Apocalypse leaned against the stone throne, savoring a taste long absent, eager to stir up trouble.
"Speak, my children, tell what you desire. I am your god, able to fulfill any wish!"
Though Apocalypse remained expressionless, his words hinted at his good mood.
Cable rolled his eyes downward, exasperated by Apocalypse always presenting himself as a god; the X-n also held great disdain for him.
Su Ming wouldn’t feel that way. He wanted the benefits but if Apocalypse enhanced the powers of these mutants from the future, it would have too large an impact on ti, an unnecessary act.
He himself lacked the X Gene and had no desire to turn into Mr. Sinister’s pale visage, looking as if having crawled out of a flour sack — far too white.
So power couldn’t be his choice.
Perhaps... ask Apocalypse for money? He had plenty, effortlessly summoning gold from the sea wasn’t an issue.
But that seed too vulgar, not matching his current zealot status.
Best to get Apocalypse directly involved.
Several thoughts flashed through Su Ming’s mind; ultimately, he decided to have Apocalypse confront Conqueror Kang.
"Yes, our god, your devotees urgently need your assistance. A ruthless conqueror has arisen in the world, persecuting us mutants."
"Oh? Such audacity," Apocalypse murmured with closed eyes, clenched fist cold and tight.
Earthquakes erupted around him.
Everything in the city quivered as if the apocalypse lood.
Citizens and allies began fleeing to the streets, fearful of being buried by collapsing buildings.
"Please calm yourself, great god. This enemy mutant is extraordinarily powerful and claims to be the greatest conqueror: the once first Pharaoh of Egypt..." Su Ming hastily shifted the bla prepared in advance.
"First... Pharaoh..." Apocalypse’s eyes turned sharp; he seed suddenly enlightened.
"Indeed. Our scouts were severely injured instantly by him, lucky just to escape with our lives," Su Ming lowered his head, feigning grief, "To oppose him, we sacrificed thousands, still failing to match him. In the end, only by sacrificing more lives to traverse the barriers to your sanctuary could we awaken you. We once numbered tens of thousands, but now rely a dozen remain..."
Su Ming signaled Domino, who then gently placed Wade before Apocalypse’s throne.
Through the white-eye slits of his black-and-red mask, Wade’s gaze t Apocalypse’s cloudy eyes filled with sorrow.
Apocalypse felt sowhat moved by such loyalty, sacrificing so many mutants to break Phoenix Power’s restraints.
His eyes softened toward Wade. He raised a hand over Wade’s head, activating healing powers, rapidly restoring Wade’s normal state.
Skeleton and muscles fully returned to normal; Wade could bounce and hop again.
"Too tragic — to reduce a self-healing mutant to such a state. This kid’s decayed skin and full-body cancer defied even my healing. Could it truly be the one I imagined?"
Apocalypse had discovered this abnormal proliferative organ disease as early as 3000 BC, coining the term cancer. He rely surveyed Deadpool’s insides with his power, finding the whole man a cluster of cancer cells.
Even Apocalypse never encountered such a case before; without self-healing ability, this man would’ve died long ago, persisting now in a delicate balance.
Apocalypse grew serious, clutching the throne’s armrest, probing while warmly questioning Wade.
"Speak, my child, tell what you’ve discovered."
"Uh, aren’t you my dad?"
Deadpool scratched his head, tentatively speaking, realizing his cousin’s murderous gaze bore into him.
Damn, is that what I told you to say previously? Get to the point! Bloody egg!
The palace’s fiery flicker briefly faltered, rendering the atmosphere awkward, save the breathing of those present and cries beyond the street.
"Haha, though I’m not your father, I am the father of all mutants." Apocalypse amicably tousled Deadpool’s hair — recoiling only upon discovering Deadpool slled awful — "Speak again? Whoever dares oppose , what have they done?"
"Uh... He said... Oh, how wretched I am!"
With Su Ming’s persistent glances, Wade finally recalled the tactics; he collapsed before the throne, shrieking an anguished wail, reminiscent of a crow’s dying lant.
His lantation erged so abruptly and piercingly, even startling Apocalypse.
Science considered image, he nearly kicked this red-black monstrosity away.
"Slowly now, don’t get emotional."
Perhaps this devotee’s excitent at glimpsing the true god overwheld him? During Ancient Egypt, as he traversed the streets by palanquin, crowds often fainted in excitent.
This was rely Wade’s overly flashy performance.
Following Su Ming’s instructions, Wade piled all mutant-related bla onto ’Xiaohuzi.’
X Weapon Project experinting on mutants now beca Xiaohuzi’s doing; Sentinels hunting mutants amid the German Army’s hunt now; societal discrimination transford into Xiaohuzi’s prejudice.
Ultimately, Deadpool just reassigned his brain’s filth to a new master.
In his tale, this once self-proclaid Rama-Tut Xiaohuzi was a super villain, the archcriminal intent on exterminating mutants.
"He even said he wanted to capture you ’beep’ your family’s behinds. A behind is the cavity behind you, below, amidst the left leg and right leg, used for waste expulsion. If you don’t grasp the ’beep’ word’s aning, I could explain further...."
Ten minutes later, Deadpool continued spewing trash talk with relish, yet Apocalypse’s tolerance waned, confirming Xiaohuzi as Rama-Tut, indeed Conqueror Kang.
This damned fellow dared return — believing Apocalypse absent?
Today marks your end; I’ll not only avenge my adoptive parents by killing you... also, I will... exactly — this child ntioned earlier — beep your behind!
Apocalypse’s instantaneous power activated, shooting him from the palace, several folks carried by telekinesis, flying straight for the diterranean Sea, leaving echoes within the palace.
"Follow , witness your true god’s correction upon this desecrator."
Desert, sea, mountains, forest, city.
All whisked beneath their feet, Apocalypse’s speed hectic, consuming surprisingly scant ti, quickly suspending them aloft over Berlin.
Looking below, banners of red and black fluttered everywhere, quirky chas patrolled the city, smokestacks billowed from factories, reflecting bustling scenes with airborne black particles.
"A filthy city; I’ll destroy it."
Apocalypse raised his hands upfront, rolling his eyes to muster power.
