He held out his hand, “Let see it.”
Su Zixi obediently placed the photo in his hand.
He Jingyao scrutinized it critically, “This photo is from eight years ago, what’s so interesting about it?”
Eight years ago… seems like he wasn’t yet eighteen at that ti.
“I just want it anyway,” Su Zixi insisted.
He Jingyao gave her a look, a hint of a suggestive smile forming in the depths of his eyes, “If you’re planning on fantasizing over my picture, I wouldn’t mind taking a few portraits for you, with whatever style you choose.”

With that, he smiled earnestly, as sincere as could be, “Don’t be shy.”
Su Zixi was choked with anger.
She snatched the photo from his hand and ran off huffing, “It’s mine anyway!”
The seventeen or eighteen-year-old He Jingyao certainly couldn’t have been this annoying, Su Zixi thought as she ran.
He Jingyao watched her retreating figure, his eyes gradually softening.

The familiar scent cald her down imdiately, but the familiar low chuckle again made her nearly jump out of her skin.
Flustered, she used both hands to shield her vital spots and turned her head to glare at him fiercely.
It was then that He Jingyao finally let go of his right hand, his smile deepening, “Don’t be scared, it’s .”

“How did you get in here?” Su Zixi exclaid, her face flushed.
