"Whatever you say, Master of the Dark Night."

Seeing Detective Gorilla and Diana both wanting drinks, Trish couldn’t help but scoff, you’re the owner here, do you still need to pay for the drinks?

Since you don’t need to pay, why make a fuss over a few pints?

Bo Bo unhappily thumped his glass on the bar, producing a muffled sound from the heavy countertop.

"Damn it, Trish, I told you not to call that."

Diana pursed her lips: "Did she just say Master of the Dark Night...?"

The gorilla caught the flying glass, spun it with his fingers on the bar, and said in a low tone: "You saw that incident, it almost happened right in front of us, Jim held the line for us... then he was killed by a deranged Batman wearing a patterned mask."

"Only he was the Master of the Dark Night, I inherited his sword, his bar, and a magic dinsion, Maya, it’s a heavy burden, but his title should leave with him."

While speaking, Detective Gorilla drew a long sword from his coat pocket as if he had pulled it from an alternate space.

Though nad Night Blade, it was a glowing magic sword.

"You have to protect a dinsion?" Diana never knew how to maintain a magical dinsion, so she felt the weight of Bo Bo’s responsibility.

The gorilla slapped the Night Blade onto the bar as if pressing down a hand of poker, took a sip from his glass, and frowned.

"Actually, it’s not a bad feeling, drinking at the place where your best friend sacrificed himself, with a huge sword of duty hanging overhead."

Seeing the pain on the gorilla’s face, Diana couldn’t help but feel a pang of sympathy: "Trish shouldn’t joke about that."

Bo Bo quickly masked his grief, refocusing on his glass: "I used to know her father, Terry Serting, codenad ’Demon Breaker,’ he insisted I wasn’t a monkey, but so codian in a suit... Trish is a good kid, if she hadn’t just turned my beer into apple juice."

The punk girl tilted her head and flashed a sly smile: "That’s not apple juice."

Bo Bo rolled his eyes and turned to Diana again: "I thought about it carefully, she’s definitely a demon, can you call the Justice League to deal with her?"

"Ha." Diana smiled, at least the Forgotten Bar has not changed.

"Alright, let’s talk about sothing happier, like corpses." Bo Bo donned his detective hat and jumped off the barstool.

The drinks weren’t happening today, Trish would turn all his beer into apple juice.

"Hmm?" Diana was montarily confused by the gorilla detective’s reference.

"I an, you’ve found several warlock corpses before, right, where are they now?"

"I’ve notified the Justice League, logistics personnel will transport the bodies to the Dark Justice League Headquarters beneath the Hall of Justice."

Diana understood that Bo Bo wanted to examine the corpses, maybe they could discover sothing.

The so-called logistics personnel were actually the forr Blackhawk Squadron, after being incorporated into the Justice League, they weren’t very useful, so Batman assigned them to deal with aftermath tasks.

For instance, rescuing people from collapsed buildings, or compensating for unexpected damages caused by other heroes.

"Alright then, let’s go, I know I’m not the Great Mage Sargon you’re looking for, but I’m the only one here." Bo Bo combed the hair on his face with his palm to appear more spirited: "But I didn’t earn the title of Detective Gorilla just because of my handso appearance, now let’s head out for an investigation."

"Of course, but you haven’t noticed I didn’t co alone." Wonder Woman scratched her temple and pointed into the darkness behind her.

Bo Bo looked behind her and saw Deathstroke and soone annoying drinking...

"Damn it, Kang... No wait, if Constantine’s magic hadn’t gone wrong making him grow breasts, then I must be seeing things." Detective Gorilla stowed away the Night Blade from the bar; he hadn’t expected to see Alabell here again.

"Hi, Bo Bo, you furry genius."

Bo Bo clutched his head, feeling a headache, it really was Alabell, this female demon.

She’s real, and she talked to him!

The Forgotten Bar, this pocket universe, had a limit to the power it could contain, and if Albella got drunk, she’d cause chaos with no restraint.

Master of the Dark Night had been wary of her all his life.

As for Deathstroke, he instantly recognized it was another, and Wonder Woman would only act with that particular Deathstroke.

"Let’s go, hurry up, bring this damn succubus and leave with ." The gorilla pulled open the bar’s door, where there was a direct route to the Dark Justice League Headquarters.

"You’ve really broken my heart, Bo Bo." Albella stood up, holding a bottle in one hand, and rubbing the gorilla’s head with the other, which only reached her waist: "Did you forget the happiness we shared that night? Hmm?"

If Bo Bo weren’t covered in black fur, everyone would see the black lines hanging from his forehead.

"You an the ti you went wild at the bar, used hell magic to bind , and fed bananas all night? Don’t make it sound so easily misunderstood!"

Albella tilted her head, with a smile on her pretty face: "I thought we were in a keeper and pet relationship; you’re so heartless!"

Bo Bo sighed, looking up at Diana: "Are you sure we should take this cursed life-size Barbie Doll along?"

Su Ming answered the question on Diana’s behalf, stepping from the darkness towards the bar: "Yes, I am sure, we need to investigate what’s wrong with the magic, so without a caster in the team, who’ll make the expert judgnt?"

Detective Gorilla extended his hand to Su Ming: "Give a cigarette, a cigar would be even better, the stronger, the better."

Su Ming handed him a Wilson cigarette, and after lighting it, Bo Bo took a deep drag; he felt last ti he was tricked by this Deathstroke into piloting Qiongji through the multiverse to pick people up, and ended up getting blasted by Barbatos.

Had he not reacted quickly, he’d probably be gorilla dust.

But Deathstroke’s logic was sound; besides Albella, a warlock who’d do anything for money, they couldn’t find any casters willing to lend a hand.

Constantine? He’s even less reliable.

"Fine, fine, as long as you can guarantee she stays two ters away from , we can work together." Bo Bo made a concession, wishing to prove to the Magic Realm that even though he wasn’t the Master of the Dark Night, he could handle the Magic Realm’s crisis.

"Uh, if you think two ters is a safe distance against a mage, then I can agree to it." Su Ming looked sympathetically at Bo Bo, strapped on his mask, and headed towards the teleportation gate first.

Albella licked the corner of her mouth with her tongue, manifested a large banana using hellfire in her hand, smiled aningfully at Bo Bo, and followed in Deathstroke’s footsteps.

Detective Gorilla sighed to the heavens; he felt exhausted before even moving, what to do?

No choice, circumstances had reached this point, and there was no turning back.

He returned to the bar and finished off the apple juice in his glass, quickly catching up with the group.

"Faker!"
