[Damn it, damn it, damn it! How did they even wake up!]
A demon standing upright like a human, bipedal at that was pacing back and forth in his brick mansion. He only had two fingers and two toes, a curled tail and 360 degree vision. This was the City Lord of Greed City, a demon chaleon. It was wearing a silk gown of extre luxury and had Rank 12 demons protecting it 24/7.
"Lord Harl, the City Guards have just left the mansion and went towards the Devil’s Square!"
[The Devil’s Square, just what would be there that would wake them up?! Follow them! Let’s go to the Devil’s Square, I want to see exactly what it is that’s there!] said Harl and entered his carriage which was pulled by skeleton horses with golden Soul Flas.

The city trembled with every step of two beings who’d woken up from their slumber. These two figures were over twenty ters in height and muscular, very muscular, only wearing a leather skirt to hide their private parts and a burlap sacks over their heads. Chains wrapped around their waists and shoulders, thick black chains with hooks.
The streets were already empty when they road them, no sign of any demon in sight. It seed all the demons knew about these two figures so they’d fled beforehand.

’Trembling? Is it... them?’ thought Poldi while gazing at Shilin who was still covered in grey flas. She didn’t know the origin of the flas but looking at them, she felt reverence for them like a peasant eting a noble.
The two burlap sack giants entered Poldi’s Fast Food and knelt before Dong Shilin.
[WOOOOOH!!!]

The two City Guards made this noise which was both uncomfortable and soul stirring, Tiger and Fatso directly fainted after hearing this sound.
[I’ve heard about the City Guards but never had the opportunity to et them. I have to say, your reputation precedes you.] said Poldi fearlessly.
[Punish her. A hundred lashes will suffice.] said Shilin. The two guards stood up, grabbed the chains on their shoulders and pulled them.
[I was born in the banks of the River Of Burning Souls, I fought, I survived and I grew up there! You lot don’t scare and if you think taking down will be easy then think again!] said Poldi as she was about to release her aura. In her eyes and senses, the City Guards relied on their physical strength to subdue demons so she was confident in taking them down.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Four chains pierced the air and coiled around her thick and strong legs and the hook pierced the flesh. They were too fast for Poldi to dodge and even if she could dodge them, there was barely enough space to move around.
[Take this...!] shouted Poldi and spat out silk while completely ignoring the chains around her legs, the pain was also negligible to her. The balls silk that were supposed to send the two guards flying and glue them to the wall seed to have no effect, non whatsoever.
The City Guards simply tore it away from their bodies and threw it away, after that, they grabbed the chains which beca darker and dragged Poldi outside. She wanted to resist but was shocked to find out that she hadn’t any strength to resist, her strength including phyisal strength was suppressed by the chains.
"What’s happening?! Why can’t I fight back?!" she exclaid but never received an answer. She was dragged outside her establishnt, the City Guards then removed each others sacks, revealing necks without heads, only the skeletal neck bone that was poking out. Then, the City Guards grabbed each others neck bones and pulled them out.
The sight was very scary and disturbing but this was the Underworld so it was normal. The neck bones were very long and shaped like spinal cords, after that, the City Guards began whipping Poldi with the spinal cord whips.

Poldi scread in pain and agony with every whip lash she received. The whips gave her Soul, Phyisal and Demon Core pain, her Demon Core cracked, her Soul flickered and her body bled out but the City Guards didn’t stop whipping her. Over ti, her wails beca softer and softer, probably due to her being unable to endure for much longer.
[That’s enough.] said Zixin but the CityGuards continued to whip Poldi. Forty more whip lashes remained.
[I said that’s enough!] roared Zixin and blue flas burst from his body for a second before disappeared. They were so fast that one would think it was an illusion. Only then did the two City Guards stop whipping Poldi. Shilin also didn’t say anything and Torta’s Soul Flas were burning fiercely. Zixin then walked over to Poldi’s side and got down on one knee.
[Are you okay?] he asked.
Poldi barely had any consciousness left and was truly about to die. Her Demon Core was shattered, the body bleeding profusely and not healing and her Soul was about to dissipate.
"Save... ..."
Zixin nodded and removed the chains from her body, the two City Guards warned him to stop but Zixin ignored them and grabbed the chains.
’Hmm? Sealing Ore, but why is it so weak? Probably lower grade Sealing Ore.’ thought Zixin while removing the chains.
City Lord Harl arrived when Zixin had just pulled out the last chain from Poldi’s body. He was shocked to see Poldi on her last breath but looking at the City Guards, he also understood the situation.
[I don’t know if my blood will be of any use to your wounds but here.] said Zixin and fed Poldi his blood that was coming from his open wrist. Poldi swallowed twenty drops before Zixin’s wound healed.
Harl walked towards Ciel who was standing alone and spoke with him.
"Ciel, who are these guys? What happened here and why is Poldi on the verge of death...?" he spoke softly.
Ciel’s eyes were glued on Zixin’s figure. He was looking at Zixin like he was looking at Zixin with eyes that didn’t seem to believe what they just saw.
’Blue Flas! Those were definitely Blue Flas! He... he’s actually a Blue Flas Noble Lord?!’
