Ever since the massive awards ceremony, the atmosphere had grown noticeably livelier.
Especially the part where I gave Soo-ah shares in Koryo Entertainnt—that had the biggest impact. The reaction back then was explosive.
No one probably thought shares would actually be handed out. Not even Soo-ah herself.
Now, the other secretaries will have hope. Even though she’s not a knight, she still received shares, so they'll start thinking—If I work hard enough, maybe soday I’ll get the sa.

Acting out of positive motivation is far more effective than doing things under negative pressure.

There’s no system more effective at extracting soone’s full potential than capitalism.

If it helps pull even a bit more sincerity from my secretaries, then all of it just gets converted into my wealth.

I heard about it from Go Min-young, so I don’t know the exact details—but if even she uses it, it can’t be that dangerous.
What she truly needs is wisdom and judgnt. The countless auxiliary knowledge needed for her role can all be uploaded.
As the cigarette burned down, I sent everyone else back inside, leaving only Seunghee and Baekseol with .

I’d also considered Seo Aram, the etiquette team leader and protagonist of one of my projects.
But she was the last to join among the team leads and had the least achievents.
Soo-ah at least had seniority and had been by my side back when there was no secretary office, so others could accept it. Seo Aram didn’t have that foundation.
Promoting soone like her would damage the organization.

The way I picture it: Im Soo-ah will beco President of Koryo Entertainnt, and Ra Seunghee will beco Chief Secretary for a while, gaining experience, before moving on to beco President of Koryo Finance.
Seunghee is already overqualified, just based on her specs. She has an insane calculation trait called Shinsan, and she’s even Boldface-type. That makes her perfect for investnt and managent roles.
The only flaw is that she still lacks any loyalty-related trait—but I plan to imprint that onto her when she takes over the Chief Secretary role.
I’m not sure how I’ll do it yet, though.

Even if we leave out Koryo Entertainnt as the holding company, there’s Muyeol Finance, the Muyeol Land managent corp, the special correctional firm, Muyeol Chemicals, Jeju Contemporary Art Museum, the Super Yacht, Shinmirae Daily, Baekseolgongju—and not yet incorporated, but a huge portfolio of Songdo real estate.
And many of these companies have their own subsidiaries. The Muyeol Land Managent Corp, for example, owns the AV Managent Company and several support firms that maintain the Artificial Island.
Plus, we’ve got nonprofit organizations like the Cockslave Association.
All of that—until now—has been run under the title of “CEO of Koryo Entertainnt.”
Honestly, what the hell does Koryo Entertainnt have to do with Muyeol Chemicals? Bundling all this together is insane.
Ultimately, every company should have its own president and board with full decision-making power. And I should receive reports in my role as Chairman.
Only the most critical matters—like the RK series managed by Muyeol Chemicals—should stay under my direct control.

Technically, Go Min-young and Go Hayoung aren’t addressed as Chairpersons either.
But that’s not because they’re not on that level—rather, “Vice Chairman of Koryo Group” is considered a higher rank than “Chairman of Militaris” or “Chairman of the Finance Holdings,” so everyone just calls them Vice Chairman.
When you refer to soone, you call them by their highest title, right? That’s just how it works.

Sure, she’s moving into the executive tier, but she’ll still be inside the consolidated HQ. And when I go on important business trips, she’ll be tagging along under the title of “Executive Board mber,” so it’s no different from when she was Chief Secretary.
But humans are weird. We grow attached to even the smallest things.
