Chapter 612: Chapter 523: You should have already experienced higher views, right, Ivina?

“Loth?” Lynn paused for a mont, finding the na nostalgic indeed.

“He is my brother, the eldest son of the Pedro Family, with brown hair, probably shorter than you, born on the borders of the Duke’s territory in the harbor town of Nordland…” Ivina kept on reciting information about her brother Loth.

Ever since that night of the engulfing fire in the harbor town, it had beco an obsession for her.

Whether she had joined the God’s Wrath Army or gone undercover into Fire Oil City, she had never given up on finding Loth.

However, progress was not smooth, and the only information she did have was that her brother might have been involved in the conflict at the harbor town, possibly fleeing the empire by ship to the distant lands of the Wizards.

She had discreetly inquired with several professors at the academy, and years ago, a ship did indeed travel from the empire to Wizard Land’s Yiyeta Harbor.

Indeed, many Wizards knew about this because Lynn, being the Star of Magic, had arrived at Wizard Land on that ship, bringing with him the revolution of magic.

However, in all the stories, the na Loth was never ntioned.

Initially, Ivina wondered if her brother might have used an alias, but Philip, who taught elental studies, made it clear to her that although there were many passengers on the ship that had arrived in Wizard Land, there were only two Wizards — Lynn himself and a witch nad Johnny!

This realization made Ivina’s heart sink, perhaps her brother Loth had died in that great battle at the harbor town, along with the Archbishop and three thousand elite guards, all perished in the explosion that demolished half the town.

But no matter what, she wanted an answer!

“You must know him, right, Mr. Speaker?” Ivina asked, clinging to her last hope.

“Of course!” Lynn nodded as the girl looked at him with surprised eyes.

Then, without waiting for Ivina to ask further, Lynn spoke with a sense of nostalgia, “It’s been almost four years now. I suppose in these years, you must have experienced much grander visions, haven’t you, Ivina?”

His words seed abrupt, even bizarre, yet Ivina understood them, her eyes incredulously fixed on Lynn.

Though several years had passed, Ivina still rembered every word soone had said to her that night.

Beyond the harbor town lay the Nordland Territory, beyond the Nordland Territory stretched the vast Sekas Empire, and beyond the empire lay an even broader world…

In comparison, her own hysterical pursuit of everything — a position of nobility in a crumbling town — seed laughable.

But these words should have been known only to her and Loth.

“Brother… Brother?!” Ivina stared at Lynn, her eyes almost bulging, her voice trembling faintly.

The girl’s gaze scanned Lynn like a scanner, critically observing every detail.

The hair color was right, the build too, only a bit taller, and the face sowhat off, but that might be due to the four years that had passed.

But… how could this be possible?

Ivina could hardly believe the guess that surged in her mind; after all, her brother was timid, diocre, hardly riting any complints. Although Loth had acted impressively on that night in the harbor town, far beyond her understanding, the gap between him and the renowned Star of Magic before her was like that between a dragon and a stout rat.

However, there seed to be no second possibility now…

In response to the girl’s agitated and expectant deanor, Lynn first nodded, then shook his head, saying rather cruelly, “I would like to affirm you, but unfortunately, I am not Loth, nor am I your brother, just soone who happened to borrow his identity for a while.”

“Borrow…?” Ivina seed briefly unable to comprehend the word.

“Better to see for yourself,” Lynn sighed, placing his hand on the girl’s head, transferring the relevant mories into Ivina’s mind.

The mories were relatively complete, starting from his witnessing Loth falling from the city walls, to his thoughts of eluding the church’s pursuit, to using Loth’s identity to infiltrate the city and gather information about the fleet heading to Wizard Land…

With his present status and power, there wasn’t much need to hide these experiences.

Bursts of mories flashed through the girl’s mind like a slideshow, Ivina’s expression gradually changing from excitent to shock and panic, her lips turning faintly pale.

She had imagined countless possibilities, such as Loth possibly dying that night in the harbor town, or perhaps never taking the ship to Wizard Land at all, or even avoiding her due to a dislike, hiding from her search all these years.

But she had never imagined that Loth had died much earlier than she had thought.

His death was undoubtedly because of her…

Ivina vaguely rembered, the night before Loth fell into the water, she had once again sarcastically uttered harsh words, rashly telling him he might as well die if he failed that year’s Knight exam. Like before, Loth didn’t respond, and then he never returned all night.

Back then, she had maliciously hoped that her brother would never co back so that her father would focus on her, to see her efforts and sacrifices…
