Chapter 179: Chapter 179 Zhixi, Are You Scared?
He Jingyao suddenly smiled, then bent down and kissed her lips.
But her lips were cold and trembling, causing He Jingyao’s pupils to contract slightly.

Su Zixi was forced to lean into his embrace, still with a hint of confusion and helplessness in her eyes.
He Jingyao’s gaze beca even more somber.
He had thought she might be nervous and shy, or retreat out of timidity, but not like this… as if she was profoundly afraid of this matter.
It shouldn’t be like this.
This little creature, though never willing to admit her feelings, He Jingyao was well aware that every ti he drew close to her, she was pleased, and her emotions were always conveyed through small gestures.
“Zhixi, what on earth happened?” his tone grew heavy.
Su Zixi’s heart skipped a beat.

“What’s wrong?” he took a deep breath, and although he concealed it well, the repression in his tone was still apparent.
