Did delaying Fulton's daughter's treatnt directly lead to her death?

Attorney Oden took over the conversation, "Little Tia's passing is truly heartbreaking! The fundantal cause lies in the incompetent doctors! I can't imagine how they couldn't differentiate cancer from an aneurysm, and don't forget what Tia experienced beforehand."

Carlos thought briefly, sweat instantly poured from his forehead.
Earlier, Tia had been in a car accident!
One cause of an aneurysm is trauma.
