Cheng Mu thought for a while in frustration. Suddenly, she thought of sothing and her eyes widened. “Why don’t you give a thoughtful present? I like receiving gifts!”
This ti, Shen Nian stopped in his tracks and looked at her. His face was still cold and distant. “Anything?”
Cheng Mu nodded readily and said, “As long as it’s from you, anything is fine.”
“Okay.” Shen Nian agreed. This was not difficult. Besides, it was true that Cheng Mu had helped him a lot this ti. He should repay her.
Cheng Mu was very happy that Shen Nian had agreed to her request so easily. She had thought that she would have to spend more ti and act more shalessly to get him to agree, but to her surprise, it had been so simple.

Everyone froze and looked at her. Cheng Mu hugged her chest angrily and pointed at his nose as she demanded, “Why did you insult for no reason? How dare you touch … Touch here? Do you want to die?!”
Cui Hao’s face was already completely red. He panicked as the students around him looked over. He stamred and tried to explain. When his gaze t Shen Nian’s cold gaze, his face suddenly darkened. He slamd the table and stood up righteously. “It’s your fault for being distracted in class! I’m wanted to remind you not to look at Shen Nian when you should be reading!”
“Who, who’s looking at Shen Nian?” Cheng Mu widened her eyes and gave Cui Hao an incredulous look to shut him up. From the corner of his eye, he saw Shen Nian turn around expressionlessly. He was so embarrassed that he wanted to find a hole to hide in.
The other students imdiately burst into laughter. Most students in the class knew that Cheng Mu especially liked to stick to Shen Nian. This ti, Cui Hao had been publicly embarrassed. Cheng Mu felt as uncomfortable as if she was being roasted over a fire.
The teacher frowned and smacked the lectern in displeasure. “Alright, sit down and listen quietly. Stop fooling around.”

She was only worried that Shen Nian would be angry because of what had happened just now. She looked at his red ears and felt that he was adorable.
