Although many shop owners were excited about their territory’s major transformation, what they cared most about was the status of the shops they had previously leased.
After all, during the last upgrade, they were slightly relocated.
Not being affected last ti doesn’t guarantee they won’t be affected this ti. Now the Lord’s Mansion is miles away from the city gate.
Although stores near the city gate are fine, everyone knows that since the territory opened up through the Task Center, shops near it have the highest foot traffic.

No matter where these people ca from, they couldn’t resist gathering in the Lord Mansion, as it is the center of the territory and the hub of information.
Another reason?
It’s the Vitality Stone Statue and the Monunt in front of the Lord Mansion.
The Vitality Stone Statue, just a touch, can increase magic power and physical strength by 10 points. This is a free potion, they love this feature too much to miss it.
As for the Monunt, it records the "achievents" Hope Town has made along the way.
