Lin Nan felt like he should change his shoes.
It was just ordinary walking to class, but his oversized shoes nearly slipped off his feet several tis, almost causing him to trip and fall flat on his face in front of all the college students.
He had already beco famous in his dormitory building. After all, having a male who looked prettier than ordinary girls coming and going from the dorms daily was hard not to notice.
With attention on him ca attention to tomorrow Tuesday afternoon's League of Legends competition. On the campus forum, "My Family's Nan Nan Is So Cute Team" had already topped the popularity charts, surpassing all the other teams with pretty girls.
Walking on the path to his classroom, Lin Nan could always hear discussions about him. After the swimsuit incident, his skin had thickened considerably—or perhaps his standards had lowered considerably—but even so, these discussions and gazes made him feel sowhat embarrassed.
Perhaps he would gradually get used to it.
Those pretty girls walking down the street were also watched and discussed this way, and they never seed to think there was any problem. Maybe they were just used to it?
Or maybe they even enjoyed it?
Arriving at class, although Lin Nan's emotions had cald down, he learned from Xiong Da and Lin Yuan, sitting expressionlessly beside Chen Yao.
He was too listless to listen to the lecture. After attendance was taken, he directly laid his head on the desk, looking lancholically at the blackboard that hadn't been used in who knows how long.
Even Tu Junhui knew this wasn't the ti to tease Lin Nan, but he was afraid of saying sothing inappropriate, so he simply kept his distance, sitting with students from other dorms.
Who knows what Lin Nan had actually experienced? Last night, he, Chen Yao, and Xiong Da had gone downstairs for a half-hour walk, and when they returned they could still hear Lin Nan's sobbing. It forced them to stand in the hallway for an hour, but when they finally entered the room, they found Lin Nan had already cried himself to sleep.
It seed like he went back because his father had a car accident, right? Could it be that...
This thought was a bit malicious. Tu Junhui quickly stopped his aningless speculation and started playing ranked five-man gas with his classmates.
Xiong Da never bothered Lin Nan much anyway, but Chen Yao scooted his butt trying to keep so distance from Lin Nan, afraid that yesterday's actions might make Lin Nan think he was gay. But that kind of comforting between best friends should be normal, right? Yet when it ca to Lin Nan, it felt gay.
Chen Yao didn't know if Lin Nan still saw him as a best friend, but at least from Lin Nan's attitude, it seed no different from before. It was his own attitude that had unconsciously changed.
"Tomorrow's the competition. How's your condition?" Chen Yao knew Lin Nan cared a lot about this competition, mainly because he cared about the prize money.
"It's alright. I can definitely play." Lin Nan used his arm to cover his face, revealing only a pair of sowhat lancholic eyes.
He felt Lin Nan's gaze sohow carried an alluring quality.
Chen Yao nodded. The events of the past few days had hit Lin Nan pretty hard, and he really didn't want the competition to cause Lin Nan's emotions to collapse again.
"My family basically isn't giving living expenses anymore. Our competition tomorrow seems to be the first match? If we don't win, I can still make it to part-ti work in ti."
"Mm."
What Lin Nan was considering more at this mont was how to use magic to beco female. If possible, it would be best to transform into a woman two days before returning ho for winter break. With the dical report as foundation, his parents would at most be surprised about where he got the money for surgery.
But although he had given up resistance, just becoming a girl like this still left him sowhat unwilling.
He had never even had a proper romance with a girl. His sexual orientation still leaned more toward girls. He still couldn't quite accept the increasingly feminine characteristics on his body, and a future that might involve dating and marrying n even less.
Thinking this way, a lesbian relationship didn't seem impossible, but Li Na's heart was entirely focused on Lilith. Dating other girls would simply ruin their lives. Although many people would say "yuri is infinitely good," this kind of thing was still looked down upon in society.
If he wanted to beco a girl, he should consult with Lilith.
Lin Nan bit his lip, his face full of conflict.
Even with Lilith's subtle influence on him, Lin Nan still felt strong resistance toward completely becoming female. If Lilith didn't exist, he might have started violently resisting when his body first began feminizing.
However, it was too late now.
He didn't really listen to the lecture, and didn't play gas with Chen Yao and the others either. He just lay lancholically on his desk, trying to ntally run through the worst possible outcos for things he might encounter, so that if he really faced them, he'd at least have psychological preparation.
Until noon at twelve o'clock, Lin Nan spent the entire morning thinking about various things, and even after returning to the dorm he still had that sa troubled appearance.
He had no appetite for food either, while hoping he might starve away so of his increasingly expanding chest.
His chest had started developing about a month ago. At first it was just slight pain and so visibility, but now it had gradually developed into small mounds.
It was still sumr now. Although he had a sun protection jacket for cover, the considerable curve was still visible from the side.
Normal girls probably wouldn't develop this fast, right?
Lin Nan sat lancholically in front of his computer. At first he hadn't paid much attention to his chest developnt, but by the ti he realized it, he found it was almost impossible to conceal.
He just hoped winter would arrive quickly. Then with long sleeves plus a big windbreaker, no matter how large his chest or how graceful his figure, everything could be hidden. Then he wouldn't have to worry about others' gazes.
At noon, none of his roommates intended to nap. Lin Nan glanced at the few who had already started playing ranked gas, yawned, and climbed back into bed.
These past two days he was physically and ntally exhausted. Even though he had plenty of sleep last night, his head still felt dizzy in waves, his body always felt sore and tired, and his mind couldn't concentrate, leaving him sowhat dazed all morning.
Lying in bed, within just a few minutes Lin Nan's consciousness began to drift.
"Damn you! I fard for twenty minutes and you won't give a single kill!"
Tu Junhui suddenly roared angrily, jolting Lin Nan awake from light sleep. Then he stared at the ceiling in confusion. After a mont, he grabbed Chen Yao's pillow and threw it at Tu Junhui's big head.
"Afternoon nap! Quiet!"
"Ow!" Tu Junhui, who was about to continue speaking, had his voice distorted by the pillow hit, then responded righteously, "You should have said you were sleeping earlier! If you'd said earlier, how would I have disturbed you?"
"Tch."
Lin Nan disdainfully lay back down. Chen Yao took ti to turn and watch the commotion, only to discover his pillow was also involved.
"If you have a problem with Junhui, that's one thing, but why throw my pillow!"
