“Sis, this isn’t right, is it?” Ning Yichen looked at Ning Ruixin in disapproval.
“This is my business; mind your own. But I still need to borrow your place.” Ning Ruixin patted him, strolled over to Su Zixi with a smile, “Mrs. He, shall I take you to your room to rest?”
Hearing this title, Su Zixi thought of the unknown price Ning Yichen would have to pay to find her, and feelings of guilt and anger surged up again. She clenched her fist, ignoring the question.
“Mrs. He, please cooperate. I just want to discuss a potential partnership with your husband,” Ning Ruixin said again, with a sweet smile.

Su Zixi followed Ning Ruixin to a room on the second floor.
After closing the door, Ning Ruixin smiled at her and got straight to the point. “Actually, the person who made the mistake wasn’t , it was Yichen, that silly boy, right?”
Su Zixi’s heart skipped a beat, and she looked up at her. “What are you talking about? I don’t understand.”
“Heh…” Ning Ruixin leaned against the wall, crossing her arms and seeming to find sothing amusing. “I know my little brother sowhat. He’s very stubborn. Once he’s convinced of sothing, even if he’s faced with many doubts, he won’t believe it’s false, unless the facts are laid out in front of him.”

Su Zixi paused, then said, “As you wish.”
“Oh? I thought you would say there’s no need,” Ning Ruixin’s lips curved into a smirk. “Because just now, even you denied it and agreed with him that I made the mistake.”
“I just want to return to Yanzhou City, back to the He Family as soon as possible,” Su Zixi said with pursed lips. “As for whether he knows the truth or not, I don’t care.”
Ning Ruixin gazed at her deeply, then laughed.
“I understand.” She raised her hand to her forehead, “At the latest, by tomorrow, you’ll be able to leave here. I’ll send soone to bring you a change of clothes.”
It was then that Su Zixi breathed a sigh of relief, saying softly, “Thank you.”
Ning Ruixin smiled. “Don’t ntion it. I should be the one thanking you for saving Yichen in the past, preventing him from dying out there. The kid owes you a thank you, so let make up for it. I hope it’s not too late.”
