Steering the griffon, Saintess Lucia naturally noticed these fighter planes speeding through the air.

Under her divine vision, the polarization magic that enabled visual invisibility had no effect at all.

"The top speed has reached over three hundred kiloters per hour?" Lucia quickly estimated the opponents' speed through the changes in their positions in the sky.

If it could be converted to energy, a re three hundred kiloters an hour would not amount to much, but in the current state, these new alchemical creations might indeed pose a threat.

A divine light erged in the palm of Lucia's hand, ready to keep all these new alchemical creations right here.

However, in the next mont, the fighter planes altered their course and began to retreat in different directions.

"Escaping?" Lucia's brows furrowed slightly, but she did not bother to pursue further. Instead, she raised her hand toward the sky, and a dazzling divine light spread out instantly, shooting into the heavens and illuminating the entire sky.

The powerful fluctuation of divine arts made Lynn and the others, located a kiloter away, shudder with goosebumps. Then, as they watched, countless glittering stars began to fall from the sky.

"Is this… falling stars?" Harrov's expression turned solemn as he sensed a strong danger emanating from the descending starlight.

"Notify everyone, prepare the defenses, full speed ahead. We have to leave this area imdiately!" Lynn also realized sothing was wrong and imdiately issued the command.

The range of the starlight covered three kiloters, and the extrely fast fighter planes sprinted away, escaping the area before the starlight descended, but the slower airships were not so fortunate…

The falling starlight soon revealed its terrifying power, easily penetrating and dissolving the characteristic leather of the airbags and even the wizards aboard were no exception, their protective magic weaker than paper, quickly dissolving amidst the burst of starry sparks.

In the blink of an eye, more than twenty airships crashed down—a single strike that caused more destruction than the harassnt and breath of a fire dragon!

This was the legendary divine arts—"Star Rain".

The airship carrying Lynn was also within the range of "Star Rain", but differently, all these stars were blocked outside by the space barrier created by Harrov. However, they were powerless to assist their allies, only able to watch helplessly as one airship after another was engulfed in the vast starlight…

Having just defended against "Star Rain", Harrov had no ti to catch his breath, as Lucia, steering the griffon, was already less than two hundred ters away from them!

This ant that they were within the range of the laser!

The pilot responsible for controlling the beam device imdiately launched the attack!

Lynn, standing beside, imdiately realized sothing but it was utterly too late to stop it, for the speed of light was far too fast!

Just as the button was pressed, a strong beam of laser light shot out, targeting Saintess Lucia!

With a speed of three hundred thousand kiloters per second, there was virtually no possibility to evade. But Lucia had no intention of dodging, having already witnessed this peculiar laser light; she wouldn't be unprepared.

A transparent curtain appeared in front of her, and the crimson laser, as if passing through water, deviated and swept past the Saintess. Imdiately after, Lucia uttered a word.

"Reflect!"

As the word fell, the transparent curtain imdiately solidified and the rays of light swiftly bent at an angle, tracing a beautiful arc in the void and hurtling back towards them!

Luckily, Lynn, realizing sothing was amiss that very mont, swiftly and precisely pulled out the ruby used to cast the laser just in ti to stop the spell before the light bent back on them, narrowly avoiding the risk of being wounded by their own magic…

The Holy Maiden of the church was capable of breaking laser magic, which he had ntioned in the discussion with Aurora and others. The pilots of these airships, obviously, were not qualified to listen to that eting.

"Starlight Spectrum!" Saintess Lucia spoke again, and endless starlight erged around her, like a river of stars racing toward the imnse airship.

Neither Lynn nor Harrov dared to be negligent under such formidable might, both quickly deploying their most powerful defensive magic.

[Space Barrier]!

[Immortal Barrier]!

The boundless river of starlight was diminished layer by layer by the resistance of force field magic, then collided head-on with the rising Immortal Fire, erupting into a deafening explosion!

Starlight interwove with fierce fire, and the resulting heatwave caused the airship a hundred ters away to tremble violently. Lynn and Harrov's faces were full of shock as Saintess Lucia, riding a griffin, burst forth from the dazzling starlight and the endless Undying Fla!

What kind of monster is this?

Lynn was utterly stunned. Lucia was enveloped by the Undying Fla, the potent Chlorotrifluoride that could devour all known elents seed like a fraud, having no effect whatsoever on the Saintess...

"No, that's not right, this is an illusion!" Lynn imdiately reacted, shouting a warning.

The false elent wasn't his fire, but Lucia herself!

If only an illusion had broken through the [Immortal Barrier], then where was the real person?

The very next mont as he spoke, the originally gentle shaking of the airship grew into a violent sway, followed by an unpleasant creaking noise from the entire cockpit. Both the floor beneath their feet and the surrounding rails were rapidly shattering, as if being crushed to pieces!

As for the people on the airship, they had already tumbled down from the railings, narrowly escaping the sa crushed fate...

Lynn naturally was no exception, fleeing from the crushed airship, now plumting towards the ground at an increasingly rapid pace...

He wasn't too worried about being smashed to death; as an advanced Wizard who had mastered force field magic, he could fly in the air without any support, albeit at a slower pace.

In normal circumstances, this wouldn't be considered a weakness, but the situation was different now, as within his view, Lucia was already charging towards him on a griffin.

"Chose as the target, huh?" Lynn's expression turned grave, not knowing whether this was luck or misfortune...

Perhaps it could only be described as an honor!

With a thought, Lynn sent forth balls of Undying Fla, shooting out to impede her approach, the explosions generating roiling heatwaves that once again accelerated his fall!

However, Lynn knew this at best could only slightly delay her. His gaze quickly shifted to the Ruby he had taken from the airship...

Let's give this a try!

Whether level five laser could break through an incomplete reflective surface, overcoming the greatest flaw of laser magic, was a problem Lynn was actively investigating.

Although yet unproven, in this mont of crisis, he had no choice but to take the risk!
