ntioned it?" Lin Nan raised an eyebrow. "Then this girl must also be a Zaun player."

"She looks pretty quiet." Chen Yao stood up and started putting on his jacket.

Tu Junhui interjected with a question: "Are they big?"

Hearing this question, Chen Yao suddenly froze, then glanced at Lin Nan's chest. Although hidden by his jacket, you could still vaguely make out so curve.

Then he rubbed his chin thoughtfully and said, "Pretty big." At least bigger than Lin Nan's.

"How about I co take a look too?" Lin Nan, completely unaware of his gaze, was still enthusiastically joining in the excitent. "I'll help you evaluate whether that girl actually likes you! What her character is like! If she ends up being your girlfriend in the future, I can get to know my sister-in-law in advance!"

"You're almost two years younger than !"

"Then get to know my daughter-in-law?"
