“Hmm, I have a younger brother,” Pei Yuanchen said hoarsely.

At the He Family’s old residence, Zhixi sat on the sofa, listening to Xiaobao reading a storybook to her.
Suddenly, she saw Pei Yuanchen stride in, his face dark.
He Ziyi jogged behind him, seemingly trying to keep up with his pace but failing.
“Ah, you’re here?” Zhixi smiled and glanced at him.
“Uncle!” Xiaobao shouted excitedly as he rushed over.
Pei Yuanchen hugged the little guy and looked at Zhixi coldly: “Where’s your husband? See what trouble he got into!”
The “trouble” Pei Yuanchen referred to stuck out her tongue and sat down next to Zhixi.
“Jingyao’s in the study,” Zhixi suppressed a laugh, “Dad said that taking you along for business in the past delayed your education and he’s regretted it ever since, so he thinks it’s just as well for you to seize this chance to study hard.”
Pei Yuanchen rolled his eyes.
He Ziyi thought for a while and asked, “Sister-in-law, Uncle Xiaobao said he has a number two, a younger brother. Why haven’t I heard you ntion him?”
At the sa ti, He Jingyao and He Yirong happened to co out of the study, just reaching the stairs.
