"Finally, we’re back in the territory," Zhou Bai and his companions, after a full day’s journey, had entered the range of Hope Village while it was still light. As soon as they did, O’Neill couldn’t help but blurt out his excitent.

He had been through quite the ordeal during the days they’d spent outside.

Now back in the territory, they could finally enjoy so benefits.

Many Beastn, though they didn’t vocalize their feelings like O’Neill, had excited expressions that were all strikingly similar.

Dean and Glen noticed the change in them and genuinely felt their happiness about returning to the territory.

They could never imagine that a Beastman would consider human territory their ho.

Compared to them, the new Beastn like Dean and Glen were becoming increasingly nervous, yet they quietly followed, their eyes constantly scanning their surroundings.

As they continued on the road, they started to et people.

When they encountered human Professionals, they instinctively took up defensive positions.

To their surprise, those Professionals neither drew weapons against them nor ran away at the sight of them. Instead, they warmly greeted them—or rather, they greeted the mbers of their own group.

"Village Chief, you’re back!"

"Did everything go smoothly on this trip?"

"Did you encounter anything fun?"

"O’Neill, did you bring back this group of Beastn? That’s freaking aweso! Managing to bring back so many, you’ve really accomplished a great deed!"

"That’s aweso."

"It’s a Sheep-headed Man! How did you manage to pull so many Sheep-headed n back here?"

"..."

Many Professionals greeted them with a familiarity that was quite common in Hope Village.

Especially for the residents of Blue Star; to them, this world was strange, and all species were equally new, so their casual attitude was not surprising.

Gradually, their attitude had also influenced so of the other Professionals who ca to Hope Village to survive.

Therefore, the idea of the Undead and Beastn becoming mbers of the territory was quite ordinary to many, and they even felt that more mbers would be good, as it would increase the territory’s strength.

It had to be said that they had noticed the benefits of other Races as well.

First of all, the Undead Clan, who now made up the tailors, blacksmiths, and iron mines of the territory; without them, the territory couldn’t be self-sufficient in weapons and equipnt like it could now.

Next were the Beastn, whose strength was formidable. In dealing with high-level Demon Beasts, they were definitely frontline contenders. The Sheep-headed n behind them were shouldering a significant portion of their production.

So, it could be said that any Race, if placed in the right position, could always perform its intended function.

Anyway, conflicts with other Races were usually due to interests. The interests of the territory obviously took precedence over the interests of others.

Naturally, at this mont, those daring to have such a friendly chat were still mainly Blue Star residents.

The local residents would need so ti to reach the social prowess of Blue Star residents.

So, when Dean and Glen saw how casually these Professionals chatted with O’Neill, they were quite shocked.

This was completely different from what they had imagined and from their prior understanding.

Think about it, everything had been different since they were saved by this group of Beastn.

At this point, they could feel the intense curiosity in the eyes of those around them, with not a hint of malice.

Perhaps these Beastn led by Lucas O’Neill were willing to uproot their lives and co to Hope Village because the territory genuinely treated them well?

"Hey hey, it went fairly smoothly! At least we all ca back in one piece, and we’ve got quite a few gains to show for it," boasted O’Neill, showing off with a bit of swagger.

"Ahem, ahem..." Lucas, knowing O’Neill’s character, quickly coughed to signal a reminder.

Could they talk about robbery?

Absolutely not!

No matter what, that was a topic to keep on the down low.

O’Neill clamd up imdiately after Lucas’s reminder.

Indeed, discussing that matter was taboo.

"Anyway, the haul was pretty big."

The others, upon hearing this, also surmised they had stumbled upon a stroke of luck.

Without the intent to inquire further about their earnings, they skipped over the topic.

The conversation shifted, focusing on Dean and his companions’ circumstances.

ntion of themselves cast a concerned look on the faces of Dean and his group.

"We ca across them on the way back. They had nowhere to go, and having heard good things about Hope Village, they decided to join us," explained Lucas.

The less who knew they had encountered Delisha City’s rcenary Team and robbed them, the better.

After all, it would likely take a while before their deeds were uncovered. If they were too ostentatious with so many rchant teams and rcenary teams passing through the territory now—and with more expected in the future—it would be troubleso if word got out.

Robberies were best kept low-key.

"Good choice."

"Coming to our Hope Village, you surely won’t be disappointed."

"We will treat you just as we treat our own."

"Just look at Lucas and O’Neill."

"..."

Pairs of enthusiastic eyes landed on Dean, Glen, and the rest of their Beastman group.

The villagers could tell that the group of Beastn was uneasy.

How could this be right?

Now that they had arrived in Hope Village, they were to beco part of Hope Village, where they needed to feel the warmth of a ho to truly put their efforts into making the village shine!

Dean and Glen, along with the other Beastn, certainly sensed the goodwill emanating from the villagers, leaving them sowhat bewildered.

They were not only unresented but also warmly welcod.

Perhaps, if these Humans remained consistent in their attitude, living in such a territory wouldn’t be too bad?

Thinking thus, the group remained silent, as they still didn’t know how to respond.

Nevertheless, this didn’t dampen the Professionals’ friendly deanor, who kept saying with smiles,

"Okay then! You’re just shy; we get it."

"Strange at first, but once you get to know us, it’ll be fine."

"After all, if you need help with anything in the territory later on, you can always ask us."

"..."

And so, the remainder of the journey was filled with the chattering of these Professionals.

As they proceeded, more people joined, and without the need for further questioning, the earlier Professionals kindly answered queries and shared insights about Hope Village during the conversation.

Zhou Bai and the others did not intervene or interject.

They were well aware that the kind gestures from others, apart from themselves, would help the new group of Beastn integrate into Hope Village and dissipate any unease they might have felt.

This approach was indeed effective; the continuous friendly exchanges soon made Dean, Glen, and the other Beastn forget their initial nervousness, as they focused entirely on what was being said about Hope Village.

It wasn’t until they reached the gates of Hope Village.

Seeing the gates, comparable to those of a small town, Dean and the new Beastn felt a tangible sense of reality.

They had arrived in Human Territory!

From today forward, they would start a new life here!

What would this new life hold in store for them?
