70 Using the Sa Technique
During the banquet, Shen Yin sat in a corner in a daze, enjoying her ti alone. From ti to ti, she would see Lian Jing glaring at her, and Shen Yin would roll her eyes at him.
“Miss, President Lian specially asked to bring you this wine.” A waiter smiled politely and leaned forward to place a wine glass in front of her.
“President Lian?” Shen Yin looked at Lian Jing in surprise. He was talking to the person beside him and did not notice what was going on.
Shen Yin picked up the wine glass and sniffed it. It was the kind of wine she had drunk with Grandpa Lian when she first visited the Lian Family. However, it had a strange sll.
Shen Yin put down her wine glass and nodded at the waiter. “I understand. Thank you.”
The waiter smiled and nodded before leaving, but he secretly cursed Shen Yin for being so cautious.
He had accepted the money but failed to complete the task. He had to find another way.
This ti, he placed two wine glasses on his tray and wove through the guests. However, when he passed Shen Yin, he deliberately bumped into soone. The wine glasses he was carrying imdiately toppled towards Shen Yin, forming a large wine stain on her bright red dress.
The attendant hurriedly apologized to Shen Yin guiltily. “I’m sorry, Miss Shen. How much was this dress? I’ll compensate you. Do you want to go to the washroom to clean up first?”
Shen Yin looked up at him. She did not reprimand him for his clumsiness. Instead, she subconsciously looked in Lian Jing’s direction, but he had disappeared. She could only accept the tissue in frustration and go to the bathroom alone to deal with her dress.
The waiter smiled smugly and gestured to the woman in the corner with a sinister expression.
The woman pulled down the brim of her hat to hide her sinister smile. Then, she turned and walked towards the bathroom.
“I’ve lured her for you. It’s that woman from six years ago. You still rember her face, right? Don’t make a mistake. Hurry up. I’ll transfer the sum we’ve agreed on to you after it’s over.”
“Don’t worry.” The man with the cunning smile rubbed his hands in anticipation. “I’ve missed her so much for so long. I guarantee that you’ll be satisfied.”
“Good.” Yun Shan smiled sinisterly, her eyes cold.
This man was really stupid. Did he think that he could just take the money and enjoy her once?
What she had not told the man was that after the two of them got to the main act, she would get Lian’e to lead the ladies at the banquet to witness this scene. She wanted to ruin Shen Yin’s reputation and get rid of this man at the sa ti.
As long as the two of them were caught red-handed, Lian Jing would not let him off. At the sa ti, she would get rid of this troubleso Shen Yin without spending a single cent.
Shen Yin calmly walked towards the bathroom as others looked at her with disdain. She was still holding the glass of water that the waiter had given her just now.
Just as she was about to reach the bathroom door, Shen Yin’s dodged and hid in a corner to observe the movents there. To her surprise, she saw a familiar figure at the other end of the corridor.
The corners of Shen Yin’s lips curled up mockingly as she silently followed the figure.
The man waited in the bathroom for a long ti, but there was no sign of his target.
He grew impatient and decided to smoke to pass the ti. Suddenly, the sound of high heels ca from the direction of the door, seeming to crush his heart with every step.
“My little darling, I’m here.” The man threw the cigarette butt into the wastebasket and rushed out of the cubicle to cover Shen Yin’s nose with the handkerchief that soaked in a knockout drug.
To his surprise, two won appeared at the door.
One of them was wearing a hat. The brim of the hat was pulled down so that her face could not be seen clearly. However, the man knew that she was Yun Shan.
Then the man looked at the woman that Yun Shan was supporting. Although her make-up was smudged and her fores could not be clearly seen, it did not stop the man’s burning gaze from roving over her entire body.
This woman’s figure was just the sa as he rembered. She was enchanting and graceful. The red dress made her skin look fair and delicate, causing him to drool. He touched the woman’s thigh and pulled her into his arms. “Miss Yun, you didn’t have to take the trouble to personally send her here.”
The woman lowered her voice as if she was worried about sothing. “Sothing happened, but it’s not a big problem. Hurry up.”
The man imdiately nodded and carried the woman into the innermost cubicle. He did not notice that sothing was amiss with Yun Shan.
