He was looking around cautiously and with a sense of disgust in his eyes, as he would be tainted by the level of poverty here!
Rose looked towards this driver coldly as she replied while pulling Achilles away.
"Yeah, we're sure."
She kept her gaze down while ignoring the looks of others, going towards a door on the first level of this complex and putting in a 6-number code.
The door beca unlocked as she breathed in the sa air she rembered, going inside as Achilles followed.
"It feels like I left just yesterday…co on Little Fatty, I'll make you so ran. You didn't finish them, did you?"
She walked around their place freely. Their two-bedroom apartnt with a single shared bathroom and a small living room.
Achilles watched her moving about busily in silence before he asked cautiously.
"Are we…not going to talk about it?"

His words stopped her in her tracks in the kitchen as she was already reaching into the cupboard to pull out two packets of ran.
She stopped in place, pulling her hoodie down and turning to look at him.
She didn't seem capable of eting his gaze as she spoke out with a mixture of emotions.
"I don't know how much you went through just to be able to save , Little Fatty. I was happy to just see you again. I'm happy even now. I can't even begin to thank you because I don't know how much you suffered. I want to ask you how hard you worked to obtain all that money. If you were hurt. If you were scared. I want to ask you all of this, but I'm even more scared of what cos next after all this."

She seed scared for the future as Achilles shook his head and walked towards her.
"There's nothing to be scared of. You took care of
in the past, let
take care of you now."
He spoke to calm any fears she held, but he saw her eyes tearing up more at his words as she shook her head.
"Take care of ? You're an Advanced Human now. How am I going to live day in and day out as you brave monsters and death? Shall I just wait for you here, in this apartnt, every single day? Hoping and praying that you will co back? If you don't fight monsters, there are possibly other safer jobs you could do, but how do I fit in your new world, Little Fatty?"

How did she fit into his new world?

Achilles went forward and ca to stand right before her.
His eyes held seriousness and even a trace of anger as he spoke out earnestly.
"What do you an how will you fit in my new world? This whole ti, you have been the one constant for . You have been my world."

Rose's eyes opened wide as she looked up at him in shock.
She then raised her hand and pointed to him accusingly.
"You…! I told you not to say things like that! I told you to find soone your own age! I'm already an old woman at 24, and you just turned 21! As an Awakened Human, you can find rows of girls lining up for you, so stop letting misplaced feelings hold you back!"
She nearly shouted this out as she revealed sothing else about their relationship.
Achilles…was entirely and completely smitten with Rose since the first day he t her.
He had even told her how he felt in the past!
But she had said sothing similar to what she just said now, and called him too young to understand if what he felt was love.
Today, he looked at her again seriously and spoke out even more freely than before.

His eyes were intense.
Rose looked into them as tears couldn't help but drop from her eyes.
Paired with her beauty, if anyone actually saw her right now, they may just ask for a duel to the death on the one who made her cry.
She wiped her tears away as she spoke out in a low tone.
"I…I just want you to be happy, Little Fatty. All those who stayed around
for too long are either dead or hate . I wanted to take care of you just long enough before I hurt you too. But you…you made it so hard, Fatty."
Her tears continued to fall freely as she actually showed a bit of anger in her eyes.
At the sa ti, Achilles blinked as he could swear he saw a green glint in her eyes.
"You, do you know how you make a girl feel when you tell them that they are your world? When you say things like that, you give them hope for impossible things! You make soone dream that just maybe…just maybe! But how can it be possible? You, now even an Advanced Human, and …ah!"
She let out a shout of frustration as she felt like she was releasing all her emotions out.
As she did so, along with her shout, her hair began to dance as green flas erupted around her head!
Achilles watched all of this unfolding in shock as he nearly took a step back.
"You…"
He called out to her as she shook her head and snapped.
" what? You said things like that, why can't I?"
Her eyes carried a literal fiery light.
Her pupils adopted a green hue of brilliance!
Achilles looked at this with a mixture of emotions and pointed at her as he spoke out with amazent while staring at her head.
"You're on fire…"

Rose looked back at him with confusion.
"I'm on fire? What the heck are you-…! AAH!"
She raised her hand to her head, and when it ca off, green flas danced on her fingers as she scread out!
