83 Drunk
Shen Yin looked at him in a daze, her eyes filled with confusion. Inform soone…
She burped drunkenly and suddenly thought that of the man’s grim expression if he found out if she had been drinking. He might even take the opportunity to do sothing. She hurriedly waved her hand. “No, there’s no one to inform.”
ng Heng imdiately bead. “In that case, I’ll send you back. I rember where you live.”
He was referring to the neighborhood where Shen Yin and Li Zi lived together. He did not know that Shen Yin had moved in with Lian Jing.

ng Heng looked at the caller ID and wanted to hang up, but the drunk Shen Yin kept moving around, so he accidentally picked up the call.
“Where are you? Why aren’t you back yet?”
A man’s low and sinister voice ca from the line. ng Heng narrowed his eyes and looked at Shen Yin beside him. Suddenly, he smiled wickedly and said, “Is it President Lian? Sister is with . She drank too much, but don’t worry, I’ll send her ho.”
Lian Jing recognized ng Heng’s voice almost imdiately. He rubbed his temples and tried his best to suppress his anger. “No need. Tell where you are. I’ll go personally.”
“Why should I tell you?” ng Heng sneered and hung up the phone. Then, he helped Shen Yin into the police car.
Zou Sheng’s alcohol tolerance was extrely poor. He was already drunk and unconscious. Wu Zheng, who was always sober, stuffed him into the car.
After ng Heng settled Shen Yin in the car, he leaned against the car and said. “Captain, I’ve called for a valet. Let’s wait for a while. We’ll send Dr. Shen ho first before sending Zou Sheng back.”
Wu Zheng nodded without any objections and through the smoky air, he looked at ng Heng’s dejected expression. “Do you really like Shen Yin?”
ng Heng smiled bitterly. “I’m afraid I don’t stand a chance.”
He knew perfectly well how Shen Yin thought of him. He just could not accept it and was not willing to see another man obtain her so easily.
Wu Zheng patted him on the shoulder. The two n stood silently in the night. Neither of them noticed the shadow that flashed around the corner.
“Daddy, Mom went to the Phoenix Bar.” Shen Nian worriedly told Lian Jing the location of Shen Yin’s cell phone.
Lian Jing stubbed out his cigarette butt with a terrible expression. “She told you?”
This woman actually told her son but not himself!
Shen Nian stuck out his tongue and wanted to deny it. He had used his hacking skills to obtain this piece of information himself, but he did not intend to reveal this skill to Lian Jing. He just nodded obediently. “Daddy, I’m very worried about Mom. Hurry up and bring her back. Mom must have drunk too much.”
Lian Jing narrowed his eyes. When he thought of the kid who answered the call, the image of her lying drunk in soone else’s arms suddenly appeared in his mind. His rage surged uncontrollably. He suppressed his temper and comforted Shen Nian. “Nian Nian, be good. Go to sleep first. I will definitely bring Shen Yin back safely.”
“But you won’t quarrel with Mom, right?” Shen Nian looked at the man’s ugly expression. He was a little worried that his drunk mother would be bullied.
“No.” Lian Jing stroked his head and pushed him back to the bedroom. Then, he picked up his coat and drove off in a rage.
Outside the Phoenix Bar.
The valet still had not arrived. ng Heng called to urge him to co faster.
He had a feeling that if he did not send Shen Yin back soon, that man would co and snatch her away.
He had just hung up when he saw a familiar car suddenly stop behind them.
ng Heng subconsciously locked the car door and cursed inwardly. Sure enough, that annoying man got out of the car.
“President Lian, what are you doing here?” Wu Zheng stopped the aggressive man in an attempt to help ng Heng.
However, Lian Jing did not take him, the captain of the criminal investigation team, seriously at all. He reached out to pull open the door behind him, but it did not budge. He grew even more certain that Shen Yin was in the car. He narrowed his eyes dangerously at ng Heng and ordered in commanding tone, “Open the door.”
