rlin Ambrosius, originally was the great mage rlin by King Arthur’s side, who revered the Lord as a wizard, and whose father’s identity remained a mystery but was certain to possess so kind of evil lineage. Of course, rlin did not beco an evil mage because of this.

Rather, he was a righteous wizard, indispensable to Atilis’s coronation, also a very famous great wizard in the world, later honored as a sage after aiding Atilis in conquering the world.

And, the man was very adept at prophecy.

"It seems rlin has glimpsed a corner of fate," Elder Mafas also chid in, harboring no ill feelings toward rlin.

Most wizards are evil, but naturally, there are also kind exceptions.

"Right, I’ve been noticing an interesting situation lately in various kingdoms and cities, a group of people who call themselves players," Kurus Brass changed the subject, evidently not wanting to divulge too much.

They bore no ill will toward rlin, but neither did they have much affection for him. The other party had always been active in the political affairs of various kingdoms and seed to have foreseen sothing, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been preparing for so long.

And Kurus’s visit to the Elental Realm wasn’t actually due to rlin’s request but as a neutral and kind being, he went to eradicate the chaotic and evil creatures known as demons, which had little to do with rlin.

With players as the topic, the conversation beca rather heated; many kingdoms were probing the origins of the players, and several discoveries were made, saying they were from beyond this world.

In response, many druids and priests sought answers from nature and the Lord, but so far, no one has found them.

However, with players being able to resurrect from death, many ambitious individuals beca greedy, leading to nurous conflicts and bloodshed.

So nobility of kingdoms also intended to recruit players as their servants, but the players seed too unyielding, leading to conflict as well.

Regarding this, Gu Shanhai was aware that the world’s emphasis on nobility and knightly lineage was strict; the nobles looked down on the players, believing recruiting them as servants was a trendous favor.

The thoughts of the players were quite simple—they desired the knightly heritage in the hands of nobles for class change, but naturally, the nobles wouldn’t give such things to outsiders, preferring to reserve them for their offspring.

To the players, this was nonsense; they could do tasks and follow processes, but under the assumption of a reward. After running around, the response they received was just lukewarm praise, claiming this was the best reward for them, which no one could endure.

After frequent occurrences and the passage of ti, players began to kill those who offended them, proceeding to rob them directly.

It was fortunate that communication in this world wasn’t well-developed; otherwise, it would have provoked even greater turmoil.

Gu Shanhai had also learned a lot about players from Kurus, and he didn’t take the chaos caused by the players too seriously, as this was just normal developnt for them.

If those professional players started using clever tactics, it wouldn’t just be chaos; the entire era would be shaken.

...

Kurus Brass spent three days on Deer Plain, enjoying his stay with them, albeit finding them a bit talkative. Before leaving, he presented Gu Shanhai with a Dragon Scale Robe, a congratulatory gift for successfully becoming a druid, a transcendent equipnt made from Five-Colored Dragon Scales through a special craft.

After becoming a druid, one could not use tal armor; thus, many other crafts were developed.

Gu Shanhai wasn’t pretentious and accepted it readily.

The defensive power of this item was still decent in the current stage. Gu Shanhai could tell that it was crafted from a giant dragon bred within the dominant material plane, which ant these dragons weren’t very powerful, and their scales were not as mighty as those from the High Magic Era.

Therefore, don’t expect this Dragon Scale Robe to be too powerful; it was at most sturdy.

However, compared to the blue robe on Gu Shanhai’s person, the Dragon Scale Robe was undoubtedly better. The forr was from the End of Dharma, an era where even Spiritual Energy was scarce, while the kingdoms’ world was sowhat lacking, but at least it had a much higher cap, and there was even the unrestricted Elental Realm.

The only pity was that the Dragon Scale Robe couldn’t be enchanted because the current quality of the dragon scales was too poor. The craft that made it into a transcendent equipnt had already brought it to its limits, granting no other effects besides adequate protection.

Fortunately, Gu Shanhai no longer needed those 10 points of shield value on his blue robe.

Even if the Dragon Scale Robe seed subpar in Gu Shanhai’s view, it was still top-tier equipnt in the present stage for the players.

"Shanhai, the Battle of Glory is about to begin again, have you thought about going to see it?" Elder Mafas asked.

"Is there a difference?" Gu Shanhai retorted.

"The Lord, is about to awaken," Mafas abruptly stated.

Gu Shanhai’s heart skipped a beat, giving him a strange sense of déjà vu, just like when he witnessed the unearthing of the supernatural core in the previous world.

"Elder Mafas, are you referring to the Stone Sword of Gold?" Gu Shanhai felt that the idea of claiming the dragon’s glory seed sowhat perilous.
