The United States Constitution is the first written constitution in human history.
Many people might not believe this.
What about the United Kingdom?
Indeed, we have all studied historical politics.
The United Kingdom is known as a constitutional monarchy nation.

The United Kingdom does have a constitution, that is undoubtedly true.
However, the UK’s constitution is unwritten.

So why is it said to have a constitution?

But, that’s considered content and needs to be collectively voted on by legislators.
Once passed, it reaches the governor, and if the governor agrees, they sign it off.
That’s called taking effect, and then funding can be allocated.
That’s the basic process.
Used by every state in the United States, and even by Congress.
Congress is more complex, though.
It’s the House of Representatives and the Senate, structurally identical to the UK’s two houses.
The flow is roughly like this, there are certainly many small details in between, hard to explain all.
Looking at the process comprehensively, it’s clear to see.
Legislators indeed have power.
But to truly push a bill, you have to rely on ’committees’.
In Congress, due to the number of legislators, there are nurous committees.
Legislators form various small groups to push bills.
At the state level, it’s sowhat less but still many in number.
Everyone has to form small groups.
Paddy represents San Diego.
But San Diego is a big city.
