Chapter 93: This Reward is Refreshing
This was also a new skill acquired after the Bloodsucking Vine leveled up. The fruit it bore was extrely beautiful, like a Blood Agate, and emitted a fragrance that could lure animals within a certain range.
The taste was also very good, and consuming it could grant a temporary status of blood qi and spirit recovery, and increase experience by 100.
The only downside was that after plucking, it would decay and beco inedible within ten minutes.
Small Knife ca out, waved at the other players, and approached an older Warrior.
This Warrior was one of the friendliest at Wolf Fang Pass, with a favorability rating of sixty-seven points.
"When I leave Wolf Fang Pass, where is the nearest tribe?" Small Knife asked.
"This!" The NPC seed to fall into recollection.
Ding: Your question does not release a quest and requires a consumption of fifty points of favorability. Would you like to proceed?
"Proceed!" He had asked many NPCs before, and especially this one; otherwise, he wouldn’t have specifically co to find him, and now he chose to agree to the consumption.
"Sir, the nearest is the Multi-Head Tribe. Even the fastest Warrior running may take two days. It’s in the direction of the Multi-Head Tribe, but the Wolf Wild outside is very dangerous. Even with a powerful Witch leading, there is so danger." The NPC pointed ahead.
Quite a few players leaned in, naturally overhearing, and couldn’t help but chuckle.
But in fact, even if they knew, the NPCs would ignore them as they were idle.
Ding: Congratulations, you have obtained a map and a route to the Multi-Head Tribe.
A small map appeared in his vision, and a straight path erged in the previously unexplored dark area ahead.
Ding: Quest triggered, Trade Route of the Multi-Head Tribe.
Hint: Requires a minimum level of thirty to trigger.
Quest: Trade Opening, head to the Multi-Head Tribe and inform them that the Wugubu Tribe has already stored a portion of Black Bone, welcoming the Multi-Head Tribe to trade.

"Ti-limited?"
With a slight hesitation, looking at the reward, it was definitely worth a try; even if I died once, the loss was just experience.
If successful, I could bring the treasure into reality, greatly enhancing my strength.
Small Knife imdiately turned around, grabbed the Totem Pole, pulled it out, and hoisted it onto his shoulder as he strode away.
"Oh my! Am I seeing things? Soone stole the Totem Pole," a player exclaid.
They had naturally experinted with it, and that Totem Pole had an invisible power protecting it, impossible to get close to.
"Don’t be surprised, that’s Brother Immortal, the legendary Brother Immortal. I’m not surprised at anything he does," soone said.
"Not surprised! Then why is your mouth open so wide?"
"What’s wrong with my naturally big mouth?"
...!
"Damn! Brother Immortal is heading out, let’s follow, I want to go out too."
But the reality was harsh. Watching Small Knife carrying the Totem Pole swagger out, they were blocked by the NPCs.
"Why?! If he can go out, why can’t I? Why is there different treatnt?" The players were upset, yelling at Small Knife’s back.
"How dare you? Do not be disrespectful to Lord Witch." The NPCs were furious.
Ding: Current favorability with Warrior -1, now -1.
Hint: With a negative favorability rating, a causal relationship has ford, and your actions will provoke hostility from the NPC, possibly leading to attacks or other adverse actions.
The player was stunned, not because of the negative favorability but because all the NPCs who heard him shout had their favorability decreased by one point.
And there were quite a few NPCs who heard?
He gave himself a hard slap; "Serves right for talking too much."
As he walked out of Wolf Fang Pass, the land stretched to the horizon, barren and devoid of life, not even many plants.
Ti was of the essence, so Small Knife quickly took out his binoculars.
He learned from the NPCs that this was Wolf Wild, where wolves were the eternal sole rulers, and the Witch Tribe’s settlents were more like embellishnts.
The Multi-Head Tribe had a friendly relationship with the Wugubu Tribe.
Looking in that direction, there was no sign of life.
He then scattered the Secret Bone Powder!
Bone-Hunting Summoning Skill.
The Bone Powder condensed, forming bones that jumped and pieced together.
A tall, sturdy Bone Horse appeared.
With a leap, he mounted it.
With a thought, the Bone Horse sprinted forward, reaching its maximum speed.
Small Knife did not let his guard down, scanning the small map and keeping an eye on the distance, using the binoculars now and then.
As the small map gradually uncovered,
an hour passed in one breath.
Glancing at the small map, it seed that if things continued like this, he would reach there in less than ten hours, giving him a good chance to complete the task.
Moving forward smoothly for over an hour, he had covered about one-third of the journey.
He encountered so wild rabbits along the way but ignored them.
No re prey compared to the allure of the quest.
Before he could get too excited, his view through the binoculars revealed animals!
A large group of dense figures, what a sight.
As he got closer, through the binoculars, it was clear there were at least a thousand.
But they were sheep, Wilderness Sheep, ordinary Level 15, and quite a number of Elites, with several Fierce Beast Level Wilderness Gale Sheep seen too.
They were blocking his path, grazing in a adow.
The place not only had thick wild grass, but there was also a small pond.
He imdiately dismounted.
As he slowly approached,
"Should I take a detour or charge through?"
Small Knife learned from the NPCs that the outside world at night was extrely dangerous. Even Witch-led teams wouldn’t travel at night, so he didn’t have much ti. With so many, taking a detour would waste too much ti.
More bad news was gleaned through binoculars.
A wolf pack appeared on the right, about a dozen, not many, led by just a Level 30 Basic-level Fierce Beast.
It was clear the flock was aware too, occasionally glancing over, drinking and eating faster.
Though there weren’t many Wilderness Wolves now, Small Knife knew these wolves were extrely good at calling for reinforcents.
Looking in other directions, Wilderness Wolves continued to approach.
Including the direction behind him.
Damn, there was no place for him to hide.
Gritting his teeth, he decided to take a gamble.
He took out a sniper rifle and aid.
Divine Technique: Quadruple Shot.
Bang!
A bullet streaked with three phantasmal shadows.
The Wilderness Gale Sheep, a mid-level fierce beast in the distant flock, suddenly bled profusely, its life bar sharply dropping a notch, then another three segnts, right to the brink of danger.
However, it didn’t die as Small Knife hadn’t hit a vital spot.
