Treasureback Golden Turtle.

This was an extrely special type of monster, a na that rang like thunder in the ears of every awakened.

A Treasureback Golden Turtle swallowed treasures whole and stored them inside its massive belly.

The higher its level, the more valuable the treasures hidden within.

No wonder Zayne and Eva were both excited.

The one in front of them was level 26.

If they could capture it alive, the loot from a single Treasureback Golden Turtle could exceed what a hundred ordinary monsters would drop combined.

"Move in quietly. I control it, you grab it. Got it?" Zayne whispered to Eva.

Eva’s pink head bobbed rapidly, nodding like a pecking chick.

Greedy, timid, and incredibly fast. These were the defining traits of a Treasureback Golden Turtle.

And it could only be captured alive.

If it sensed a lethal threat, it would imdiately secrete highly corrosive stomach acid and digest all the treasures inside, leaving the hunters with nothing.

Eva flattened herself against the ground and inched forward little by little.

The Treasureback Golden Turtle was extrely alert.

If it sensed even the slightest disturbance, it would flee instantly.

Fortunately, Eva had remarkable patience.

She spent a full hour crawling forward until she was right beneath the turtle’s line of sight.

She subtly reached behind her back and flashed an OK sign toward Zayne, signaling that he could act.

Zayne prepared a Forbidden Spell in silence.

He planned to restrain the turtle with Vine Domain, then let Eva pounce and secure it.

The Primal Berserker class possessed terrifying raw strength.

Once bound by Vine Domain and locked in Eva’s grip, the turtle would have no chance of escape.

Just as they were about to move, a vicious voice suddenly rang out behind them.

"Zayne. So you really are here. You made search long and hard for you."

Zayne’s expression changed instantly.

"Now."

"Forbidden Spell. Vine Domain."

Activating this spell inside a forest made it even more terrifying.

Countless tough green vines surged out like living serpents, shooting straight toward the Treasureback Golden Turtle.

Eva abandoned stealth and lunged forward at the sa ti.

But it was already too late.

The sudden voice alerted the turtle.

With a croak, its massive body vanished from its spot, leaving behind only a streak of golden afterimage.

"Damn it."

Zayne’s face darkened.

Eva, who had missed her grab, clenched her teeth hard.

The prize had been right in front of them, only to slip away. Anyone would be furious.

Rustling sounds followed.

Garen and his group erged from behind dense bushes, with several others trailing behind them, clearly here to watch the show.

At any ti, in any place, watching drama was written into the DNA of Aurelion’s people.

"You were hiding deep. You really made work to find you. The debt from outside, I will settle it properly today. I will make you understand what living in agony truly ans."

Enemies t with burning hatred.

Garen stared at Zayne with vicious eyes.

"Tsk tsk. This kid is finished. Garen caught him dead to rights. Nowhere to run."

"Garen leveled up again in the Champion Secret Realm. He’s already level 23. Even one on one, very few can beat him, let alone with a full team."

"Just bad luck. The realm is huge, yet he still ran into Garen."

The onlookers whispered among themselves, sympathy flickering in their eyes as they looked at Zayne.

They knew that once Garen lost his temper, Zayne was in for hell.

But Zayne’s expression was icy, like a volcano on the brink of eruption.

"Living in agony? Don’t worry. I will make every single one of you experience it."

With the Treasureback Golden Turtle gone, finding it again would be extrely difficult.

"Hahahaha. Have you lost your mind? You think you alone can fight over ten of us?"

The tall, thin man who had earlier tried to invite Eva into his team sneered and stepped forward.

He had never liked Zayne, and now he was eager to take the lead.

Zayne calmly took a skill scroll from Eva.

He raised his hand as energy surged.

"Fireball."

The tall man laughed even harder.

Fireball was the lowest tier, most basic spell.

Any awakened could learn it.

Using Fireball against him was pure delusion.

Then his smile froze.

Zayne’s raised finger twitched.

The unremarkable fireball suddenly expanded several tis over, transforming into a crimson gold sun several ters wide.

It carried terrifying heat and smashed down with unstoppable force.

It looked like divine fire descending from the heavens.

Sowhere within it, an enraged roar seed to echo.

"No. That’s impossible. Save ."

The tall man scread in terror.

He tried desperately to dodge, but the fireball was far too fast.

There was nowhere to escape.

The blazing sun slamd into him and exploded.

The heat and shockwave swallowed him instantly.

He did not even have ti to scream before becoming a charred corpse.

The sudden reversal left everyone stunned.

Mouths hung open. No one knew what to say.

This was Fireball?

Sothing felt very wrong.

That man was a city champion, level 18.

And he got one shot by a Fireball.

It felt like you had barely started, and the other side was already yelling that it was over.

The charred body twitched.

Blood red eyes opened within the blackened remains.

His expression was completely twisted in agony.

The Champion Secret Realm’s rules prevented death, but the pain of being burned was very real.

He might have been the first person in history to survive with one hundred percent burn coverage.

"Zayne. We are all the future pillars of Aurelion. How could you be this ruthless? Are you even human?"

Leah, standing beside Garen, imdiately pointed and accused him.

"Relax. I’m a kind person. I hate unfairness. I believe in equality."

"So whatever he experienced, you’ll all get to experience it very soon."

Zayne spoke calmly.

At the sa ti, he picked up another skill scroll.

"Ice Whirl."
