Chapter 632: Chapter 533: High-dinsional Observer and Quantum Star God! _2
As Lynn himself said, the magic web is a replication and improvent of the Church’s Divine Arts system, a milder version, yet its unleashed power is just as formidable.
This formidable power worried Harrov a bit, because Lynn, who controlled the magic web, had widened the gap in combat strength with them considerably, which was not conducive to maintaining a balance of speaking rights among the High Councilors.
However, their world was now facing a threat from beyond their realm, and each incrent in combat strength was especially important.
It was precisely because of this that Lynn dared to display this ability unabashedly before the two of them, knowing that there would co a ti when the magic web would need to be used, so taking so preventive asures now wasn’t a bad idea.
With the experience from last ti, Lynn quickly mastered the surged computing power, and when he unfolded his perception again, everything before him had changed.
The elents drifting within the domain ‘ca to life’ in his perception.
Observing the movents of each elent, Lynn soon vaguely discerned a blurred figure, a ‘pieced together’ person.
It was like soone had been divided into countless pieces, displayed before him, which his brain then pieced together based on the concept of a person, forming the image of a person.
No, that doesn’t quite capture it, because at a higher level, they truly were one and the sa.
A person fragnted yet conjoined, the sight left Lynn’s brain sowhat dizzy, but he still managed to see the appearance of the Elental Controller, about sixty years old, withered and rugged with a crazed look all over him.
“Altoc!” Lynn tried calling out, and the latter imdiately turned their gaze towards him.
The two of them looked at each other, Lynn concentrating and waiting for a while, but the other showed no movent, seemingly in a muddled state, akin to unconsciousness…
“How is it? Do you see him?” Harrov, hearing Lynn’s call, quickly asked.
“You can take a look for yourselves!” Lynn nodded, then pulled Harrov, Aurora, and Ignar into the magic web and activated the feature of shared perception.
The few people present imdiately widened their eyes, astonished by the bizarre scene before them—they saw a person who was both separated and rged together…
“What in the world has Altoc turned into?” Aurora felt a chill run down her spine.
Harrov was also deeply shocked, feeling a strong dizziness after just a couple of seconds of looking.
Ignar, even more like a madman, let out a sharp, shrill scream; being just a Wizard, he did not have sufficient computing power to perceive and construct the higher-dinsional picture, so the scene before him was extrely fragnted and chaotic, as if a stick was stirring madness in his brain…
Lynn frowned slightly and quickly ejected Ignar from the magic web’s shared perception, but it was a bit too late, and Ignar had fainted.
But Lynn, Harrov, and Aurora were already unable to care about Ignar at that point, because in their vision, Altoc began to move.
‘Is it because the number of observers has increased?’ Lynn thought so, cautiousness rising to the extre, and he was prepared for defense.
However, the elents within the magic power kept surging, but Altoc did not attack them, only a deep laughter transmitted to everyone’s ears.
“Heh heh, hahaha, now I am an Elental Ghost too…”
Fuck… He really is crazy, Lynn rolled his eyes and then withdrew the magic power enhancent of the magic web, and the world returned to normal once more.
Harrov imdiately breathed a sigh of relief, the dizziness in his brain gradually subsiding, even though he had watched for less than half a minute, it had beco almost unbearable.
Aurora then imdiately bent down to check on Ignar’s condition after adjusting.
“How is Master Ignar?” Harrov asked, rubbing his sowhat swollen brain, with a hint of concern.
“I’m afraid it’s not good, his spirit has taken a heavy blow,” Aurora sighed as she spoke.
“This is my oversight,” Lynn shook his head, having not expected that Ignar, a great five-ring wizard, would faint after just a glance, before suggesting.
“I propose we delete this mory from him, otherwise we will have to deal with yet another mad wizard.”
Aurora hesitated for a mont, feeling that it wasn’t quite appropriate, but there seed to be no better solution at the mont.
Lynn looked with pity at the unfortunate wizard before his eyes returned to the formulas and abstract drawings that covered the four walls, seeing in them a strange kind of beauty.
It was then that he truly comprehended the drawings on the walls were of several supercubes, it’s just that Altoc lacked the ability to depict anything beyond two dinsions on a flat surface, yet wanted to earnestly illustrate everything he saw… so he could only deconstruct every detail and draw them one by one.
Realizing this, Lynn couldn’t help but let out a sigh of amazent. The reason why the Elental Controller suddenly went mad, was probably not simply because of realizing the weirdness and uncertainty of the microscopic domain…
He had understood where the domain differs from the Divine Kingdom, and finally grasped what piece he had been missing.
To truly transform a domain into a Divine Kingdom, rely having atomic-level control abilities was not enough; one must delve into the Quantum Domain.
This is the secret to the divine being omnipresent, omniscient…
Because the entire Divine Kingdom is in itself, or it could be referred to as—the Star Gods!
Fully controlling a planet or a plane of existence in high dinsions.
No wonder that black crow said that even if they did their utmost, they couldn’t pose a real threat to the master of the undead, only a god can defeat a god…
Lynn quickly shared his thoughts; he wasn’t quite sure about these speculations, and believed that pooling wisdom was the way to a more comprehensive understanding.
“So, does that an Altoc has beco a god now?” Harrov said in disbelief.
“We can’t ascertain that at the mont, our understanding of gods is simply too limited,” Lynn sighed.
The one certainty was that Altoc had beco a different kind of being than them—a high-dinsional existence trapped in a laboratory, gone mad, and lacking self-awareness.
It just wasn’t clear how exactly Altoc had managed to transform himself into a quantum state.
The process evidently encountered so severe issues; Lynn felt it was likely due to the lack of divine nature and the corresponding ntal fortitude.
Just like those Evil Gods who went mad from the poison of faith, he must have forcefully elevated himself to a realm beyond his control.
The correct course of action should be to beco a nine-ring legendary wizard, condense a divine nature, then consider absorbing Believers and how to build a Divine Kingdom.
But one couldn’t bla the wizards for groping blindly up the magic tree, after all, the system of ascension was sothing they slowly figured out step by step, relying only on the few words left in the ancient books of the Moon God Church and the wild imaginations of the wizards.
No one can be sure they are always on the right path.
As opposed to Lynn and Harrov who were discussing whether Altoc had beco a god, Aurora went straight to asking a most crucial question.
“What should we do now to get him back to normal? Should we just keep increasing the number of observers?”
Since their observations caused the unconscious Altoc to react and even speak, did that an if the number of observers were sufficient, he could ‘wake up’?
“The three of us, plus Vittorio and the newly advanced Anthony, make only five people in total. That number is likely far from enough,” Lynn said shaking his head, given that even a five-ring wizard like Ignar went mad at a glance, aning only legends could bear the risk of being observers.
At this point, Lynn suddenly pointed to the drawings, formulas on the walls, and the notebooks and manuscript placed on the desk above.
“I think we can start with his research… and first figure out exactly how Councilman Altoc quantumized himself,” he said.
