Chapter 774: 651
“Just over a month, and such progress has been made?”
Within the Eternal Star, Lynn was observing the research work of the geotric civilization from a distance of hundreds of light years away through magic surveillance.
In fact, the sensation was rather peculiar, as if he was watching a part of his own body being manipulated and researched, especially when a group of geotric aliens stood fervently by, pointing and making suggestions.
However, the rapid pace of their research had indeed exceeded Lynn’s expectations. Within a few days, they had figured out the basic properties of magic power, and within a re month they had confird that the soul was indeed the key factor in deriving magic power and had found a ‘thod’ for transformation.
As for now, the geotric civilization had already started constructing star planet ranches, with plans to transform thirty planets into pastures for cultivating magic power. Should everything go smoothly, an additional seventy planets were to be modified next. To describe them, nothing could be more fitting than the phrase “wealth talks.”
This was also the reason why Lynn had not utilized the Seventh Elent to adjust the passage of ti and slowly amass strength on a single planet—it was simply too slow!
At present, the geotric civilization was, in essence, working for him, expanding his strength.
Of course, while those geotric aliens were conducting experints, Lynn was not idle either, attempting to imprint two concepts onto the minds of these researchers.
One, that magic power can be manipulated through a strong magnetic field.
Two, that a not insignificant loss will occur when transforming magic power, so of which would enter the Sea of Quanta.
Both concepts were fabrications craftily constructed by Lynn, introduced into the geotric aliens’ experints, as he tried to make the other party confirm them as innate properties of magic power.
Creating two false properties out of thin air is by no ans an easy feat.
Though scientific research fundantally combines rigorous logical reasoning and empirical observation, summarizing patterns through a multitude of experints, Lynn, possessing near-absolute control over this segnt of magic power, could artificially present the magic power in the form he desired during experints.
But the technology of the geotric civilization was no joke, multiple levels ahead of him, capable of precise quantum-level observations. In such vital resource research, they would inevitably verify their results repeatedly. Should any observation contradict previous conclusions, the geotric civilization would beco alert.
The difficulty of maintaining consistency throughout thousands of experints and subsequent developnt of magic power applications without a single discrepancy is apparent!
Fortunately, Lynn naturally had his thods, which were spell slots!
This was the fundantal chanism for wizards to cast spells conveniently. On so level, it was a rule that, once conditions were t, could unleash extrely complex spells in an instant!
Lynn had set up a trap during the reduction and transformation of magic power, redirecting a portion into the Sea of Quanta, ensuring that no matter how many tis the geotric civilization conducted their experints, the results would remain unchanged.
The so-called twenty-five percent loss was actually the “tax” he collected. After all, Lynn couldn’t openly reclaim magic power under the watchful eyes of the geotric civilization and could only take back a portion through this thod.
Since it was transmitted via super-long-distance through the Sea of Quanta, the geotric civilization had no concrete evidence to link these events to him.
The reason for only taking twenty-five percent, and not more, was naturally because there must be a limit to these actions. If the proportion were too high, the geotric civilization would definitely be driven to research how to prevent magic power from entering the Sea of Quanta, increasing the chance of being exposed.
“It’s ti to et him,” Lynn stood up. Now that things with the geotric civilization were on track, it was ti to address another matter.
With a single step, Lynn arrived on the moon tens of thousands of kiloters away, found an open space, and released the God of Life and Creation, Ogg, from captivity.
Bound by an electromagnetic barrier and after a confinent lasting one and a half months, Ogg’s expression was still as composed as ever, showing no hint of eagerness.
To a god, a month was nothing more than the blink of an eye.
Since Lynn hadn’t directly acted against himself, Ogg understood that there was room for discussion.
However, the strong attitude of a certain individual also made the God of Life and Creation feel quite discomfited and he earnestly spoke up without putting on airs as before.
“Great god from another realm, it seems you have thought it through… We share common interests, and cooperation is indeed the best solution…”
Lynn didn’t agree or disagree but directly cut in, “Tell , how many gods are there in the main world, controlling how many worlds? What is the composition of the personnel? How many are great gods like Harrie? And how many are supre gods?”
Ogg hesitated for a mont but eventually decided to disclose this as a sign of allegiance; he was also sowhat worried that Lynn would shut him away again if he disagreed.
“There are currently one hundred and seven gods in the main world, of which there are eight great gods and three supre gods.”
The number used to be even higher, but the recent failure of their operation and the fall of the God of the Dead, Danates, and the Moon Goddess Diana caused the main world to lose eight gods in succession.
Lynn nodded, this information was fairly consistent with what he had seen in the residual mories of the Moon Goddess Diana; it seed that no new gods had been born in this millennium.
“So, why then do you betray the main world?” Lynn asked curiously. Over a hundred gods, that was an imnsely powerful force.
“It’s naturally for my own benefit,” Ogg answered straightforwardly without any pretense.
Just as Lynn and others had speculated, the main world was not a monolith but divided into various godly factions. Even after several god wars, it was a ss with little cohesion.
The current unity was solely due to the power of the supre gods and their desire to conquer new worlds.
However, after the great god Harrie led five gods into the vast universe only to be annihilated, and the supre gods personally took action but returned seriously injured, many gods began to have their own thoughts.
In the past few months, the joint efforts of the supre gods were unable to destroy the black hole blocking the Space-Ti Gate, further exacerbating this situation.
So gods have beco distinctly aware that their opponents this ti aren’t those powerless natives, but a dangerous and powerful enemy.
Ogg did not want to be used as cannon fodder, well aware of his lack of support, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been forcibly sent to the Moon God Domain as an advance party.
In this war, the benefits might not reach him, but he could easily beco a casualty of the conflict.
However, Ogg didn’t intend to reveal his awkward situation and instead indicated that the three supre gods had now joined forces. He was just sent to gather information, and in not too long, the main world might launch a large-scale invasion.
