Rin opened his eyes and found himself in an unfamiliar environnt. A hut with a small garden in front and then... a young boy running around holding a kite.

The boy stopped running around and turned to look at the beautiful woman with wavy red hair and the sa red eyes.

"Mother..." He called and rushed to her, hugging her.

Lucien sighed as Rin drifted back to sleep. He turned to his father who didn’t even look guilty for what he had done.

"I’ll be taking Rin back to his dorm," he said. "Now that I’m back, I won’t let you touch a strand of his hair,"

"I never thought you’d return this early, Lucien,"

"Don’t try to change the topic, Duke Evan Vortellion. If Rin wasn’t hiding his secondary gender, I would have reported you to the school for sexual assault,"

Lucien carried Rin back to the dorm. Thanks to the dorm master, he managed to get a spare key. He opened the door and entered, carefully placing Rin on the bed.

His fingers trailed on his forehead and pale lips.

He had been unconscious for four days which was what he heard from his father as soon as he entered the mansion. His father didn’t even dare to lie to him, and that relieved him.

While he was writing his exams, he had suspected that Rin’s heat would co. And if it does, there would be no one to help him with it.

He hated the idea of that doctor touching Rin so he sped up his papers and left. He first arrived at the clinic and was told that Rin had moved into the Duke’s mansion.

He sighed deeply as he sat on the floor, close to the bed. He touched Rin’s hand, staring at him.

"I can’t believe I ran all the way here because of this tiny thing. I even finished my exams early just because of you, Rin," he whispered. "I hope you’ll get better quickly..."

After that, Lucien closed his eyes too, as he slept off. He spent the last four days, reading and writing his exams without any rest. The faint scent coming from Rin was able to drift him back to sleep.

"I... don’t." He answered. Then gasped. "Did anything bad happen?"
